Well we've managed to complete two podcasts in row. Three if you count our unreleased pilot where I was played by the monkey. We're all back this week which is probably why were tipped over the 1 hour mark. I blame Ashlee and her fawning over her forum namesake. In this episode we'll give a run down on our worst to best list, in which we range from the new Catwoman porn parody to Peter Dinklage's Emmy win. In our comic section we discussed: Batman #1, Wonder Woman #1, Birds of Prey #1, Catwoman #1, and Nightwing #1. We also brought up a few more DCnu books like Green Lantern Corps #1 and Red Hood and the Outlaws #1 and discussed what in the world could possibly be wrong with Starfire. So, our first ep of the “New and Improved” Capes and Tights Podcast went belly up, via PSN hack-levels of technical issues. Noah desperately tried to save our patient, but it was declared DOA from severe sync trauma. This week, we bring you a Podcast-Lite edition of the Capes and Tights Podcast, codename: The Larisbie. The Larisbie is a three-person effort from your friends Larry, Chris and Debbie… or Larisbie. In this episode, the three of us covered numerous topics and our usual comic book discussion. We counted down our Worse to Best news of the week, touching on the Playstation Vita, Star Wars Bluray release, the DC price drop discussion that may or may not be fully accurate, and some other video game tidbits for your listening pleasure. The comics in this discussion contain more reviews of DC #1′s, along with some interesting views of the new, 12 year old Spider-Man. Hopefully the trend of new episodes continue, as The Battle for the Cowl seems poised to provide quality storytelling where recent major DC and Marvel events have left most of us wondering what the heck happened.

Also, we're slowly incorporating other areas of geekary into our discussions. We love comics, but there are so many other topics to discuss, as the television season winds down and the movie season kicks into gear. Noah and Larry will briefly discuss their areas of interest in said topics.

After a very long hiatus we are back with a new episode. This week we record movie commentary for the Transformers from 2007. Larry and I were pushing for a commentary on Transformers: The Movie, but Debbie put her tiny little foot down. To be honest she isn't the biggest fan of this version either, but in her eyes I suppose it was the lesser of two evils. So listen on us as we discuss the movie high points and low points, as well as some very off topic discussion that has nothing at all to do with the movie.

Joining us instead of Debbie is long time board member Suzanne.We all chatted with her for the first time this week and it was a pleasure. After nearly two weeks of no shows we're back with two shows this week. Episode 10 is gonna deal with the X-Men from 2000. We were supposed to do Batman, but we changed it up at the last minute. We all had plenty to say about this one though. From it's flaws to it's perfections we really have X-Men to thank for the success of Marvel's movie franchise. If it had bombed would we have had Iron Man this year? So pop the movie in or just listen in on us talking out of our asses. Either way hope you enjoy it.

On the first Wednesday of every month we'll be doing commentary for a comic book movie. On our inaugural episode we watched Superman:The Movie. On that episode we made the mistake of doing a full review show BEFORE we watch a 2 and a half hour movie. Needless to say we learned our lesson. This week we'll be watching Spider-Man from 2002. Listen in as Ashlee drools over a spider bitten Peter Parker and while the rest of us question Kirsten Dunst's existence. So there will be no comic reviews this episode, which makes this entirely commentary. So get your copy playing and listen in with us. We'll be back next week with a review show for this week's comics as the previous week's.
