Weight training is an important part of fat loss, and often the missing ingredient in a recipe for transformation. Weight training will preserve lean muscle during weight loss, naturally increase the metabolism and transform the shape of your body, something that cardio alone cannot do. Weight training, in addition to cardio will rid those pesky pounds, while transforming the shape of your body.

If weight training is a foreign territory, meet with a personal trainer to get some education on proper form, and have a personal program designed. By incorporating weight training into your workout routine, you will tone and define muscles you forgot (or didn’t know) you even had! Fat takes up about three times as much space as muscle, which is why fat loss is more important overall than weight loss, it’s how clothes are fitting, body measurements are changing and how you’re feeling that really counts-not a number on the scale.

Adding weight training to a fitness routine will not create a muscle bound body, it is diet and hormones that add bulk, not weight training. Unfortunately, hyperactive spandex clad “fitness mavens” have led many astray to believe that “lifting light and doing more reps will tone” and “going heavy will cause bulk.” This is an old school notion and not true, lifting light for more than 15 reps is a waste of precious time. Weight training must be challenging, with a varied routine to prevent plataeus. Follow the guidelines below for continued progress.

Some general guidelines for successful weight training:
•	Begin with a full body workout that incorporates exercises for every body part, performing at least two times a week.
• If you’re unfamiliar with free weights, ask a trainer to help; or use the machines until you learn some proper form (proper form makes all the difference)
•	Do 2 sets of each exercise for each body part, using weights heavy enough to fatigue your muscle within 12-15 reps.
• Rather than doing a set of a certain exercise, sitting/resting and then doing a second set, use your “rest time” to perform an exercise for a different body part (saves time and keeps your heart rate up!)
• Rest 1-2 days between your weight training sessions to allow the muscles to recover, never train the same muscles two days in a row. Proper nutritional supplements are vital to the successful regiment!
• And finally, have fun with it! Mix it up, use a variety of equipment to target muscles to avoid the same ole’ routine of weight machines.

Most of us use search engines as a regular part of our daily routine both at work and home. Many of you probably have no idea that you can easily do a lot more with search. Invest 5 or 10 minutes here and I will help you open up a new world of search using Google. I promise it will be time well spent!

Did you know that you can limit your Google search to a specific site?

Let’s say you would like only to search the CNN/Money site looking for information on “Ford”. All you need to do is… ford site:money.cnn.com

People tell me all the time that I need to add search to my site. While I agree and have not gotten around to it I always tell them that my sites are well indexed by the search engines and that they can search my site today. For example… “credit card” site:everydollarmatters.com …currently yields 33 page hits.

Is your search as comprehensive as it could be?

If you are researching the term “website development” did you know that you are potentially missing a bunch of other good sites? There are over 1.1 million indexed pages using the term “web site”. Try… “website development” OR “web site development” …and you will get back the top pages using both spellings.

Maybe you are searching for a decent tutorial on html or an online course. Try… “html tutorial” OR “html training” online

Or (no pun intended), you might be shopping for a forum in some areas that are of interest to you.
“living green” forum OR “global warming” forum

OR is a nice expansive google search operator.

What can you do to narrow down your search?

Sometimes you are looking for a specific phrase. For instance… “getting your website online” yields 1230 pages as opposed to getting your website online which yields 114,000,000 million pages Using quotes around the phrase will limit the result to that specific phrase.

Maybe you are researching the JFK assasination. You could search for… “kennedy assassination” “kennedy assassination” video.

You can also limit your google search to specific areas of the internet. For example:

*Google Book Search - Search the full text of books
*Google Code Search - Search public source code
*Google Scholar - Search scholarly papers
*Google News archive search - Search historical news
*U.S. Government - Search all U.S. federal, state and local government sites
*Universities - Search a specific school’s website

To access this functionality just click on the “advanced search” hyperlink on the Google homepage. You will find these options towards the bottom of the page.

Often times you will receive page hits back that you are not interested in.

Suppose you were searching for the term six sigma and wanted to exclude all references to General Electric and Motorola. You could use the following search string… six sigma -ge -motorola -”general electric” … The “-” minus sign is used to exclude certain keywords or phrases.

At my site you will find a “Quick Google Search Cheat Sheet”. Happy searching.

Running an online business is a great way to make money and spend your time doing something you love. Advertising, of course, is crucial to a successful business, online or off. As an online business owner, when you use Yahoo Search Marketing, your advertising dollars will work far more effectively and bring you more visitors who become paying customers.

