For those of you with smartphones, I regret that I will no longer be publishing the index in the form of a mobile application.  I just can’t support those any more.  I am, however, working to create a mobile-friendly web version of the index.  More news on that in the future.

There are quite few rule changes this year that we all need to be aware of.  These were covered in Little League’s Rule and Regulation Changes.  Many of these affect both regular season and tournament play.
