No sound in tv tuner card windows 7 setting manual solved

On the PCI tv tuner philips saa7130/34 that was i have installed in windows xp and windows 8 no problem, picture and sound goes well, but after I change the operating system with Windows 7 then I get a new problem, image appeared but sound disappear no sound at all, when I look at the line-in playback visualization goes well up and down on a regular basis in accordance with the sound produced.

I had thought that this problem is on the hardware, but I've tried to open and plug move the plugs from the Line In jack to the microphone, but the result remains the same no sound in tv tuner applications in windows 7.

I also replace the driver from the old driver and then I replace it with a new driver corresponding or similar to the tv tuner and I began to install but still the same result, a variety of ways and I get the solution I had not yet found the solution.

And finally I am looking for another way to do manual settings in control panel and playback on the speakers or the sound recording and the results the sound are returned in tv tuner although there is a slight problem with tv tuner application that when I apply this manual setting the mute and volume can not be serves as the manual settings directly related to the setting of the sound master windows, so if I want to down or enlarge the sound I had to do it on the windows speaker volume on right below the taskbar.

1. Right click on the taskbar speaker volume on the right bottom

Once click on recording devices it will pop up a new window and click on the recording tab and select the appropriate with plugs that you select, for example, you plug jack cable tv tuner to line in and right click and click properties like picture below, but if the cable plugs into mocrophone then right click on mouse and select properties setting on the microphone.

4. You see on picture below Select the Listen tab and check the box the device listens to this and click apply or click the Ok button.

As I have said above that the wearing of this manual way then mute and volume could not work even if we reduce or enlarge the sound will still have no effect unless we operate the speaker volume to up and down the audible sound in windows is in the bottom right of the taskbar.

It seems like this post is long tips on tips and know this because this how to share internet connection from android connection to a laptop via wifi, but this blog is too long didn't update.

For now use a smartphone and a laptop was now widespread and have become daily consumer goods like eating every day because the people without a smartphone these days maybe they're upset, and now the internet is the everyday needs as well, then if we were less satisfied using browsers on Smartphones such as the android browser smartphone but less satisfying because of the size that is too small, so if you have a laptop with wifi is available then we can share the internet connection from android to a laptop or PC that has wifi connection.

Previously I've been posting about how to share internet connection from android phone to laptop/pc by using the USB cable.

After I made a post about how to install a dual boot android kitkat x86 and windows if there is still the possibility of confusion between choosing a partition or grub settings to boot android entry or, for that I give one other alternative to install android x86 kitkat with virtualbox, I think install android PC / laptop with a virtual box more better because it's easier and does not create a new partition on the hard drive.

By install android kitkat x86 in virtualbox can be done in windows operating system like windows xp, windows 7 and windows 8 as well as linux ubuntu as long as the operating system already installed virtualbox.

The tips below I did install it on Linux ubuntu virtualbox for virtualbox in windows but also I think the same way as below.

For using ubuntu after install android on it then can be added grub android setting open the terminal typing "sudo gedit /boot/grub/grub.cfg" without quotes and place it at the very bottom.

Android kitkat latest version of the android operating system with new features and we can use on virtualbox, with virtualbox the installation and use easier way, even if the internet will be directly connected to the internet if internet PC is connected, for that I suggest instead we install android on virtualbox is better than dual boot, with virtualbox android kitkat then can we enlarge the view of the virtualbox, view by clicking the tabs at the top left virtulabox and click full screen.

Here's how to install android x86 kitkat in virtualbox windows or linux ubuntu :

1. Download virtualbox here or here, after the download and install on your PC / laptop.

2. Download Android 4.4 x86 kitkat here.

3. Open virtualbox and then click the New button on the left above under the menu file. All pictures in here is from my second blog.

4. Once clicked a new window will appear and click next, then fill the name in accordance with you want of its name is Android for example see the image below

5. Then click next after a new window will come out and determine the capacity for memory or RAM on your PC or laptop if it has 1GB ram I suggest to fill it with 128/256mb and if 2gb I suggest to fill it with 256/512mb.

6. Next and new menu will appear to create a new virtual disk, select create new disk and click next.

Chooce VDI (Virtualbox Disk Image)
Chooce Dynamically allocated
Once finished creating the virtual disk and then click next and fill the hard drive capacity will be created, i suggest you to create 2GB.
After the contents of the virtual disk fill with capacity then click the next button and then click the create button and the process bar will look like in the picture below if appear

7. See file machine android in the left as shown below.

8. To install android click settings button as shown in picture No. 7 and a new window will appear then select the storage, see the arrow and click a button to open a file choose disk where the android x86 ISO kitkat stored and select the file.