Traditional advertising, such as newspaper or radio advertising, or banner advertising on web sites, is impression-based. This means you pay for the number of “impressions” - the number of times your ad is displayed, in a banner ad, or the number of readers or listeners, with traditional advertising. Because Yahoo Search Marketing is not traditional marketing, it follows a very different payment structure.

The problem with traditional, impression-based advertising is you have to pay for the advertising whether anyone actually visits your site or not. As you can imagine, you can spend a lot of money on this type of advertising, and have no results to show for it. With Yahoo Search Marketing, you pay for results.

Yahoo Search Marketing is based on the pay-per-click model. This means that you place your ad on Yahoo, and only pay for the ad viewers who click through to your site. Even better, with Yahoo Search Marketing, you choose what you will pay for each click.

When you use Yahoo Search Marketing, you will choose the keywords you want to advertise on, and place a maximum bid, your maximum cost per click, on each keyword. This puts you in absolute control of your advertising, insuring that you only pay for visits to your web site from keyword-targeted ads.

The best thing about Yahoo Search Marketing is the sheer numbers of people who search on Yahoo. With an average of 2.3 billion (with a b) searches every month, Yahoo Search Marketing gives you an incredible reach in your advertising. Your advertising will be in front of people who are actively searching for your product, and you’ll pay only for clicks from interested customers.

With traditional advertising, you will have to pay whether or not you get any traffic, and you have no way of knowing if the people who visit your site are really interested, or what got their attention and directed them to your site. With Yahoo Search Marketing’s targeted pay-per-click model, you pay only for actual visitors to your site, and you can closely monitor what ads are bringing visitors.

What could be better than knowing you can reach exactly the customers you want, any time you want, by targeting exactly the keywords that fit your business and advertising to a potential 2.3 billion web site visitors? Yahoo Search Marketing puts your advertising on steroids by allowing you to reach huge numbers of people, pay only for results, and fine-tune your advertising whenever you need.

You’re running your business online because you know online marketing is effective. You want advertising just as effective as your business model. Yahoo Search Marketing delivers that kind of marketing, with the audience and the flexibility to make your marketing successful.

However, the House Appropriations Committee approved a version of the bill that includes an increase in the Pell Grant, bringing the Pell Grant to $4,150.Visit to Apply Today http://available-grant-money.blogspot.com The bill “is the only appropriations measure yet to pass the House,” the article said. “It has not been brought to the House floor because it includes a minimum wage hike opposed by the GOP leadership and because the overall funding level is considered too low by many GOP moderates.” Senate, House Reject President’s Cuts There is $800 million more in the Senate bill than in the House bill. There also is “$1.3 billion more than last year’s bill, and $5 billion more than the level requested in President Bush’s budget,” the article said. President Bush included recommendations to eliminate or reduce programs; however, those suggestions were not included “into the bill by Congressional appropriators,” the article said. Bush suggested an elimination of the GEAR UP program. In contrast, it was requested by the Senate and House bills that GEAR UP’s $303 million existing funding level be maintained, the article said. The $448 million cut to the TRIO program, as proposed by Bush, also was rejected by the Senate and the House, “with both chambers maintaining the existing funding level of $828 million,” the article said. It is important to keep up to date on the legislation and news that affects student loans and education.

Now, I am going to give you how to drive laser-targeted traffic to your affiliate website through Overture Yahoo! Search Marketing. Overture Yahoo! Search Marketing is one of the most effective Pay-Per-Click engines for you to drive a TON of targeted & relevancy traffic to your affiliate website. You’ll discover how to use Overture Yahoo! Search Marketing to drive more traffic.

READ THIS: If you are looking for the effective alternative to drive more traffic to your affiliate website.

In online marketing business like online home based business internet affiliate marketing, “no traffic” means “no sales”. That’s the reason why most affiliate marketing entrepreneurs or webmasters easily shell out even big bucks just to get top rankings on the search engines. Once you are promoting a product or service in you web page, you need to have more visitors that can be potential consumers to your products and services. This is one of the fundamental rules to succeed in online marketing business. Here, you just need to start and get it right and you can do some things wrong but still manage to succeed. Don’t ever try to get it wrong because no matter how hard you work, you can never find yourself on the way to success.

