Why? Because we can't please everyone. <br /><br />Seems that some chatters don't want to have to log into chat once a month to keep accounts open, and that we should manage a huge database with hundreds of names that are not active. So that will likely be the next to go, as it is a lot of work and a bit costly to operate when it is not appreciated.<br /><br />Seems that some chatters think we owe it to them to sit for hours in the chat and do their research for them, this is not the case. We love to help but we can't be expected to do all of your research for you.<br /><br />Seems that some of the chatters don't like the rules.
