The side of the shopkeepers and providers that this way have the "CTT STAMP" of delivered without even investing on "expensive B2B" digital billing solution.

Even your grocery on the corner of your street can use this service as long as it has a computer (Winrest for instance) and cutepdf (or a mac with the great "invoice" software from Portuguese "empty factory" for invoice printing)...
By establishing this connection via CTT, the shopkeeper rests assured that the invoice is delivered to you, and has "finantial and legal" value.
