So here it is…

I work full time now (night shift) and that takes a lot of my energy. And then I intern in the morning and plus I’m still in class. I spend my weekends doing homework and sleeping. I’m literally aching all over and I don’t even know why! A full-time desk job may not be the right fit for me. I like a mixture of walking around and sitting. Or maybe it’s just the environment that’s affecting my attitude in general? It’s probably the latter…

But anyway, instead of typing out everything, here’s a general gist of what happened over the past few weeks:

• Started work – night shifts
• I’m always tired and sleepy
• Realized I’m quite a territorial person
• My eyes got irritated from driving and typing on the computer
• It got even more irritated by just being outside in the daylight
• I’m not getting enough sleep
• I got a speeding ticket
• Received my first paycheck
• My first big paycheck ever, too
• I’m sick of computers
• Got an iPod shuffle in purple, of course
• I’m only happy when it rains (it’s a song, but the statement still holds true)

I would take little naps whenever and wherever I can as well. Sometimes I sleep in my car, and sometimes I’m just too exhausted to eat. I have never been that exhausted to NOT eat before. I think there was one night where I came home from work, and crawled into bed and curled up holding my beloved polar bear and cried And then, in a few hours, I would get up and get ready for my internship.

But…

At least I’m working hard I purposely picked this job because I wanted a foundation to build me. I didn’t want to start out with a suit, I wanted a background before spoiling among the filth.

Why, what do you know? I’m actually blogging a real blog entry—something that I haven’t done in years! I found that people dislike these types of entries because it requires reading -lol-

The weather here is getting warmer, and you know what that means? I have nothing to wear. I mostly just shop for fall/winter wear, it’s actually hard for me to shop for warmer months because I find it to be a hassel. Who likes to have clothes on when it’s above 90 degrees outside?

I forgot to mention, but Disqus (my commenting system) decided to make me switch to the New Disqus, so please remember to leave a link to your blog, if you have one because I’m interested in reading your blog, too! Otherwise, it’ll be hard for me to look for you.

I keep skipping a week of blogging. I’m just not feeling inspired lately. Perhaps, a new camera will turn that around? I’m just kidding, I still adore my camera. It’s just that my pictures aren’t coming out the way I want them to be… I need to buy a photography book.

my lazy & late vday look—nothing special.

Tomorrow is the start of my zombie-like lifestyle. Previously, I mentioned that I started interning, but I will have to cut that short because I start work tomorrow. Thus, I will intern in the early morning and then in the afternoon, I travel to my work place and I work till night. I hope I can get home by midnight, but knowing me…I’ll get sidetracked by the beautiful night and go play

I went to the mall and bought some sweaters (above), I bought more, but I didn’t include them in the photo because I’m using those for something else. I also bought a heart-shaped mirror from f21 I’m not even gonna include my $80 grocery purchase…

I think a lot is going on in my life. I can’t even catch up to my own life. -facepalm- OR…maybe it’s going so slow that I’m way ahead of the present me? yeeeeeh?

Anywho, my best friend, Cammy is gonna be taking her BAR exam soon, so I wish her the best of luck even though she doesn’t need it. We’re talking about a future ass-kicking lawyer here.

I wish I had a talking cat. But then again, I would be pretty annoy to be told what to do all the time.

….. I didn’t blog last week. I was preoccupied with other things and each time I came home from my intern, all I want to do is stare up into space. I’ve been spending a lot on food I cannot control it! I’m overspending again But I’m a big girl now, must make responsible decisions!

Since my camera is currently being used by someone…. I’m recycling an old photo hehe. Oh, a lot of people were asking what I do for my intern, but I didn’t answer because I like to keep that private. It’s nothing super impressive or anything like that. I’m currently still working on some clerical stuff till I work my way up to taking over the world~you know, just the usual stuff

oh, it’s February. I expect candies.

Today was my first day at my internship and it went surprisingly fast. I really enjoy the people there, which is very rare because I have a distaste for people in a working environment in general. The lack of spark in people’s eyes when I see them at work really depresses me, but luckily these people seem to really enjoy themselves. I think this profession will fit me quite well. The odd part is that the people there are really impressed with my credentials. I’m pretty sure they’re just being nice, but one person seemed so genuine and impressed that it made me feel really good inside If he knew my other credential, he would probably flip tables I’m just kidding, but of course, I’m really not

This is my first internship ever so I hope it continues to be enjoyable. The best part is that it combines two different worlds that I am very familiar with

Other than that, lately I’ve been really into sparkly ankle socks. I’m usually the type of person that strays far away from sparkles, but something about metallics, faux leather, and sparkles really captures my new stage in life: dressing up more like myself instead of dressing up in things to blend in with the environment.

