I’m here for the Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week. Best things by far: sunshine, flowers, creepers at Whyred show, Liljevalchs konsthall, great company. Oh, and AltewaiSamoe.

Best of Laitinen AW12! I like the cable knits, the quilted jackets, the bold and glossy colours and how good men  can look in skirts – finally. Laitinen getting better every year.

Here’s Iisa, wonderful singer from Regina at Emma gala. We (me and Hertta Päivärinta = team Nopsa Clothes Library!) did the styling, Kaisa Riivari made the outfit. Looking great, I think! So happy and proud of Iisa.

One of my favourite places in Helsinki is The Mineral Cabinet at Helsinki University Museum. I just love those stones! So beautiful, lying silently in the drawers with their hundreds, or thousands, of years long history.

So luckily I bought these small paintings by Tuomo Karjalainen. Together they are a private mineral cabinet of mine.

Now all I need is a ring by Dara Ettinger.

Laura Väinölä, Linda Bergroth and Kaarle Hurtig have made a three dimensional Xmas calendar! It’s a space with three walls, a fireplace and a floor. “But all along the December this rather bland, nice looking room surprises you and takes you with it on a magical little trip”, they say. You can buy the calendar at Houm.fi, for example. A pretty nice-looking store btw.
