You can wash linen shirts and pants in a washing machine. Just make sure they are wash on a gentle cycle in warm water. You can also hand wash them in warm water, or have them dry cleaned. Washing linens only makes them better and more comfortable to wear. Repeated hand or machine washings make linen soft, and eventually reduces wrinkling. Dry cleaning keeps it crisp and new-looking.

Drying and ironing
Let’ get straight to the point; it’s best never put linen wear inside of a dryer. Ideally, you should let a freshly-washed linen garment air-dry. You can lay it flat on a towel or hang it from a padded wooden hanger. Avoid folding them.

If you’re ironing linen, iron on a high setting while the garment is still damp. The dampness will help prevent you from burning the linen; the fabric dries very fast. Iron until the linen is smooth , not dry.
