Initially was actually confused by the designers name. Behance was showing N/A (Not Available) as the designers name for Babt Best which did actually confuse me for a minute or two until I realised that is the designers name. Quirky for sure.

Back to the logo and brand work here and I dare anyone to say they don’t feel invigorated by this amazingly colourful design. It’s tasteful, fun, playful as well as stylishly refined with no hint of the cliche!

Look as well at how modular this design is when applied to the business cards. Just love this logo so much.

I have a particular affinity to anything Mental Health due to my own past experiences. Seven years ago I suffered a breakdown, at work, that resulted in me loosing my home, considerable parts of my personal life and my long-standing job.

The thing that draws me to this identity design is the very fact that the private health care system let me down in a massive way. I should be more specific: the psychiatrist let me down in a major way. I was incorrectly diagnosed with Bipolar 2, which lasted a period of 5 years, and ended up being the worst part of this whole experience.

If one private sector health care professional can get it wrong, then it just shows how challenging a task it is to inform the lay-person about the intricacies of mental health.

imjustcreative (logo design portfolio) is my own attempt to rebuild my: life, career and confidence after, what was for me, a life changing experience. So far it’s been an 8 year journey, and I just now feel I am getting a firm hold of things. Life is now far more fulfilling than it ever was pre breakdown. It took a breakdown to re align me on the right path.

I love the logo design. Simple (if one chooses to listen), yet confusing (if one doesn’t listen). Great job by Sea Design.

Kyle Poff has been featured here on Logo Stack before so bided my time before posting this beauty. Possibly one of the most refined lawyer brand monograms I can remember seeing.

A mark like this is also a great way to get around the problem of deferring to one name before the other. Of course one name must always come before the other, but in a mark with two initials intertwined in a central alignment, it then creates more of a equal footed union.

Featured the Forevermark on my own blog a while back and it still impresses me for it’s stylish simplicity.

Also a little unusual to see the brand name on top of a logomark which is something often seen by fashion brands like Gucci etc. So some sneaky brand alignment going on there which makes perfect sense given the sort of consumer interested in bathing in diamonds and Gucci accessories.

I’ll be honest and say it was the gorgeous vivid orange background that first caught my eye which then lead to the sweet typography for Teplitzky’s in their logo. The texture almost looks like the skin of a lovely fresh orange which already got the appropriate senses firing within.

Easy to just focus on the lovely lark present within the negative space. It’s all so nicely balanced with the typography leading in to the visual nicety within the R.

The typography is strong and clean. I read the word Lark just before I noticed the oh-so-sweet negative space design.

I like it when then happens as it’s subtle but enhances the typography and brand name perfectly. There is a fine balance between the subtle and stylish negative space design opposed to the right in your flipping face variety.

BodyCount logo and brand identity design by Rosie Lee.

First games console logo entered into Logostack. It’s a little strange actually as I find that there are some excellent logo designs created for the Xbox and PS consoles etc, yet they seemingly get overlooked when it comes to logo design collections.

Not sure why that is, and I have given it thought from time to time. A logo is a logo regardless of it’s for a company, a product, an individual or a computer game. Still has to drive people to buy it.

So anyway I was very happy to see a new article showing the BodyCount logo and packaging created for Codemasters by Rosie Lee. Incredibly strong typographic styling which manages to squeeze in quite a bold cut.