9. After the ide Controller filled with the android x86 kitkat iso file that was downloaded click the Ok button at the bottom, and click the start button.

How to dual boot Install android kitkat x86 and windows on pc or laptop

Been a long time I did not make a post because too lazy to make new posts, but already there are some tips or turorial is to be made.

This time is not much different from the last post, namely how to install android on a PC or laptop with android x86 kitkat.

Already three posts related to how to install android on a PC or laptop that can be installed directly to the partition or to the emulator by using virtualbox, and can be used or a dual boot with windows xp, windows 7 and windows 8 even with linux like ubuntu etc..

Android kitkat is the latest android version with some significant changes, the display is a bit similar to the jellybean but new features from this kitkat android maybe you can see and feel after you install.

This kitkat Android emulator version that can be installed directly on a PC and can dual boot and can also be installed in virtualbox, but the functions and features nothing has changed with the android version kitkat on Handheld. But the differences features are usually can be see from display a Custom ROM you used.

Are you the one that's already tried this android kitkat, if it not possible to try and follow these steps below, or you have own steps to install this android x86 kitkat on your PC/Laptop.

There are two way to install android x86 4.4 RC1 kitkat as follows:

A. Install android 4.4 x86 kitkat using grub from android itself but this is not recommended, because if something goes wrong like boot windows erased or overwritten by grub boot boot into windows will result in an error.

In this step A your MBR disk setting will be replace with grub from android so i suggest to think before use this step A, see in step B below.

1 . Create a new partition in the windows 2GB , and format it to FAT32 type partitions can be put together at the windows but it is good in separation because if there is an error then the windows will not be disturbed . For more details can be seen in the video below this post .
2 . Download android - x86 - 4.4 - RC1.iso looking at android - x86.org
3 . - Burn into the USB flashDisk with Unetbootin , but be careful when going to burn it to flashdisk the datacan be erased .
- Burn to cd use nero or other iso tools .
4 . Restart the PC and then boot to USB flashdisk or cd android 4.4 kitkat by way of plug usb stick into the PC and restart the PC and then enter to bios and change the first boot to USB or CD if that use CD or if you know can directly click the button boot like F9 , F10 , F11 or F12 in accordance with the settings of the PC bios .
5 . After entry into the x86 android 4.4 kitkat first select the third option is a Live CD - Debug Mode to find out where is the fat32 sda partition, after entering typed fdisk -l and its results will be there as shown below :

In the picture above because I made a partition on the hard drive is FAT32 only one there for android so mean here the partition for android is / dev/sda3, so later on when install android install to sda3.
6. Restart the PC and boot back into android and select the fourth ie Installation - Install Android-x86 to harddisk.

7. It's already been known that the partition is sda3 for android, so install android on sda3 and do not format, to keep from mistakes of formatted

8. In other next option do not format the partition to another type and chooce OK and enter.

9. Install grub select yes and enter.

10. Select yes to boot to windows through grub.

11. Once we enter the android will soon be installed, and then to determine the memory capacity for android, we can give a maximum of 2048.

12. After install is complete, restart the PC and unplug the flash drive or cd in cpu, and the image below is an example for a grub boot android and windows.

B. Install android 4.4 x86 kitkat grub2win using:

1. Follow the above steps of No. 1 to step no.8, then for grub option do not install just skip for grub install.

2. Then if there is an option as shown below select OK and enter.

3. Then Select Yes to save the data.img on hard drive, the maximum memory size is 2GB or 2048 MB.
4. When finished reboot or restart the computer and run into the windows.
5. Grub2 for windows download here. Extract grub2 for windows on drive C:/grub2.
6. Go to the folder and install grub2 in grub2 folder namely is grub2win.exe after installed grub.cfg will there, open grub.cfg with notepad and add the android boot menu at the bottom of the texts. below is boot android text.

Replace the red text with a partition installed android for example the android installed in sda3 then replace hd0,X above with hd0,3 save a notepad and restart the PC or computer and after turn on the computer there will be two options first boot windows and the second is gRUB 2 Windows option and select the grub 2 android windows to get into android.

Recently I helped my sister who has a problem with unlock pattern android phone samsung galaxy GT young, but all the android phone applications installed on the Android phone erased, because before I didn't know it turns out there are other step that can to open forgot unlock pattern.

        - In linux Typing "rm /data/system/gesture.key" (without the quotes)

After it shut down and restart the android phone if successful it will be straight to the phone menu without unlock pattern.

2. By reset to its default settings or settings restored to its original settings, this step from science-android.blogspot.com but the data and apps is already installed will be deleted.

