<li>學生： 80,626 人（其中包含 85% 大學生與 15% 研究生）</li>
<li>教職員（Faculty）： 6,085 人</li>
<li>行政人員（Staff）： 7,349 人</li>

<p>主要發現：</p>
<ol>
<li><strong>高達 95% 的受訪者已使用過 AI，且多數為經常使用者：</strong>95% 的受訪者使用過至少一種 AI 工具，其中超過半數的學生、約六成的教師和近三分之二的職員經常使用 AI，且多數人不僅在工作或課業上使用，也會在個人生活中使用。</li>
<li><strong>ChatGPT 是加州州立大學（CSU）最普及的 AI 工具：</strong>在所有受訪群體中，ChatGPT 佔據絕對主導地位，被 84% 的學生、87% 的教師和 89% 的職員使用。</li>
<li><strong>八成學生表示不會將 AI 生成的內容當作自己的作品提交：</strong>約 80% 的學生對於直接提交 AI 生成的內容感到不妥，這項堅守學術誠信的態度在各科系與不同人口統計群體中皆保持一致。</li>
<li><strong>55% 的教師將 AI 應用於課堂，且 69% 提供學生使用指引：</strong>超過半數的教師利用 AI 來開發課程教材，有 69% 會指導學生如何有效且負責任地使用 AI，並有超過三分之二的教師在課程大綱中列出了明確的 AI 使用規範。</li>
<li><strong>教師是唯一多數同時感受到 AI 正面影響與新挑戰的群體：</strong>56% 的教師認為 AI 對教學研究有正面影響，但同時也有 52% 的教師報告了其帶來的負面影響；相較之下，學生與職員的態度則明顯偏向正面。</li>
<li><strong>AI 的採用率在不同種族、族裔及第一代大學生之間幾乎相同：</strong>經常使用 AI 的比例在各人口統計群體間的差距皆不超過 5%，顯示 AI 的普及非常廣泛且平均，並未因人口統計特徵而產生落差。</li>
<li><strong>多數人認為 AI 能提升創造力，但也擔憂其長期影響：</strong>六至七成的各群體受訪者同意 AI 技術有助於提升創造力與創新；但矛盾的是，約有八成的各群體受訪者也擔心，長期下來 AI 會對人類的創造力造成損害。</li>
<li><strong>多數人視 AI 為未來職業的必備條件，同時擔憂工作保障：</strong>多數受訪者深信 AI 將成為多數職業不可或缺的一部分，但同時也有極高比例的受訪者（82% 學生、78% 教師、74% 職員）擔心 AI 會威脅未來的就業安全。</li>
<li><strong>幾乎所有人達成共識：AI 產生的內容必須經過事實查核：</strong>高達 97% 的教師、94% 的職員及 88% 的學生認為，必須驗證 AI 生成內容的準確性，顯示 CSU 社群在使用 AI 時抱持高度批判性。</li>
<li><strong>對 AI 培訓的需求真實存在，且 CSU 致力服務的弱勢學生需求最為強烈：</strong>過半數學生及多數教職員希望能接受正式的 AI 培訓，其中第一代大學生（53%）、非裔及拉丁裔學生的受訓意願，明顯高於其他族群的學生。</li>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>3月初許多媒體轉載報導韓國出版市場因AI生成的書籍快速增加並造成衝擊。根據《The Korea Times》、《Chosun Biz》報導，生成式人工智慧（AI）正悄悄地以自我幫助、理財和其他熱門主題的非虛構類書籍，填滿韓國書店和電子書平台，而這些書籍通常缺乏關於作者是誰的透明度<sup>[1]</sup>。</p>

<p>同時，今年1月8日 WebJunction 有一場Webinar，主題是 Generative AI and collection development policies: A proactive approach，由 Salt Lake County Library 的館員分享他們的做法<sup>[2]</sup>。</p>
<p>上面這二件事聯結起來，便引起我的好奇心。於是經過 AI 的〝努力〞蒐集後，得知道美國已經有不少圖書館在其館藏或採購政策中已納入 AI生成或輔助的出版品相關原則。那台灣呢? 目前在網路上還沒找到各圖書館官方的館藏發展或採購政策中，有明確且具體地納入針對「AI 生成圖書」的專屬採購規範或條款。</p>
<p>WebJunction 這場Webinar 內容主要探討公共圖書館如何因應<strong>生成式人工智慧</strong>對館藏發展政策的影響，內容涵蓋了建立<strong>AI 資源選書準則</strong>的必要性，並分析這類作品在<strong>資訊正確性</strong>與<strong>創意價值</strong>上的優缺點。講者提出了具體的<strong>編目規範</strong>，建議將 AI 工具列為相關作品而非創作者，以維持資料庫的透明度。此外，也強調了對館員進行<strong>專業培訓</strong>的重要性，以利識別低品質的自動生成內容。最終，旨在確保圖書館能平衡技術創新與<strong>館藏品質</strong>，縮減因 AI 普及而產生的數位資訊鴻溝。</p>

