Not sure what's wrong with blogger these few days, but it just
seems that I can't upload pics from blogger, so i'm using
the "blog this" function at flickr to upload my pic :)

Here is the latest design for my namecard, some may find that
it's too "childish" or too "young"...but I think it quite suits my
shop theme...so very likely this would be my new namecard!

Just finished the photo-shooting of my new products, sweating all over...But I think it's worth doing because the items look so cute and lovely! Will be launching soon at my etsy shop...here is a little preview of the picnic totes and the purse organizers.

Purse organizers:

The main compartment is a drawstring pouch which is big enough to put in your wallets, handphone, tissues, keychain...etc.

There are 9 exterior pockets to keep your things organized and neat. With these little helpers, changing purse is no longer a hassle! All you need is 3 seconds to grab the organizer and put it in another purse! It's so easy and convenient!

These are my today's great finds from a local scrapbooking store.

All of them are so matching to my shop's logo...a ribbon bow punch and a punch

with the word "love" and heart shape...and the giant punch is for making

3" scallop tags - perfect for my shop hangtags!

The adorable small punches are from Martha Stewart! A must-have for all

scrappers!

Every time I got new orders, I'm as excited as the buyer. I'm excited to do the packaging

and wrapping, as if I'm sending a gift for a dear friend of mine...I'm excited to know their reactions after they got the items.

I really hope that everyone of them likes my little creations. This lovely wallet and the pyramid keychain are for a local Singapore buyer staying at Redhill. Orders just sent!

Wasn't really a big fans of Michael Jackson, but ever since his death, my house has been

filled with his songs, videos and even his dance moves (from my kids!)

Therefore, we need to treasure the people who are dearest to you when they are alive!

There's no point flipping over the old photo albums and watching the old videos when

he / she is no longer here!

Just watched the video clips from MJ's memorial, so touched by his daughter's Paris.

Undoubtedly, Michael Jackson was really a super star and his dance moves and songs

will be in many people's memories.

Recently have been inspired a lot by reading Japanese craft books

and magazines. I specially like the way they photographed the items - simple

and yet lovely and romantic.

I've tried few attempts to have the photo shooting of my flexi frame pouches

and I quite like some of the photos as shown above.

Recently I have been looking around for more bag patterns / bag making kits just to upgrade

my skills because the bags making books selling here no longer can quench my thirst of

making new bags. I've purchased a few PDF sewing patterns from Etsy and I'm quite satisfied with them and I learnt new skills as well.

Last night I came across this Uhandbag store which sells some bag making kits / patterns and lots and lots of bag making supplies! THe blog owner also shares with people some tips and techniques of making bags. I just love it! And I'm also very tempted to buy one of the frame purse making kit and the super strong glue...hmmm....still considering...

Anyway, it's really a very resourceful place if you want to learn more about bag-making and I

hope you enjoy it as much as I do. I'm sure you will get lots of inspiration from there as well!

Went to watch this animation yesterday and I enjoyed it very much.

It's the FIRST TIME to bring my 3-year-old son to watch a movie in a cinema,

It's also the FIRST TIME I watched a 3D movie and I think the money is really

well spent....Strongly recommended!!

It's been a while since I last went cycling with my husband...and today I put aside my two kids ( thanks to my Mother in law helped to take care of them) and put aside my bag making stuffs, I followed my husband to Pula Ubin and had a very enjoyable ride.

Although I fell down from the bike and had some minor scratches, both of us do really enjoy outing for just two of us. After couples have kids, it's really hard to go "dating" again

without any disturbance, but in fact I think this is very crucial to keep the relationship

going strong.

Here's a photo of me taken by my husband ( usually he's not that initiative on taking photos, but it obviously it's different when it comes to biking-related activities :)

You can see that I was really fully protected on my elbows and knees - thanks to my husband - as if I'm really a hard-core cyclist..haha...but in fact I just had a very short ride today ( but demanding enough for me!)

Finally I'm almost done with the diaper bags orders after almost 1 month and can move on to creating new products.( I don't want to become a factory worker who just keep sewing the same thing all day long!)

I need something fresh and different!! I have always wanted to make clutches and wristlets but couldn't find a pattern which I like. Thanks to etsy, finally I managed to find a wristlets pattern that I fell in love with!

I have in fact finished making 6 using different fabrics, but I need to do the photo shoot for the lovely wristlets in the coming week. Here's a sneak preview~

Haven't been active at Etsy recently, so two days ago I decided to relist my item and also go on SALE so as to keep the exposure there..never would I thought that the $0.20 that I spent on re-listing earned me a front page exposure!

Yesterday I went to check on my store and surprised that I got lots more view, so I went to the Craftcult to check if I've been featured recently.. BINGO! That turquoise felt basket that I relisted was featured!

This $0.2 was really well spent!!

Last weekend I was really really upset over an unfair accusation made by a foolish arrogant tactless guy, I thought I was going to explode and there's nothing at all can extinguish my

FIRE! I was angry for 3 days and luckily finally my fire was put off by two "Apples" that my hubby got for me!

After all, being angry will create millions of toxics to the body and I'm not going to let that "stupid someone" has any adverse effect on me. Now I think I have to thank him for making such accusation so that my hubby hesitate no more to got the Apples for me. haha...

As some of you may know that I always got my bag inspiration from Japanese craft books. Recently I got to know that there's this wonderful book teaching a whooping 75 different kinds of bags! I wanted to buy this so much but unfortunately it's out of stock here...so I went online to check if I can buy online...so disappointed that it's also out of stock!

Wedding anniversary party

Recently me and my husband have been discussing to hold a wedding party for our 10th anniversary! What an exciting event to look forward to!

Honestly the wedding dinner that we had wasn't really the "dream wedding" that I wanted to have. ( Due to limited budget at that time) Now that we are more financially stable and more mature, I think we are capable to hold a nice dinner party for our friends and relatives...to share with them the journey and experiences we have gone through.

Well, technically I still have more than 1 year's time to plan for this "BIG DAY". Tonight we just listed out the guest list and we need at least 6 tables at this moment..

Venue is another problem because we want a nice cozy place, good food and also convenient for all the guests.

I will also need to print out my own invitation cards and of course handmade the souvenirs.

Just the thought of planning it makes me so excited!
