Jenna Jameson Loses Custody Of Twin Boys

After allegedly beating her assistant with a brass knuckle iPhone accessory Jenna Jameson has lost custody of her 4-year-old twin boys. The boys were taken from Jameson’s care on Sunday and handed over to their father, Tito Ortiz.

Tito requested sole custody of the children after fearing that their mother may have become too unstable to care for them any longer. Ortiz is not only caring for the boys at this time, Jenna has moved out of their shared Huntington Beach, California home.

Jenna Jameson was never formerly charged for the beat down of her assistant. At the time of the dropped charges the district attorney’s office said it “declined to file charges based on insufficient evidence.”

Before her arrest Jameson appeared to have defended her actions, tweeting that a friend had broken into her house. The initial tweet from Jameson’s Twitter account was removed only a little while after being publicly posted. The alleged victim of the Jameson assault placed her boss under citizen’s arrest until police could arrive. Shortly after the assault a restraining order was filed against the former porn star. Jenna Jameson is no stranger to run-ins with the law, last year she ran her car into a pole while under the influence of alcohol. Jameson is currently serving three years of active probation for that offense. At this time Jenna and her reps are not commenting on the state of her child custody battle. Jenna Jameson has been acquitted of the charges of battery brought against her at the weekend for allegedly battering her assistant Britney Markham with a brass knuckle iPhone case. The porn star has been cleared by The Orange County District Attorney's Office for her misdemeanour battery charges based on lack of evidence following a reported allegation made by her transgender assistant Britney Markham that she stormed into the Newport Beach salon yelling at her and threatening, 'I'll f***ing kill you' while savagely beaten her with brass knuckles.

The incident happened only hours before she was due to celebrate her 39th birthday at the Heat Ultra Lounge in Anaheim, California, which she was subsequently unable to attend. Markham apparently ended up in hospital for her injuries and had her lawyer Adam Krolikowski file a restraining order on the adult actress. Jameson has denied that her assistant was the victim, telling E! News, 'These claims are false and the accuser was not a female as reports are claiming, it was a male and was never my assistant or worked for me. I am happy to have the truth come out and ecstatic that the DA's office realized the claims were false as well.'

Britney Markham, the woman accusing Jenna Jameson of assaulting her Saturday night, is speaking out for the first time exclusively to RumorFix. Britney confirms to RumorFix that her lawyer is currently in court and in the process of filing charges and a restraining order against the former porn star! Markham, a self-described transgender adult film actress, tells RumorFix that Jameson turned aggressive with her when she felt Markham was taking “too long scheduling a salon appointment for Jenna” in preparation for her birthday.

Markham says that Jenna, who has been calling her to work things out and pleading with her not to go to the media, attacked her with brass knuckles which caused serious injuries to her body. “Jenna’s phone has brass knuckles on it so she swung over the passenger seat hitting my tummy with it and injured my spleen really badly,” Markham says of the assault which took place in a car. Former porn star Jenna Jameson was charged with battery over the weekend after police said she assaulted someone. The incident took place in Orange County on Saturday evening, police said. Authorities released bare-bones information about the incident Sunday night, saying little more than the person who was assaulted made a citizen's arrest and called officers.

Jameson, 38, knows the person, but Newport Beach Police Lt. Evan Sailor said he didn't know what their relationship was. Police took Jameson to the Newport Beach Police Jail. She was later released without having to post bail. The battery charge is a misdemeanor. No one from the Jameson camp was available for comment.

On Sunday afternoon, however, Jameson took to Twitter to offer a post that said she was robbed by a friend who "broke into my home and took everything."Jameson added that the friend "accused me of gusting her." At the height of her success, Jameson -- whose real name is Jenna Marie Massoli -- was an industry unto herself. She appeared in countless adult films, magazines, and strip clubs -- and as CEO of ClubJenna Inc., launched a film production and online licensing company.

In a 2004 interview with CNN following the publication of her book, "How to Make Love Like a Porn Star: A Cautionary Tale," Jameson said she chose the right profession. "I mean, I've always been so overtly sexual. And I've always been driven to succeed at something that hasn't always been accepted by the American public," she told CNN's Anderson Cooper. "So I think I chose the right profession."She retired from porn in 2008.

In recent years, the mother of twins has found herself in the headlines for her brushes with the law. Last May, she crashed her Range Rover into a light pole in Orange County. Police charged her with driving under the influence. In April 2010, the father of her twin boys, mixed martial artist Tito Ortiz, was charged with domestic violence when Jameson's father called police as Ortiz and Jameson argued. Ortiz and his lawyer told reporters later that he was upset because he thought Jameson had relapsed in her rehabilitation from a prescription drug addiction. Four days after the incident, Jameson was captured by cameras alternately saying Ortiz was "the sweetest, most amazing man" and saying that he had beaten her.