Turn off samsung android young phone.
Press the Volume UP + Home button + Power button simultaneously until the press came out and release the samsung logo to boot into recovery.
Then press the volume up (+) to shift and volume down (-) to start running the command press the home button or the power button.
Select the "wipe default factory reset"
Reboot or turn off and turn on the samsung android phone unlock pattern will disappear and go to the start menu.

BBM can be used in PC but using the android emulator but this time I have not made the tips but you can see how to install android emulator on PC that I have made in some other post. One of them are install bluetsacks, install android sdk and android x86.

I am pleased with the presence of BBM in android because of the first I want to use BBM, but I don't have a Blackberry Handheld, I felt the desire to achieve it although I don't have many friends on my BBM contact.

BlueStacks is Android emulator application that can be used on the windows so we could use the android on a laptop or computer along with the windows. 2. After downloaded open bluestacks to install with double click and click accept ... If there will be options for such notifications and in app purchase now that the free app would be selected or not that's okay.

3. Click the install button and wait until the process is complete.

4. This is a common problem, at the time of install BlueStacks is running an error message like "your graphics hardware or dirvers do not support apps ......" just click ok. 8. A new windows will appear and click the manage avds button and click the new button to begin create android emulator on the right.
9. A new window will appear when the button is clicked and Insert your android name, select your choice according to size preference. If you want to change the size of the internal memory replace 200 to 512 and sd card to 1024 = 1GB and click OK.
10. Click start to open android will appear according to your choice.

How to install linux ubuntu 12.04 lts precise pangolin with images :

1. Make sure the disk partition that Ubuntu is available for approximately 6 GB for ubuntu itself is actually about 4.3 GB and for the swap partition is 1024 MB or 1GB .

2. Download ubuntu 12:04 LTS precise for free here or select the appropriate processor like intel or amd used here .

RAM 512 MB and hard drive capacity is 30GB, then the swap partition is 512MB
RAM 512 MB and hard drive 100GB then the swap partition is 1024MB = 1GB
RAM 2 GB and hard drive 30GB then the swap partition is 1024MB or 1GB
RAM 2 GB and hard drive 100GB then swap partition is 2048MB or 2GB. And can be seen the sources in help.ubuntu.com.

11. The next setting place the boot loader that will and we can set example grub2 will be installed directly on the hard disk/dev/sda or on the first partition is /dev/sda1.

12. Click the "Install Now" and wait a while till the process is completed and the next step is setting the location where we are.

How to block or separate bad sectors on hard drive

After a lot of posts about android, like how to install android x86 on pc/laptop but this time I'm posting a different than ever before for this blog :). Hard drive is one of the most important parts of a computer without it the computer couldn't get into windows or any other operating system. This post is a continuation of the last post is how to fix a damaged hard drive or bad sectors and there is given a way to overcome the bad sector affected hard drive, but there are bad sectors hard drive is not physically damaged.

This post different from the last post because here only gives quick tips on how to separate or cutting partition hdd (hard drive) are affected bad sectors and not repair bad sectors, so once we know the hard drive that has damaged some bad sectors on the hard drive may be can fix with some free software that can be used with well. But if bad sectors already penetrated into all partitions/blocks/sectors then it is small change to be overcome, and usually the hard drive has been sounded loudly. One more thing if the hard drive is not detected by the computer try to replace into other power supply or plug it into another computer, if the same result it's mean the hard drive is dead cannot be fixed.

First things advance check the hard disk bad sector affected by the application instance with Minitool Partition Wizard. And the following is only an example and I use the hard drive is still good and no bad sectors but these are simply examples.

Here's how to find out the hard drive has bad sectors affected/damaged:

1. Download and install Minitool Partition Wizard here.

2. Once install it to the windows os and open the Minitool partition wizard and point to your mouse on the hard drive we will check the existence of the damaged sector.

3. Once we select the hard drive, right click on the mouse and select "Surface Test" to start checking for bad sectors wait until the check is finish.

4. The result will be to know before and after a hard drive on a check , if the color of the little boxes all the green , then the hdd ( hard drive ) there are no bad sectors or no block sector has been corrupted, and if the small box is red then it is block or sector is damaged .

After we check and find out the block sector has been corrupted then the next step is to separate partition bad sectors and should not be used in a way that damaged sector block, and even if bad sectors the disk is not too severe then we can use this step. Before we separate the bad sectors in affected partition we can use the other repair bad sector disk apps to recover/repair such as hdd regenerator or other tools recovered, and if it is not able to recover in the best way is to separate or cutting the blocks sectors are damaged.

How to separate the bad sectors on the hard drive with Minitool Partition wizard:

Following ways is a short but solid tips but block the damaged sector we do not know how MB/GB but here I use a feeling or a percentage of the hard drive.

