<p>1 lb of  Brussels Sprouts  (cut tip at the stem, then cut each sprout in half)<br />
5 slices of thin cut bacon<br />
1/2 of a large onion<br />
1 tsp salt<br />
1/4 tsp ground black pepper<br />
1/2 tsp of garlic powder<br />
6 tablespoons unsalted butter<br />
1 tablespoon <a href="https://amzn.to/3ov0WNo">Harmless Hunny</a><br />
1/2 cups walnuts  (chopped)<br />
1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar (optional)</p>
<p>Cook bacon over medium-high heat until crisp, about 4 minutes on each side. Remove the bacon and lay it on a  towel to absorb the excess fat. Leave about two tablespoons of bacon fat in the pan and add 4 tablespoons of unsalted butter. Add the brussels sprouts and lay cut side down, cook for about 4 minutes over medium heat.  Add the onions to the pan and combine with the brussels sprouts. Add the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter. Season the brussels sprouts with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.  Cook for about 5 minutes more.  In the last minute of cooking, add the walnuts, honey, and combine. These keto stuffed peppers are extremely delicious and full of flavor. Enjoy~</p>
<p>1 lb ground beef<br />
1/2 of a medium onion (chopped)<br />
1 tsp crushed garlic<br />
2 can mushrooms<br />
salt and pepper<br />
2 tablespoons tomato paste<br />
1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce<br />
1 tsp salt<br />
1/4 cups of water</p>
<p>Fry the onions for 3 minutes. Add the garlic for 1 minute. Add the mushrooms, cook for 5-7 minutes until no more liquid.  Add the ground beef and cook until no longer pink. Add the tomato paste, Worcestershire Sause and the salt and combine with the beef. Add the water and simmer for another 5 minutes. Set aside.</p>
<p>For the Cream Sauce<br />
2 tablespoons butter<br />
2 tablespoons keto flour<br />
1 /2 cup heavy cream<br />
4 oz of cream cheese<br />
1/2 teaspoon onion salt<br />
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder<br />
salt and pepper</p>
<p>Topping<br />
1/2 cups of shredded mozzarella cheese</p>
<p>Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.</p>
<p>Melt the butter and mix in the flour. Mix the flour and butter until you achieve a golden brown color. Add the heavy cream and cream cheese. Whisk the mixture until the liquid is smooth. Season with onion salt, garlic powder, salt and pepper to taste. Cut tops of the peppers. Wash and pat dry. Season the peppers with salt and pepper. Microwave for 4 minutes. Drain off any excess water. Add 1 tablespoon of mozzarella cheese to the bottom of the peppers. Fill the peppers with meat then top with mozzarella cheese. Top with onion salt. Bake at 400 for 15 minutes. <p>This is one of my favorites when it comes to Pies. I just love the taste of egg custard. You will be tempted to eat it right away, but I promise it will taste even better when cooled in the refrigerator for about 1 hr.</p>
<p>3 Large Eggs<br />
1 egg yolk<br />
1/2 cups of sugar free <a href="https://amzn.to/2UTo6gY">Confectioners Sweetener</a><br />
1/4 tsp salt<br />
1 teaspoon vanilla extract<br />
1 cups coconut milk<br />
1/2 tsp ground nutmeg</p>
<p>Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.<br />
Whisk the eggs and sweetener together. Add the salt, vanilla extract, coconut milk and half of the nutmeg. Pour custard mixture into piecrust. Sprinkle with nutmeg.<br />
Bake for 45 to 50 minutes or until a knife inserted near center comes out clean. <p>Season chicken pieces with the spices. Pour oil over chicken pieces. Air fry for 20 minutes, then flip the chicken pieces. Air fry for another 10 minutes or until crispy.</p>
<p>White Garlic Sauce Recipe:</p>
<p>1/2 cup of mayonnaise<br />
5 garlic cloves (minced)<br />
1/4 tsp garlic powder<br />
handful of cilantro<br />
1/2-1 tsp tsp of munk fruit sweetener<br />
1 tablespoon of fresh lemon juice</p>

<p>This has to be the best beef barbacoa recipe. Although not mine, I wanted to share it because it is so delicious and I have been making it for some time now. I will list the changes I made below. <p>Ingredients</p>
<p>1 teaspoon fine sea salt<br />
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper<br />
1 tablespoon ground cumin<br />
1 tablespoon chipotle chili powder – <a href="https://amzn.to/2KEzA4K">I use Carne Asada seasoning here</a><br />
1 tablespoon dried oregano leaves<br />
1/2 teaspoon ground cloves<br />
1 (3-pound) chuck roast cut into chunks<br />
2 tablespoons unsalted butter<br />
5 cloves garlic<br />
3 bay leaves<br />
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar<br />
1/4 cup fresh lime juice<br />
Chopped fresh cilantro (For garnish)</p>
<p> </p>
<p>Method:</p>
<p>Mix the first seven ingredients together and set aside.</p>
<p>Add the vinegar, bay leaves, garlic and lime juice to the crock pot.</p>
<p>Dip each piece of the chunked beef into the spice blend to coat.</p>
<p>Heat the frying pan. Add the oil and butter. Sear each piece of beef on both sides.</p>
<p>Add the pieces of beef to the crock pot and cover. Remove the cover, fill eggs with bacon and add a sprinkle of cheese, fold over and cover for 1 minute more. <p>3-4 Pork Chops</p>

<p>For the marinate:</p>
<p>2 tablespoons of <a href="https://amzn.to/2MOU0sV">Grill Mates Smoky Applewood Marinade mix</a></p>
<p>1 tablespoon oil</p>
<p>2 tsp of apple cider vinegar</p>
<p>1 tablespoon water</p>
<p>Mix all the ingredients. Pour over pork chops and combine to coat each piece. Refrigerate for up to 4 hours.</p>