<li><b class="ng-star-inserted">超過半數（57%）的大學生每天或每週在課業中使用人工智慧（AI）</b><span class="ng-star-inserted">，而只有13%的學生表示他們從未使用過</span><span class="ng-star-inserted">。</span></li>



<li><span class="ng-star-inserted">將AI用於課業的學生最常表示，他們這樣做是為了</span><b class="ng-star-inserted">更好地理解複雜的課程內容</b><span class="ng-star-inserted">（46%的人認為這是「極其重要」的原因）</span><span class="ng-star-inserted">。相對地，極少使用AI的學生大多表示，他們避免使用是出於</span><b class="ng-star-inserted">道德考量或認為使用AI等於作弊</b><span class="ng-star-inserted">。</span></li>



<li><span class="ng-star-inserted">超過半數的大學生表示，他們的學校</span><b class="ng-star-inserted">不鼓勵（42%）或禁止（11%）在課業中使用AI</b><span class="ng-star-inserted">。儘管如此，許多學生仍繼續規律地使用AI：在不鼓勵使用AI的學校中，有</span><b class="ng-star-inserted">48%的學生表示至少每週使用一次</b><span class="ng-star-inserted">；而在表示學校全面禁止的學生中，也有約四分之一的人每週使用</span><span class="ng-star-inserted">。</span></li>



<li><span class="ng-star-inserted">學生經常面臨不明確或標準不一的課程規範，超過半數（52%）的學生指出，他們</span><b class="ng-star-inserted">至少有部分課程缺乏關於如何使用AI的明確政策</b><span class="ng-star-inserted">。</span></li>



<li><span class="ng-star-inserted">將近三成的大學生表示，</span><b class="ng-star-inserted">學校沒有提供足夠的AI使用培訓</b><span class="ng-star-inserted">。與鼓勵使用AI的學校相比，就讀於不鼓勵或禁止使用AI學校的學生，更有可能表示他們沒有接受到充足的相關科技訓練</span><span class="ng-star-inserted">。</span></li>



<li><span class="ng-star-inserted">由於AI對就業市場的潛在影響，有</span><b class="ng-star-inserted">47%的大學生曾相當程度地考慮過轉換主修科目</b><span class="ng-star-inserted">，甚至有六分之一（16%）的學生表示他們</span><b class="ng-star-inserted">已經付諸行動改變了主修</b><span class="ng-star-inserted">。</span></li>

<p>那為什麼會借《上一堂人生國文課》借這本書呢？就是衝著「人生國文課」這幾個字，想看看這位作者（老師）如何教授對年輕學子來說，可能顯得枯燥乏味的課文。<br />

<li>95% 的受訪教職員表示，生成式人工智慧（GenAI）的影響將是增加學生對這些人工智慧工具的過度依賴，其中 75% 的人表示這些工具將產生很大的影響。</li>
<li>90% 的人表示使用 GenAI 將削弱學生的批判性思考能力，其中 66% 的人認為 GenAI 將會產生很大的影響。</li>
<li>83% 的人表示使用 GenAI 將降低學生的注意力持續時間，其中 62% 的人認為 GenAI 將會產生很大的影響。</li>
<li>86% 的人表示，他們認為 GenAI 工具的出現很可能或極有可能影響高等教育教學工作者的工作和角色。</li>
<li>79% 的人認為他們系所的典型教學模式至少在某種程度上會受到 GenAI 工具的影響，其中 43% 的人表示他們認為影響將是重大的。</li>
<li>78% 的人表示，自從 GenAI 工具廣泛應用以來，他們校園內的作弊行為有所增加，其中 57% 的人表示增加了很多。且 73% 的人表示，他們曾親自處理過涉及學生使用 GenAI 的學術倫理問題。</li>
<li>48% 的人表示學生的研究品質因為 GenAI 而變差，相較之下，有 20% 的人認為研究品質有所提升。</li>
<li>74% 的教職員表示，使用 GenAI 工具將對學位完整性與價值產生負面影響，其中 36% 的人認為學位價值會惡化很多。僅有 8% 的人表示 GenAI 的影響能提升學位的價值。</li>
<li>63% 的人表示，其學校 2025 年春季的畢業生對於在職場中使用 GenAI 尚未做好充分準備，相較之下，有 37% 的人認為畢業生已做好充分或一定程度的準備。</li>
