Look Out!!!!

So I forgot to tell you guys about what I do. So I'm a Graduate Student at the University of California San Diego. No, I'm not at any party school, you're thinking about SDSU. My school is more about academics then anything else.

My wife told me to keep this short, but I have to mention this. I'm a teacher's aid for about three classes and during one of the reviews I noticed a student that I've never seen in this class before. Oh well. I guess he went to the wrong classroom and liked my review so much that he wanted to stay.

Being an aid has his perks. I get my own office, (with two other aids) and my own desk. The thing about the building that I work in is that the building is built on a hill that can see the ocean. The only problem is my office has a view but only of the building right next to it. The professors get the view of the ocean, but I guess that is okay since I'm only here temporarily.

I'm studying Political Science and my emphasis is on the Middle East. So far I have completed all of my main courses. The only thing that I have to do is finish my draft for my thesis.

Well the wife is telling me to shut her down I'll talk to you guys later.

To all those that have started reading this blog I thank you for taking some time out of your hectic life to read about me. I got a friend Jer and he sent me an e-mail recently about how important it is to write things down. He also told me when things get tough I should write it down. (Boy was he right)

I think it would be best to introduce myself so that way you can understand my situation. My name is Chris Dalton O'Donnell. I was born on the 17^th of June 1979. Back when the hippies were just realizing that they were going to have kids and so that era of disco and polyester was coming to an end. Of course I can’t say I was a flower child. My father was in the Army until I was four. My father was in the Army and I was only able to call myself an Army brat until I was 4 years old. My wonderful mother and father decided that they wanted to settle down and have a place to call home. My dad did his twenty and then got out. My dad's last station was in Florida. My Dad was able to retire after completing twenty years in the service.

Well that is all for now. My wife is reminding me that I have to go to work. I'll write about that later.
