Did you know that 99 of the 200 Official Worse Places to live in NYC can be found in Brooklyn?[via Curbed, of course] Did you know that you could be living in one of them?
In Brooklyn, mostly. As the Wall Street Journal points out, the borough possesses nearly half the list at 99 buildings. Next is the Bronx with 70, and Manhattan with 23. Said HPD Commissioner Rafael Cestero in a statement, "For the families who call these Terrible 200 buildings home, the conditions pose a real threat to health and safety – not only to the tenants, but to the neighborhood as a whole." Here's the list of bad influences.

You gotta hand it to all those Brooklyn ~~Hipsters~~ (i hate how that word is OVERUSED) Artists in Bushwick-they sure do come up with some off-the-wall shit (literally). Loftninja has been out of town and just caught wind of the new Nut Factory project, which is basically a trailer park in the middle of Bushwick First I would like to say how unbelievably bad-ass this idea is- It reminds me of my homey justiNYC's project to help the homeless off the streets, Home Free Organization. When everything which is fixed and unattainable becomes out of the question...go mobile! These guys should link up. Way to go!
