    Those bright young Cassette Electrik kids are releasing a single and they've asked for a bit of "hot Looptron action" at the launch party. I'm guessing this is because they either still feel guilty about throwing me out of their band or it's cos I'm cheap. Regardless, the bash is on Friday August 29th at Industry in London's Fashionable Shoreditch™ and for your five pound entry fee you get three bands, two DJs and a partridge in a pear tree. A selection of electropopdisco "classics" will be unleashed! Beverages will be consumed! Dancing will be mandatory and enforced by Amazonian princesses armed with cattleprods! And other stuff! *

    You simply know you have to be there. It'll be the talk of the season!

    (Plus, you'll be spared the worst: I'm deploying a "special guest vocalist" for the evening. That's not the same as "special school" or anything though.)