<p><strong>Keto Breading</strong></p>
<p>1 cup ground pork rinds</p>
<p>1/2 cups grated Parmesan cheese</p>
<p>1/2 tsp garlic powder</p>
<p>1/2 tsp onion powder</p>
<p>1/2 tsp smoked paprika</p>
<p>1/8 tsp black pepper</p>
<p>Combine all the ingredients above for the keto breading. Coat the marinated pork chops with the keto breading.  Air fry at 400 degrees until the internal temperature reaches 160 degrees.</p>

<p><em><strong>Mozzarella Meatballs</strong></em></p>
<p>1 lbs ground beef</p>
<p>1 /2 medium onion</p>
<p>1 clove garlic</p>
<p>2 tablespoon fresh flat leaf parsley or fresh basil</p>
<p>1/2 cup Low carb Italian breadcrumbs</p>
<p>1/2 tablespoon Italian seasoning</p>
<p>1/4 cup created Parmesan</p>
<p>1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese</p>
<p>1 large egg</p>
<p>1 teaspoon salt</p>
<p>Black pepper</p>
<p>Method:</p>
<p>Saute onions and garlic in oil until softened. Remove and allow to cool.</p>
<p>In a medium bowl combine all the ingredients and form into balls.</p>
<p>Bake at 400°F for 25 to 30 minutes.</p>

<p><strong>Air Fried Turnip Chips (Fries)</strong></p>
<p>2 medium size turnips (peeled and cleaned)</p>
<p>1 Tablespoon of bouillon base of choice (I used <a href="https://amzn.to/3cx639r">Better Than Bouillon chicken base</a>)</p>
<p>1/4 cups grated Parmesan cheese</p>
<p>Salt</p>
<p>Pepper</p>
<p>Directions</p>
<p>Boil the turnips in salted water until a knife can go through easily. Slice into fries. Season with salt and pepper and Parmesan cheese. Place in the air fryer and air fry for 10-15 minutes at 400 degrees F.</p>

<p>1 Egg</p>
<p>Salt and Pepper</p>
<p>Oil (for frying the egg)</p>
<p>Season the egg with salt and pepper. Fry the egg until crispy on the bottom. Base the egg with oil on top as shown in the video above.</p>

<p>Whisk the eggs and combine with the heavy cream,  salt and pepper. Pour this egg mixture over the okra pieces and allow to sit for 5 minutes.</p>
<p>Mix all the ingredients for the keto breading. Add the mixture to a freezer bag, then combine with all the okra pieces. Shake the pieces to coat each piece evenly.</p>
<p>Fry the pieces for about 3-4 minutes. Remove and lay on a paper towel to absorb any extra oil. Sprinkle on some sea salt. Serve with dipping sauce.</p>

<p>Tip: Rinse the okra pieces first before cutting into pieces. <p>6 oz can of Salmon</p>
<p>1/2 cup bread crumbs (low carb bread) can use almond flour</p>
<p>1/2 cup minced onion</p>
<p>2 tablespoons green and red bell peppers (minced)</p>
<p>2 tablespoons full fat sour cream</p>
<p>1 tablespoon finely chopped parsley</p>
<p>2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice</p>
<p>1/4 teaspoon black pepper</p>
<p>1/2 teaspoon salt</p>
<p>1 teaspoon 21 seasoning solute</p>
<p>1/2 teaspoon old bay seasoning</p>
<p>1 large egg</p>
<p>2 tablespoons oil for frying</p>
<p>Method:</p>
<p>In a medium saucepan saute the onions and peppers for 4 minutes. Remove and allow to cool.</p>
<p>In a  bowl, combine all the ingredients and portion into 4 equal parts. Form each portion into a bowl and then flatten to form into patties as demonstrated in the video.</p>
<p>Add 2 tablespoons of oil to a heated saucepan. Fry the patties for 2 minutes on each side. Remove and serve hot.</p>

<p>Ingredients</p>
<p>1/2 tsp onion powder</p>
<p>1/2 tsp garlic powder</p>
<p>1/2 tsp salt</p>
<p>1/4 tsp cayenne pepper</p>
<p>1/4 tsp black pepper</p>
<p>1 tablespoon of baking powder</p>
<p>1/2 cup to 1 cup Supreme Tradition Chicken Wing Sauce (purchased at the dollar tree)</p>

<p>Method:</p>

<p>Season the chicken pieces with the first 5 ingredients. Add the baking powder and cover the pieces. Air fry for 30 minutes at 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Place in a large bowl and pour the sauce over the chicken pieces. <p>5-6 Pork Sausage Links<br />
1 Large Onion<br />
2 garlic cloves (minced)<br />
1 Teaspoon dried thyme<br />
1 Teaspoon dried rosemary<br />
1/4 Teaspoon salt<br />
1/4 Teaspoon black Pepper<br />
1/4 cups red wine<br />
2 cups beef broth<br />
2 tablespoons butter (not shown in video)</p>
<p>Chopped parsley for garnish</p>
<p>Grill the sausages for 4-5 minutes on each side. Remove and set aside. Add one tablespoon of oil to the saucepan; scraping up any of the drippings from the sausages. Add the onions and allow to caramelize for about 8-10 minutes. Add the garlic and cook 1 minute more. Season with thyme, rosemary, salt and pepper. Add the red wine and allow to reduce. Add the broth and butter. Cover and simmer for 25 minutes. Remove from the heat and serve with cauliflower mash.</p>
