Now after three years of doing this diligently, it's time to shut it down and spend time doing other aspects of the work I do with "Livin' La Vida Low-Carb." I don't know why I didn't eat...just didn't need to.  May be attempting some more IF soon just to see how I do since it worked so well for me earlier this year when I used it.  We'll see.  Got in a solo session in the gym tonight, too, since my muscles FINALLY recovered from the beating my personal trainer gave me on Tuesday.  ARG! I go see her again this next week on Thursday.  Gotta keep saying "hurts so good, hurts so good." It's raw milk and there's been a lot of talk about how healthy it is for people to consume compared to pasteurized and homogenized milk.  But the carb counts in raw milk have kept many low-carbers away.  Yet the results of my testing showed something quite shocking which you'll hear about in my analysis post tomorrow. Today I chose to test my blood sugar on those Kellogg's Special K protein shakes since they're in the same section where the Atkins shakes are.  The carb counts on these shakes are much higher because they have sugar as the #3 ingredient behind water and protein blend.  I've got OJ, 2% milk and raw milk coming up over the next week before I blog my results. Christine's idea of chilling out involves watching hours of shows on &lt;i&gt;The Food Network&lt;/i&gt;.
