Misbah And his boys have done it. Misbah who had not much popularity when he hold the responsibility on his shoulders but and when he was slowly building team and had 2 or 3 draw games, Everyone get against him that he is a more defensive. He was also being called a Draw captain not a winning captain. Well he proved everything wrong in this series and He was true at his place that the team was at building stage and they needed to conquer which actually takes time.

Now he not only Won the series but also White Washed #1 Team England with 3-0 in UAE Test Series. Misbah ul Haq's Stats are Best stats of any captain Pakistan ever had. He has only lost a test match to West Indies out of 14 and WON 9 of them so his winning Percentage is 64% Which is better than all previous captains who took charge for over 10 tests.. Also in ODI he lost 1 out of 13 and WON 12 with Winning Percentage 92% So his stats show that he is better than any captain Pakistan had yet, But now he has gotten big challenges. He need show his class and proficiency against South Africa, Australia and India. And Now the all big teams want to contest Pakistan because they are seeing them unbeaten.

England who is currently at the top of Test Ranking is worry about the white wash. Before the start test Series where England came with the wish to perform well as they were performing consistently in past 3 years. They would have never thought that Pakistan will drag them to this situation where they have never been against Any of the Sub-Continent team. Well at the moment the top test team is looking to gain some respect in the series. On the other side Pakistan already lead the series by 2-0 but they will be hungry for this achievement. They will love to keep England under pressure.

Pitch will matter a lot in final test. If it assists spinners just like it did in 1st test, Ajmal, Abdul Rehman combination would create more problems for England. They have failed to show strength against spinners.

3.8 million to be given for Four Top Test teams by ICC

ICC has decided to reward four of the top test teams in Ranking. Before this there was only #1 team was being rewarded USd 170,000. Now ICC has decided to distribute USD 3.8 million in Top four teams in ICC Test Ranking and this amount will increase every year.
"We are delighted at the growing interest and quality of Test match cricket and we must continue to promote the pinnacle form of the game before and beyond the Test Championship in 2017,"ICC CEO" Haroon Lorgat said.

Virender Sehvag has once again failed in 1st T20 against Australia. He went out for just 3 runs putting his team under immense pressure again where team could not recover. Dhoni eleven need to rethink and rejoin their team. They should put youngster, new brains and new bodies in the team instead of oldies who are performing poorly and are unable to perform according to the situation. Virender Sehvag has been one of them although he is known a big hitter but he is not been able to even sustain his performance in Australia and it has been series of failure for him too.

He was involved in all 4 test matches and he batted all 8 innings but could not sustain long in his innings. He is also among the other seniors could not get more then couple of fifties in 9 innings. Here are his 8-test and 1 T20 scores.

Why Misbah-ul-Haq is better of all previous captains

Misbah is a very mature cricketer and he has a long experience of Captaincy in first class cricket. Also he is an MBA degree holder. That is the reason he has been showing good leadership skills in field. One best quality of his leadership is that he keep the team united and give every one proper chance to perform. You may say in Afridi's captaincy Abdul Razzaq dose not get proper chance are so many player may not be utilized properly, But not in the case of Misbah-ul-Haq. He has ability to utilize the available resources effectively eve if they are not Mohammad Asif, Mohammad Amir even then they beaten World #1 England. And also he is calm & cool that makes him think confidently and correctly. This all depends on leadership that how the leader is running team and making the team perform well.
