So I like to consider myself pretty well learned on the life and career of Arnold Schwarzenegger. I've not just read all of his books, but have studied them with scrutiny. I feel it's important to at least have an idea of all that Arnold was able to accomplish and how he did it.

I'm in the new March issue of Exercise For Men Only on page 55 and 105. I'm demonstrating an arm workout that I actually follow and used to prepare for the Mr. Fitness competition. There's also an article that I submitted to go along with the spread.

Also I will be posting the tears from MH, MF, Ex&Hlth, and this EMO hopefully before the weekend...

I filmed an episode for a show called Nintendo Week. People can watch t.v. shows through their Nintendo Wii. I wasn't aware of this but it is apparantly pretty popular.

I just had an audition for a new character that will appear on As The World Turns. I'm not sure if I can disclose the name of the character, so for the purpose of this blog we shall call him Johnny Strabler. For those of you that are MB fans you will recognize that name from The Wild One. Anywho I chose that name because the sides and character description reminded me of Brando in that film.

City of New York Inaugural Ceremony

I'm a fan of public speaking and knowing that, a friend of mine, Councilman Vincent Gentile, invited me to attend the city's inaugural ceremonies last Friday on New Years day. I was able to see mayor Bloomberg get sworn into office, along with several other dignitaries. I was a little tired from bringing in the New Year the night before but the twenty degree weather woke me right up haha.

February Men's Health

The February issue of Men's Health just came out today! I'm on the reverse side of the pullout poster. All and all I'm happy how the pictures turned out and JR will have the images posted in a few days. If you have a chance pick up the issue or just stand in the store flipping through the entire magazine and upset the cashier like I do haha. Either way let me know what you think. There were also a few interesting articles about nutrition and supplements that I feel could be beneficial to those looking to spice up a bland, monotonous diet.

"Last Seen Wearing"

I auditioned for the lead in this independent film a few months ago about a reporter investigating a series of mysterious murders within the fashion industry. I didn't end up getting the part, but last week I received a call to be in a scene and had a chance to work along side a really great actor.

I was in the scene with David Dastmalchian, who was last seen in The Dark Knight. He was the one who got the part I auditioned for, tear haha. I had a chance to talk with him about auditioning for this film and also how it was working with Christopher Nolan and Heath Ledger.
