Jessica Alba was spotted in another pair of neon jeans. This time it is a pair of the Hudson Nico Jeans in Lemon. These jeans are a lot brighter than the product photo. It’s like they will glow in a dark room.

I really like that striped shirt she is wearing. I surprisingly like it with those jeans. I don’t usually like the pairing of different pieces with the same bright color paired together. Somehow it works here though. The tan and black stripes help break up the look to make it work.

Jessica Alba and her husband Cash Warren took their daughters Honor and Haven to the Coldwater Canyon Park in Beverly Hills, CA yesterday (February 18) for a little family outing.

Haven and Jessica enjoyed each others company while Cash and Honor played in the sandbox and on the slide. All three ladies dressed in matching navy, and both Honor and Haven had embroidered lambs on their tops.

Making her way back to the west coast after hitting up New York’s Fashion Week, Jessica Alba was spotted leaving Los Angeles International Airport. The “Machete” actress looked super cute in flared jeans, a long-sleeve shirt with fur vest overtop as she sipped on a treat from Starbucks and headed to her vehicle waiting outside the busy airport.

On Wednesday, Alba took full advantage of her time off from “mommy duty” and stopped in a nail salon for a mani/pedi. Later in the day, Jess teamed up with actress Amber Heard and took in the latest styles by Michael Kors at his always fabulous runway show during the Mercedes-Benz fashion week.

I wear a lot of skinny jeans but I like to be a little feminine so I go for flowery tops like this one. I always wear high heels too. My style icon is Jessica Alba — her clothes are always simple, sophisticated but feminine. I think someone like Lady Gaga is a bit over the top though. My monthly spend is £100.

Jessica Alba Lawsuit Vs. Pregnancy Weight Loss Product Raises Insurance Question

The makers of a post-pregnancy product that supposedly shrinks waists is continuing to fend off a $1 million lawsuit by actress Jessica Alba, who claims her name and likness was misappropriated to push sales of the undergarment.

The defendant in the lawsuit is The Caden Companies, which on Friday sued its own insurer for refusing to indemnify it against Alba's lawsuit. The newest legal action continues an unfolding controversy over whether general insurance policies covering "advertising injuries" should cover claims made on the "publicity rights" front. This is no small issue. Over the past few years, lawsuits from celebrities or their estates alleging the misappropriation of names, images, voices, and more, have skyrocketed.

The legal exposure of companies like eTrade, which battled Lindsay Lohan over a "milkaholic" baby commercial, or HBO, currently dealing with a reality star over a character in Entourage, could depend in part on whether insurers agree to pick up costs to mount a strong legal defense. Some insurers are now fighting the idea that "Personal and Advertising Injury" coverage, which typically is used to fight off claims on the libel, privacy, idea theft, copyright and trademark fronts, should also include claims made over violations of a person's personality rights.

Last October, IMG Woldwide took five of its insurers to court for failing to indemnify it for lawsuits filed by ex-athletes who say their publicity rights were usurped in the making of sports-themed video games. A judge recently declined to allow the insurers to dismiss the lawsuit at the preliminary stage. In another recent case, The Gap got its advertising agency's insurer to agree to provide indemnification against Kim Kardashian's lawsuit for using a look-alike in an Old Navy commercial. Now Caden wants the same, alleging in a new complaint filed in Michigan federal court that Hartford Casualty Insurance Company has breached an agreement by failing to provide a defense against Alba's lawsuit over a product known as the Belly Bandit.

Caden is finding its insurance policy to be thin, but is nonetheless fighting Alba's claims that the company violated her rights by using her image and creating the impression of an endorsement. In particular, the company featured Alba in the "celebrity testimonial" section of its website, implying that she used the postpartum compression garment to look trim after her pregnancy. Caden is also alleged to have stated on its packaging that its product was "Jessica Alba's #2 Secret for a Fast Post Pregnancy Slimdown!"
Caden is seeking information in the discovery portion of Alba's lawsuit to find out what the actress charges other companies for her endorsement, what other products she's endorsed, and communications with her agent and manager. The company seems to be on the verge of making the argument that it reported Alba's endorsement through a quote she had given a publication. It also wants to show that any damages to her name and likeness are limited.