1. Once scanned and checked for bad sectors and it is not too much then the next step on the way to unformat/unallocated partition the bad sectors affected.

2. Move/resize of size the partition and create a new partition for example if the disk is 2 gb and bad sectors are at the beginning of the partition such as in the picture above.

3. Cut that was the beginning of the partition by right-clicking the mouse on the minitool partition wizard and move/resize partitions as about 200 MB at the beginning of the affected or contained some bad sectors.

- Drag the mouse left click to start separating the affected partition bad sectors to the right .

- If it is determined that the capacity will be separated click apply button on the left of the software minitool

4. Once cut into two parts so that 2GB partition in pieces 200MB so the harddrive become 1.8 GB and the remaining 200MB, scan again or check back with "Surface Tests" if it is contained bad sectors.

5. If there are bad sectors on the new partition 1.8 GB and start cutting back the partition to approximate how many MB to be cut in this way is to use move/resize option on minitool partition wizard and so on until the bad sector is completely absolutely nothing in the new partition.

6. The new partition in bad sector affected must be to unformat or unallocated which means we don't use that partition so it does not interfere with the performance of other partitions.

Here's an example of the hard drive is a lot of bad sectornya so many separate partitions as shown below, indicates unalocated partition is not used because there are bad sectors .

But if bad sectors are in the middle of the 2GB partition? cut into two parts for example if the disk is 2 GB Move/Resize in the middle 1GB and 1 gb check back with "Surface Test" and find the bad sector and use the step above.

The example above is not from the hard drive really bad sectors but it is just an example of how to separate the bad sector is like the example above. And I have tried to my hard disk with bad sector affected and can be quite successful.

I am so confused to how to explain it but hopefully my this post is understandable :).

Bad sectors on the hard drive is physically the most likely can no longer be repaired , but the data can still be saved in a service place or serve rescue the data on the hdd ( hard drive ) that is damaged .

At the HDD ( hard drive ) that is not in bad physical sector is only on the software or similar I also do not know too much about it , but I 've tried on several multiple hdd ( hard drive ) and some are bad sectors can be recovered and partly can not be repaired anymore .

If the hard drive is starting to give a fairly loud noise sometimes even then still can be fixed , but sometimes not long back become bad sectors usually windows will often hang / lag and will only get worse until it can not be used again . Therefore if the hdd ( hard drive ) has come out very loud sound immediately backup all existing data to your second hard disk.

Some causes of disk bad sector affected computers restart repeatedly or frequent power outages due to strong not hold a lot of power, so the harddisk experiencing frequent crashes and hangs , and the hard drive has bad sectors affected then by the time we are running an application and often jammed or lag and hangs up the application could not run again and must be restart and re -run windows .

1 . Download and install the application Minitool partition wizard here .

2 . Once downloaded and installed we can directly use .

3 . Open Minitool partition wizard and check the hard disk with right click on mouse and choose "Surface Test" text and click the left mouse , then after the new window appears please click on the start button is on the top right.

4 . Scans will run , if the color of the small box is the green the sector or block is safe or good , and if the little box that have been passed is red then it is bad news because it is the sector / block that is damaged or bad sectors , should be immediately fixed by other software if the bad sector can be repaired with hard drive recovery software.

The first method to fix repair / recover bad sectors on a hard drive is to use software HDAT :

1 . Download HDAT software here . can be used for computers , laptops and netbooks .

2 . Once downloaded extract it to a folder and burn on CD/DVD blank using applications for example ISO buster, isomaster or Nero. In addition, if you have a HBCD CD / DVD use it there are lot of software for hard drive data recovery software and more.

3 . In this example I use HDAT is in HBCD please search in google by typing HBCD ISO file to download it .

4 . Once selected hard disk to be repaired enter on the keyboard and select the first part of "Drive Level Tests Menu ".

5 . Then choose the first part also the " Read and Repair bad sectors " that will be running disk repair process soon .

6 . Wait for the scan and repair process hdd up to 100 %, the scan process is blue color and if not found a bad sector on the hard drive the line will be all blue, but if the line are red with B letter that has been is bad sectors and if hdat able to fix the bad sectors and after re-scan the bad sector will be gone , which means bad sectors already fixed and there is no more damaged sectors .

The second method to fix a damaged hard drive / bad sectors by using HDD Regenerator :

1 . Download HDD Regenerator here for a version of Windows

2 . Once downloaded and installed then run hdd regenerator and select the hard drive to scan and recovery bad sector.

3 . In above picture i use hdd regenerator from HBCD, after being selected to the correct hdd then select the first part of the number 1 of choice is scan and repair.