Personally, I believe that everyone will agree if I said that obtaining enough highly targeted traffic is the key to success in online home based business internet affiliate marketing. This method is proven to be effective if you’re promoting or reselling product or service online. One of the best and most secured marketing strategies that affiliate marketing entrepreneurs can employ is the strategy of paying for performance. This means that your investments are used only on results such as additional sales and incomes.

Let’s take a practical example. Paying for performance could mean giving a commission to a sales person only when new sale is made. This strategy assures you real profit because you can already compute the amount money you have to spend for every new sale made. Also, you can avoid spending any marketing bucks because every cent you use up has either come from sale or will generate a sale in the future.

And one of the proven and most efficient ways of acquiring sales in online home based business internet affiliate marketing is by drawing laser-targeted traffic towards your web site and converting them to sales by means of “Pay-Per-Click” Search Engines (PPCSEs) or called advertising online ppc engines.

Generally, Overture Yahoo! Search Marketing is one of the Internet’s best pay-per-click search engines (or advertising online ppc search engine). It is the world’s leading resource of Pay-For-Performance search on the web. And what’s more enticing about Overture Yahoo! Search Marketing? When you advertise in Overture Yahoo! Search Marketing Premium Listings, your affiliate website will absolutely appear in the leading U.S. search engines like Yahoo, InfoSpace, MSN, Netscape, AltaVista, Lycos and more. Plus, you can get the benefit of reaching more than 80% of active Internet users.

PPCSEs (or advertising online ppc search engine) like Overture Yahoo! Search Marketing can bring impressive sales because they permit you to pay for performance by means of attracting precisely targeted traffic to your niche. And this means people or site visitors who are actively searching for what precisely you are offering or selling. Overture Yahoo! Search Marketing’s secret is to drive laser-targeted traffic to your website by proposing or bidding on keywords that are related to the product or services that you are offering. And this strategy works this way: the more exact the keyword is the better results you’ll receive and the less you’ll have to spend for each new sale.

Overture Yahoo! Search Marketing drives targeted traffic by keeping you away from the general keywords that are very common and usually come expensive and by casting a wide net of laser-focused keywords that are more targeted, not so expensive, and with high conversion rate. I’ll tell you, attracting laser-targeted traffic through Overture Yahoo! Search Marketing is nothing but a “Win-Win” Situation.

My investigations show that most successful affiliate marketing entrepreneurs use Overture Yahoo! Search Marketing (and other advertising online ppc search engine) to boost skyrocket their traffic & sales. Also, I am sure that you can definitely boost your sales if you know how to implement this and work with advertising online ppc properly. There are a lot of resources on the internet about advertising online ppc search engine. I highly recommend you to start gaining your knowledge & great tips on advertising online ppc search engine at: http://www.iPayByClick.com

Overture Yahoo! Search Marketing’s strategy also allows your visitors to respond. And what’s important once you get your visitors to respond? Well, you are given a chance to develop lifetime customers that will patronize your product and will buy from you over an over again. Bear in mind that one-time sales can’t be a key in creating a highly-profitable business especially online. You can only achieve this through PPCSEs (or advertising online ppc search engines) like Overture Yahoo! Search Marketing, which gets your site visitors to respond. And once it happens, you can constantly market and sell your products to them.

Another tactic that Overture Yahoo! Search Marketing uses in order to gain laser-targeted traffic is to have a “Back-Up Response” for those who “almost bought” your product on the first visit. To successfully realize this, you need to market and advertise to them over and over again until you make them a new customer. Offer them an incentive so that they’ll allow you to advertise to them over a certain time span by means of e-mail or post mail. Here are some of the back-up responses which you can use: send a free e-mail newsletter, give a free catalog and offer a promo or sweepstakes which gives them the chance to win free merchandise.

Remember, back-end selling is one of the key for your success in online home based business internet affiliate marketing!

Other things that will surely attract lifetime customers to your affiliate website are offering valued customer discounts, giving seasonal and special offers especially to your repeat customers and any other incentives to purchase. Don’t get me wrong with this; the above mentioned strategies can surely develop a trusted relationship between you and your customers. Aside from patronizing your products over their lifetime, they may even refer others to you or to your site.

Conclusion, one of the most effective and secured marketing strategies that any businessman can utilize particularly those who are involved in online home based business internet affiliate marketing is the approach of only paying for performance. And one of the most helpful online strategies to create more sales is by pulling laser targeted traffic towards your website and converting them to sales by means of Pay-Per-Click Search Engines (or advertising online ppc search engines) like Overture Yahoo!