In turn, Alba, represented by attorney Brian Wolf at Lavely & Singer, is looking for documents showing how long the marketing campaign lasted, how Alba came to be used, and financial records showing Caden's revenues and profits during the alleged infringement period. The parties report that efforts to settle the matter haven't been successful and they're looking to complete discovery by September.

Jessica Alba took Haven to visit a friend in Brentwood, Calif. on Thursday (February 9). The sweet 6-month-old was seen napping in her infant car seat. The 30-year-old actress looked retro cool in bright pink jeans, a black leather jacket and black flats.

Alba is currently working on her new e-commerce business - The Honest Company. In a recent interview Alba said her 3-year-old daughter Honor inspired her to start it. She’s always on the go, and Jessica Alba was spotted all over Los Angeles throughout the day. Last night, the “Fantastic Four” cutie hit up Fatburger in West Hollywood to satisfy her growling tummy with some comfort food.

Earlier in the day, Jessica took her baby daughter Haven Warren to visit a friend’s house in the swanky Brentwood neighborhood. And in a recent interview, Jessica shared that she and her hubby Cash Warren decided to turf their lawn to help save on water usage.

"We have a lot of water shortages in Southern California and I grew up with having to take a bath in this much (a little) water and (people saying), 'Don't flush the toilet unless it's, you know...' There are all these rules that you just sort of live by when you live with droughts... and when you have turf you don't have to water your lawn at all."

Working mom Jessica Alba is adding entrepreneur to her many titles, shifting from movie star to businesswoman with a venture that provides parents easy access to eco-friendly natural products for babies and homes.

Alba, who wed husband Cash Warren in 2008, has taken motherhood to heart, and mind, focusing on being a hands-on parent to her two daughters, four-year-old Honor and newborn Haven.
"Motherhood has affected me greatly and in so many ways," the Fantastic Four actress said.

"I didn't know that I would feel so comfortable and so at ease and so natural. When I became a mother, I felt the most comfortable in my own skin than I had ever felt in my life."While preparing for motherhood four years ago, the 30-year-old actress found her biggest challenge, was trying to find eco-friendly natural products for her baby and her home.

"There are a lot of toxic chemicals in baby products, and these toxic chemicals are linked to not just allergies and asthma, but also autism and ADHD and lots of childhood cancers, and I was horrified that products that were made for babies and children would have these toxic chemicals," said the actress.

Alba founded The Honest Company along with Christopher Gavigan, former CEO of non-profit group Healthy Child Healthy World, after discovering that toxic chemicals were often disguised as "fragrances" on product labels and finding that not all eco-friendly and natural products worked efficiently.

Together, they came up with an online business model to launch an eco-friendly range of baby and household products, tried and tested by themselves and their own babies. They are toxin-free and aesthetically pleasing, and can be delivered straight to your door.

"I really wanted to make a company that was for parents, by parents," said Alba, adding that Honest Co. was "one company parents could go to that had household products and products to clean your kid with, and also fulfill diapering needs."

The actress took her fight against toxic products to Washington D.C. in May 2011 while pregnant with her second child to lobby on behalf of the Safer Chemicals, Healthy Families coalition that supported the Safe Chemicals Act.

"Even government officials aren't aware that chemical companies don't have to test their chemicals before they sell them to product companies. They can just put them in there, and we are the guinea pigs," said the actress.

While Alba's energies are focused on her children and new business, her fans will be glad to know she has no plans to retire from acting. She voices a role in animated film "Escape from Planet Earth" due out next year. "I'm excited to get back into movies and I feel more adult and more grown up and ready to get back into it. And my mentality is different," she said.
