The orange line that we're currently battling is the 100-day moving average.  It has been tough to hold over this line and we're on the back end of a pretty solid, prolonged rally.  We're currently floating, but prepared for a market reversal.&lt;/p&gt;

			<description>&lt;p&gt;Mortgage rates are trading in a fairly broad range today.  In the news we have the periodically-accurate ADP Jobs Report showing a pretty bad forecast for tomorrow's official Jobs Report.  ADP shows 473,000 lost jobs versus consensus of 394,000.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The Dow ended up closing out the second quarter up 11%---the best quarter since 2003.  Mortgage rates are currently testing their 200-day average and are sitting almost 300 basis points better than their worst levels in early- to mid-June.  This is one of those situations where it could get a little choppy, but this is good news overall.&lt;/p&gt;