So, you now have a site up and ready! The next
step, the most important step is to get listed in various search engines and
directories! For this you would have seen various services that are provided on
the net “Automatically Submit Your Site To 100,000 Search Engines and
Directories” these are just of no use… You can try this! Just go to the addurl
section of the most used search engine
Google.com When you add an URL there the people say that your URL is placed
in ‘queue’ to get indexed and may take 4-6 weeks before being listed there!

You would be thinking ‘I wasted all my time and effort to just wait!’ So
here is the solution of this just type in your key phrase in the search box of
Google. COM and see the Page Rank of the sites (you would require Google toolbar
installed to know the website’s page rank). Now find sites having PR’s greater
than 5 or 6. These are the sites that are of much importance to the Google
robots! The Google robots index these sites regularly in a day or two. The next
thing you would like to do is have a link exchange program with few good PR’s
sites!

Do you get the point?

No, let me explain. Let Google search your site rather than you search for
Google indexing your site! When you exchange links with site having PR’s 5 or 6
then it’s certain that your site would be there indexed in Google under 48
hours!

Now, think if you manage to exchange links with sites having PR’s 7 or 8
…. then your site would be on Google’s robot’s list in less than 24 Hours!

In the next article I’ll be telling you Why is it important to Exchange
Links and what kind of links!

What is SEO (Search Engine Optimization) Search Engine Optimization or SEO, is actually a technique of online marketing to optimize a website, using various search engines. This is done so as to generate high quality website traffic and boost its chances of being one of the most visible sites in a search engine. Using Search Engine Optimization, websites are ranked according to the various keywords used in them. SEO results are influenced by online factors such as content and offline factors such as linking strategies. All these activities ultimately lead to increase in website traffic. How Search Engines Rank Websites? The 3 major search engines Google, Yahoo, and MSN basically look in to try and categorize the websites that are listed with them, and rank them according to the focus of content and keywords published on the websites in extreme detail. These websites are picked according to existence of the chosen keywords typed by the user on the search engines. These chosen keywords need to exist in a particular website, whether once or multiple number of times. For all particle purpose Google Search is ideal. What Google Search is all About Google Search pays much less attention to the how the content on the web page itself has evolved. This means that keywords present anywhere help websites to get high ranking within the search engine. Google Search looks at who’s clicking for a website, to determine how highly its’ ranked. If search results of important sites lead to a particular website (incoming link), the website is termed as highly ranked. Pitfalls of Competitive Keywords 1. Competitive keywords such as ‘web design’, ‘real estate’, ‘news’ club even the relevant website with the irrelevant ones. However the search engine optimization tool singles out a website among others for rankings, based on the relevancy of keywords typed that are more specific to the overall content of the website. 2. So it is highly necessary that instead of competitive keywords, specific keywords should be used. So once a particular keyword is typed, it leads to a particular website. Examples: 1. If some one tries to search about a web design site, it leads to several relevant or irrelevant sites, but if the keyword searched is related to a particular part of web designing, it offers better results and leads to a specific website. 2. Instead of searching for websites that are related to ‘careers’, searching for websites that are related to ‘hospitality careers’, will make the search more specific. What SEO Elite Exactly Does? SEO Elite helps websites gain ranking in a way that beats all other search engine software products. SEO Elite helps sites to get top ranking in Google, Yahoo, & MSN search.

When you think of local advertising, the obvious choices are traditional media-newspapers, radio, yellow pages, possibly some local television spots. Targeted online advertising, like that offered by Yahoo Search Marketing, is a better choice, because you reach people while they’re looking for your products or services, and you pay only for results.

Yahoo Search Marketing is pay-per-click advertising. If you’re not familiar with this type of online advertising, these are ads that appear on search pages when someone searches for the keywords you’ve chosen. You choose how much you will pay when someone clicks on your ad for each particular keyword phrase, and you only pay when someone clicks on your ad and visits your site.

Targeting local visitors is easy with Yahoo Search Marketing. You simply choose the geographic area you wish to target, and Yahoo’s intelligent interface will send your ads only to people in your area. This means that you reach only people who are searching for your type of business, in your local area. The clicks you receive with this type of marketing will be from people who are looking for you and just don’t know it yet.

With traditional advertising, you take a shotgun approach, scattering your ad to the winds and hoping that someone who is interested in your offerings will see it at the right time. With Yahoo Search Marketing you focus with a laser-like precision on only those people who are good prospects for your business-and you only pay if they actually visit your site.

