Ingredientes:&lt;br /&gt;

1 manojo de espinacas&lt;br /&gt;
250 grs de queso panela&lt;br /&gt;
2 o 3 zanahorias&lt;br /&gt;
1 brocoli&lt;br /&gt;
250 grs de nuez&lt;br /&gt;
aderezo de tu preferencia&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Preparación:&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Herviremos las zanahorias y el brocoli para después cortar la zanahoria en tiras o cuadritos y el brocoli en pequeñas porciones y le quitaremos los tallos, en un plato pondremos las espinacas las cuales lavaremos y desinfectaremos perfectamente y las cortaremos en forma juliana.&lt;br /&gt;
Se corta el queso en tiras y la nuez la trituraremos un poco, ya teniendo todos los ingredientes los mezclaremos en un bowl y listo.&lt;br /&gt;
Al servir le añadiremos el aderezo de nuestra elección&lt;br /&gt;