4 . To begin the scan and repair hard drives ranging from 0 ( zero ) then click enter directly from the keyboard and if you want to start from the middle or a specific part then typing the numbers of which we will scan for example ranging from 1gb then typing 1024mb and enter.

5 . From the picture above on No. 4 that is currently running hdd regenerator to repair the damaged block or sector , if the box is white after the scan is complete all that is 100 % then the hard drive does not have problems and if the rectangular box is have the "B" letter and "R" sign that the hard drive already fixed.

There is a big possibility if the hard drive has been severely damaged in the destruction of the physical damage, although there has been contained the letter " R " or a sign that the hdd has been successfully repaired and after we restart the computer in question and recheck with the hdd regenerator and if there are still have bad sector so the hard drive can not be fixed, Try using low level format tools, and there are many software to fix a damaged hard disk in a different method.

Before we try to install directly to the hard drive perhaps we could try to install android x86 in virtualbox so that we will know what the pros and cons of this android jellybean 4.3 x86. And if it is as expected and works well as the android phones are used. That way we can evaluate for themselves of the advantages and disadvantages of android x86 that we will install, because maybe there will be people who want to dual boot between android and windows that are installed together on PC/Laptop.

And here are some things that have been updated and corrected from the Android x86 source:

- Support ARM translator
- Support bluetooth
- Upgrade 3.10.2 kernel so that it becomes more driver support
- Upgrade Mesa OpenGL ES library to 9.2 devel for support amd radeon acceleration and intel chipset.
- Also Not able to suspend and resume
- No support superuser.

There are several ways to install android version of this computer or android x86 jellybean 4.3, and I give it two ways.

After downloading the next step is to install virtual box on computer and start preparations to install android in virtual box.
Virtualbox installation on ubuntu linux or in windows like windows xp, windows 7 and windows 8 are method.
Open Virtual box already installed on your PC or laptop and then click the new button to create a new virtual Android x86.

Then a new window will be seen and click next, fill the name in accordance with your current in the box provided, switch to the Linux operating system and switch to linux 2.6 version can be seen for example in the image below and click next.

The new window will be see to set memory capacity that will be used in a virtual box for android x86, if your computer has 1GB of RAM or memory then use the virtual box in 256mb or 512mb.

Click next for another setting for the virtual hard disk, Create new hard disk and select the VDI and then select Fixed size and click next.

Click next to set capacity to use, I use only 2GB.

Click next and click create and wait until bar process is to create a virtual hard disk finish as in the example picture below.

Next click on the settings button to the storage arrangements to enter iso file into a virtual box that you created.

Failed to start or load libgl.so in ubuntu android sdk emulator

When I install android sdk emulator on a computer with the operating system ubuntu 12.04 and run and when i run android sdk emulator i have error message are failed to open or load libgl.so and shared , first I had thought that this was one of the low of the specifications of the computer that I use , but after I did a search on google and finally I got a solution that actually provide a solution .

I got this info from the learned stuf with title blog in the post is fixing ubuntu error : Failed to load libgl.so , that's the title of the post , and I would also like to thank you for having the blog :) .

I'm forget how to solve failed to load libgl.so on android sdk emulator in ubuntu is just to install libgl1 mesa , as shown below :
Open a terminal and run or install the following :

sudo apt-get install libgl1-mesa-dev

After i try and run the android sdk emulator in ubuntu , failed to load libgl.so hope is gone and is ready for use as well as the android sdk emulator that I use my computer at home.

Here the early solution from teh other with add the following command on terminal ubuntu than that by linking from another file like this :

ln - s / usr/lib/libGL.so.1 ~ / android-sdk-linux_x86/tools/lib/libGL.so

After I try into it in The first load load successful but after I restart the computer and then run back android sdk emulator still error message again appears failed to load libgl.so. And in the end I just give up and use with failed to load libgl.so and shared libgl.so on android emulator but seems to be a little slower and lag and I used to be uncomfortable .

Due to a problem when installing or using BlueStacks android with a low computer specs as only 1 GB Ram and VGA are not HD or VGA is still minimum around 256 MB or less it for use during install BlueStacks on Windows will run into various problems such as VGA which should be updated and at the time of install some applications like WeChat that can not be installed in BlueStacks is being installed on a computer with low specs.

If the user experience of these things were supposed to VGA with a capacity of 128mb to 256mb should be updated VGA driver or update it with a VGA which has a capacity of at least a decent enough example of 512mb, but if so we could use alternative android emulator such as using android sdk and can be installed in various windows like windows xp, windows 7 and windows 8, android sdk installed in ubuntu was running well.