Advertising costs can eat you alive if your advertising is not hitting the mark. With traditional advertising, it is very difficult, not to mention expensive to get in front of the right people at the right time, but with Yahoo Search Marketing, this is both easy and affordable.

Because you choose the keyword phrases to advertise on, and the maximum amount you will pay for each click, you control your budget and know exactly how much you’ll spend on Yahoo Search Marketing. And again, because you’re advertising to people who are already looking for what you offer, your results will be far superior to traditional advertising.

The Internet has changed the way people buy, and Yahoo Search Marketing lets you reach people where and when they’re ready to buy. You no longer have to send out a “shotgun” ad through traditional media and hope the right people see your ad and come to your Yahoo Store. Now you can put your web site where people are looking-on the search results pages of Yahoo.

When you begin advertising on Yahoo Search Marketing, you may want to test different ads to see which one brings more clicks, and sales, and to make different offers to different customers. You can test your ads and run different ad groups for different keywords with Yahoo Search Marketing, quickly and easily.

Advertising has never been simpler, more affordable, or more effective. With Yahoo Search Marketing, reaching the right people at the right time is a matter of choosing your keywords and your budget, and pulling in customers like a magnet.

If you are going to be successful running Yahoo! Search Marketing campaigns for your business, then you must use analytics to measure the performance of various elements of your campaigns. For instance, you need to know which keywords generate the most conversions. This will allow you to allocate your budget to those keywords that generate the highest return on investment.
To turn analytics on:

1. Log into your Yahoo! Search Marketing account.
2. Click the Administration tab.
3. Click the “Analytics” link on the sub-menu.
4. Click the blue “Enable Analytics” button.

It will serve you well to have some kind of well-defined conversion event on your web site. This gives you something to measure. If you sell products, it’s easy. You just pass the amount of the sale to the analytics, and Yahoo! will calculate how much profit you are making on your campaign. If you sell services, it’s a little more difficult. In that instance, what you need to do is assign some kind of value for having a visitor complete some action on your web site.

Conversion tracking like we are talking about here, where you can actually determine with precision the profitability of every keyword in your campaign, is accomplished by placing a snippet of JavaScript code on the page of your web site that signifies the completion of a conversion event. Examples are an order confirmation page for a web site that sells products, and a mailing list signup thank you page. Into the JavaScript code you pass the value of the transaction. So if you sell products, you would pass through the actual amount of money you made on the product. If you sell services, you might pass through a static value like $1 every time someone signs up for your mailing list.

If you have enough data, you can more accurately assign a value to an event like a newsletter signup. For example, if you know that your average customer is worth $100 in profit, and you know that 5% of the people who sign up for your newsletter eventually become customers, then you can assign a newsletter signup a value of $5 ($100 X 5%). This means that every newsletter signup is worth $5 in revenue, because for every 20 you will make $100 in profit. You should be able to come up with a reasonable guess about how much profit you earn on the average customer. After you have generated a few hundred newsletter signups, you will have a good idea what your average conversion rate is for newsletter subscribers.

To start tracking your campaign financially, you need to enable “Conversion Only” analytics.

To enable Conversion Only analytics, tags that record conversion events and revenue:

1. Click the radio button next to “Conversion Only Analytics”.

2. Click the blue “Activate” button.

You will see a section of the page that contains a snippet of code something like:

window.ysm_customData = new Object();
window.ysm_customData.conversion = “transId=,currency=,amount=”;
etc…

As the instructions say, you need to place the code snippet in the header section of the page on your site that represents your converting event.

If you sell items that can be different prices, such as items in an ecommerce shopping cart, you will need to have your web site administrator or programmer place some code that will dynamically insert the price. It should be appended to “,amount=” in the appropriate line of the JavaScript code snippet.

For example, if the sale is for an item that costs $24.95, line 4 of the code snippet above would end:

…conversion = “transid=,currency=,amount=24.95″;

If you only sale a single-priced item, or if you are a service business that is going to assume some dollar value for the converting event, you can always pass the same dollar amount through by setting the “Revenue Value:” dropdown on the Analytics Settings page to “Constant Average Value”, typing the amount in the textbox, and clicking the “Save” button. If you do this, you don’t have to worry about modifying the JavaScript code to pass the amount of the sale through.

When you activate analytics, some new columns of data are added to your campaign summary, campaign detail, and ad group detail charts: conversions, revenue, CPA (cost per acquisition), and ROAS (return on ad spend). This will show you at a glance how well your campaigns, ad groups, and even keywords are doing financially.

