The bed, among other things in the home, must be cozy. Especially the bed because it is what we need when the time to sleep comes. If it is uncomfortable it will be more difficult to invite drowsiness and fall into La-la-Land. The garden or a patio is the perfect place to just watch the world go by. It is a place where I can enjoy a good book, read it from cover to cover while sipping my favorite beverage, it is also where I can spend some quality time with my kids, with hubby and talk about our plans. As humans, we have the tendency to be negligent of something we normally have. We will only realize its importance when it starts to say goodbye. Such is the usual experience of our eyes. Being born with good eyesight from childhood, we have been used to waking and sleeping, seeing and shutting, as days, years and decades go by. Often, though, we tend to strain them especially in this computer age. With the existence of Facebook, more people are getting hooked, lacking sleep and spending so much time in front of the monitor until we need eyeglasses cheap enough so as not to disrupt the budget. An ounce of prevention is still better than a pound of cure.

Health is Wealth

“Health is wealth,” so a famous saying goes. I firmly believe this myself, but to stay healthy and in good shape these days seem to be impossible and difficult. With my busy schedules, I find myself eating canned or processed foods most of the time. Of course I had to be told by the doctor to refrain from those when I got admitted at the hospital a few weeks ago. So from then on I started to eat more healthy foods. It definitely takes time to prepare, but it’s all worth it.

Aside from wanting to eat healthy, I also aim to slim down. I am reading about phenteripped and its effects. Just like wealth, health is difficult to attain, and there would be sacrifices in order to achieve it fully, too.

Getting sick is really not an option for me now. Having confined in the hospital has made me miss a lot of work, not only miss but had all my work pending and piled up. Lying in the hospital bedroom for a couple of days feel like I have gone for months and now that I am back at home, there are tons and tons of things to do, blogs to update, check out the ITIL 2011 pdf, clients to attend to and the kids as well. My hands are so full and yet I have to rest because I have been advised to. I am hopeful that I will recover soon.

Sometimes I would wish that I have lived in the countryside, in the mountains, away from the hustle and bustle of the city life.
