I'm switching over to WordPress... now just looktouch.wordpress.com. Maybe when I get lots smarter I can handle wordpress.org-- for now, just a prettier blog space (and more poetic URL) with the option to simultaneously publish public and private posts. There's no sidebar yet.

As you can tell, I've used the weekend to catch up on Foursquare, my monthly poetry "broadzine." Foursquare is one 8x8" piece of cardstock on which four female poets per month are given one 4x4" space each-- just like a foursquare court. I've gotten a bit behind-- life is quick to interfere with creativity and production-- but now the November and December issues will mail tomorrow and January

Tonight I made the very tardy Foursquare 2.6, a.k.a. the November issue. It's gorgeous, the poetry goes together nicely, and all in all I'm very happy with everything about it except that it's really late. There's a kind of magic about this issue. The poetry, by JennMcCreary, Bonnie Roy, Megan Kaminski, and Michaela Gabriel, has an ethereal, mysterious quality that reminds me of the recent work