If you need some more detailed information about setting up analytics, such as configuring your ecommerce platform to pass revenue data to the tracking code, refer to the Yahoo! Search Marketing Analytics Setup Guide, which is a PDF file that can be downloaded from Yahoo! at help.marketingsolutions.yahoo.com.

As a full-time webmaster and site owner, figuring out just what Google wants has been the most challenging aspect of running an online business. For many webmasters Google is the eight ton elephant in the room and you only have two options: upset the elephant and get trampled or quickly find out what it likes to consume and try to feed it.

In order to keep Google fed, webmasters have to jump through more than one set of hoops. When it comes to getting top rankings in Google’s Index or SERPs, there are 200 of these hoops or ranking factors. And if you want to play in Google’s ballpark, you have to try and master the majority of them.

For years, frustrated webmasters have been guessing and searching for these ranking factors. Asking what does Google want? How does Google rank pages and keywords? How does Google want you to build your site?

Ten years ago it wouldn’t have mattered what Google thought of your site for it wasn’t even in the picture, but now when it comes to online search, Google is king of the hill. And as we all know, kings get whatever they want.

Besides, any webmaster worth his salt, knows Google is what counts when it comes to organic traffic - you can achieve #1 spots for a keyword in all three top search engines (Yahoo and MSN being the other two light-weight contenders) but Google will simply deliver the most traffic to your site.

Google doesn’t as yet have a monopoly on web search, but it’s getting close to 70% of U.S. traffic and in some countries it’s up over 90%. But it’s not only the search numbers which makes Google king - it is the prestige and power of the Google brand name. Google has truly permeated into popular culture and the public psyche like no other brand name in history.

Google brings respect and trust into the equation. Web users respect and trust Google to give them a quality answer to their question. That’s why it was rather ironic, that for years webmasters have been asking Google about their ranking system, their algorithm, their practices… for years Google remained for the most part silent. This was mainly to keep at bay, those who would like to “game” the system in order to get high rankings within Google.

Until now that is, maybe it’s just me but doesn’t it appear that Google is suddenly opening up about its whole ranking procedures and what they expect from webmasters. Maybe the answers have always been there, we just couldn’t find them. However, a more likely scenario is that someone high up within Google made the decision to be more transparent with it comes to webmasters and how much they would tell them.

In recent Webmaster live chats, Googlers Matt Cutts, Maile Ohye, among others… have been honestly answering questions about what Google requires webmasters to do regarding their sites. These are Q&A sessions dealing with the “burning questions” webmasters have had for years concerning Google and what Google wants. Do a search in Google for “Google Webmaster Help | Google Groups” if you will to find these sessions.

Since I run several modest sites on webmaster tools and Internet marketing I am approached by more than a few people who want me to help them build their online site or business. One of the major issues that always comes up somewhere in the process (usually phrased in different ways) is this question:

What does Google want? What does Google expect of my site? How do I get ranked high in Google?

Mainly because my chief goal is to help these webmasters understand Google better in order to build a profitable site; I have struggled and puzzled over this question for years.

What is Google’s Golden Rule?

Many experts believe it is related to relevancy - the key to getting high rankings is how relevant your content is to the question being asked? Maybe so, but in order to explain it to a would-be webmaster, I had to find the words that would most appropriately sum up Google’s prime directive?

After you go through all the SEO checkmarks, take into account the quality and uniqueness of your content, factor in the credibility and authority of your site and backlinks, and factor in the relevancy issue… this was the simple Google Golden Rule I came up with:

“Always think of your visitor first when creating any content for your site.”

This may or may not be what Google is expecting but all indications are pointing in the direction of the “visitor’s experience” and how good you or your content make that experience? Google is serving up a product, it wants the user of their product to be happy with the results. If they’re happy, Google is happy. And if everyone’s happy then the kingdom grows.

Still anything as simple and as complicated as getting top rankings in Google can’t be boiled down to a single catch phrase. You must do your homework and a good starting point would be to thoroughly read Google’s Webmaster Guidelines. Studying and listening to the latest Google webmaster chats may also prove beneficial and helpful.

However, there are still those 200 hoops you have to jump through and you must be extremely careful of how you build your site if you’re trying to please Google. Listen when the king speaks. Observe his rules. Be on your guard, and it helps to become just a little paranoid. And always, always remember, an elephant never forgets.
