<p>Adult Program (age 13 &#8211; adult)</p>
<p><strong>Warrior Workout:</strong>  This is an incredible fitness workout program designed for individuals of all fitness levels. It’s challenging yet very rewarding.   Enjoy the dynamics of a group while receiving personal attention.  Strengthen the entire body, including your core (stomach, back &amp;hips).  Equipment used includes:  bands, free weights, kettle bells, dumbbells, medicine balls and more!  This is an excellent one hour class! All classes are one hour.</p>
<p style="text-align:center;">Class Days/Times:   Monday &amp; Wed &#8211; 5:15am, 6:15am &amp; 7:30pm</p>
<p style="text-align:center;">Friday &#8211;   5:15am, 6:15am</p>
<p style="text-align:center;">Sat. &#8211; 8:00 am</p>
<p style="text-align:center;">Program costs:  $80/month for 2 classes per week</p>
<p style="text-align:center;">$95/month for 3 classes per week</p>
<p style="text-align:center;">5 class punch card:  $60</p>

<p><em>We have not increased program fees in several years. My goal has always been to keep the program affordable. The increased fee will help facilitate several equipment upgrades. Starting in September, we will be upgrading our equipment by adding more bars, free weights, boxes, and dip bars.</em></p>
<p><strong>The Challenge workouts</strong>:   This is the next level of training for those who desire to push themselves a little harder.  Classes will include:  Speed Drills, Running Intervals, Cardio Boxing, Jump Rope , Trail Running , TRX body weight exercises ,  extensive core training, a dynamic  warm up and stretching. All classes are one hour.</p>
