It's a helpful trait, having a handyman for a husband.<br /><br />Inspired by all the fancy headboards we saw during a home decor store hunt, Hubs decided that he could make one just as nice as the $1,500 leather one I drooled over.<br /><br />Hubs sized it up. Checking it out from top to bottom and front to back, he squeezed the sides of this fancy headboard and announced,<br /><br />"I could make this."<br /><br />So he did.<br /><br />We visited a local fabric store and Home Depot to pick up all of our supplies.