The thing about me is that I tend to dress like everyone else just so I won’t stand out. Hence, I wore jeans when I hated wearing jeans back then and to add, I never owned a pair of jean that fitted me properly! I absolutely cannot stand jeans. I’d much rather wear jeggings, though. In general, I cannot find pants that fits me unless I get it tailored. But I’m a bit too proud to get it tailored -facepalm- I feel like this is something I should be able to do myself. I’m sure if I practice…I can tailor anything!

Psychotic nyuu will tailor your skin! I’m still experimenting with the new face palette by Too Faced…hence, the crazy reflective glow to my skin in the above picture (in addition, the crazy glittery collar definitely helps bring out the glowy effect). It’s really cool how applying certain things in different areas on your face can make such a huge difference! Of course, a sparkly/glittery accessory can also bring out such features as well.

Can you tell I’m actually putting a lot more effort into this blog entry today? I did my intern and I’m blogging! Praise me. Oh, and I finished my homework when I got home, too! Albeit, homework was extremely easy, but I didn’t do it in the last minute like I usually do…thus, I deserve praises!

I got home and came to the realization that I bought it soley for my little pets. Now they have a mini vanity—that lights up! Oh, and the blush is really pigmented! Although it looks glittery in the pan, it’s not at all glittery when you apply it on. Instead, it’s more like a light shimmer/brightening effect.

This is my winter comfort food. I love soft tofu They’re like clouds of perfection floating in my stew/soup. Before I take my first bite, I like to swirl the sunny yolk around in this beautiful painting till it’s no more, just like how I like my weather, cloudy and sunless. -slurps-

mourning over the lost

Alright, I’ll stop my dramatic acting. In reality, I’m not really all that sad over it, which is interesting considering the fact that I was spiraling into depression when my $14 headphone broke a couple years ago. I guess after experiencing so much within a tiny time frame, nothing really affects me. Or maybe everything does affect me, but I can no longer differentiate them.

Either way, I didn’t expect much from 2013, so I’m not at all defeated. But to be fair, can’t defeat someone who’s curled up on the ground, and picking fights with gravity

I’m having technical problems, uhh.. beside the macbook, I mean problems with the lighting in my room and the “new” location. Hence, I’ll try to find a solution…I’m not sure what will become of the blog in the meantime, but… -makes awkward exit-

I feel like half of me have been amputated. I can sense people’s discomfort. I know that they think something is off about me, too. They pause and stare at me, and I can only stare blankly into space in response. I don’t have an answer. I just am. I realized that a lot of people would never see me again.

But if I can, I want 2013 to be peaceful.
Or I’ll cause a havoc!

Peace of mind—the one thing that I’ve been seeking. I’ll work on it, but right now, I’m going to enjoy my cup of tea and go wonderlanding  Happy 2013, sweet dreams & lofty nightmares.

Anyway, I’ve always wanted to do a “what’s in your bag” post since I enjoy that kind of stuff. I find it very interesting and in a way, we get to see another snippet of someone’s life. So, let the photos below do the talking:

Whats in my bag?

I was traveling for a few days, so I bought a hello kitty toiletry bag for the occasion.

I forgot to include my iPhone, and since I’m using the camera to take this picture, the camera isn’t included in the pic. as well. Also, I don’t carry my keys in my bag because it’s usually in my pocket.
(I got carried away with labeling everything, can you tell?)

And here’s just a little glimpse of what’s inside that toiletry bag.

Although, I packed this bag for some light travel, it isn’t much different to what’s usually in my bag when I go shopping or just to run errands. Yes, I’m the type of person that would pack her whole room if I can carry it. I remember when I was younger, my brother asked if I was going to war with the way I dressed and the way I was packing my purses (with my combat boots and all).

What’s in your bag? I just realized that a lot of my friends don’t even carry bags…

My new lala-oopsy doll! There’s only two full size version of them out (the other isn’t out yet?), and I had to pick between Princess Anise or Princess Nutmeg.

I picked Anise because she looked more creepy and morbid The best part is that they all have bottom lashes! If you haven’t noticed by now, nyuu likes ridiculously unnatural-looking bottom lashes.

I really like all volume 1 princesses So adorable! There are even faires and ponies! But those are sold separately

They’re described as bizarre “mistakes” and imperfect—which describes my style quite well (my personality, too). I want to collect all 4 vol.1 dolls But I don’t wanna end up with a room filled with dolls. I want to save my life to be the crazy cat lady, not the crazy doll lady
