Avvolgere in pellicola trasparente e lasciar riposare per circa 20 minuti. Rimuovere l'impasto dalla pellicola, aggiungerci il burro e l'acqua rimanente ed impastare fino a formare una palla. Lasciar riposare per almeno 2-3 ore in frigorifero.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;
