So about this bailout…

Personally, I think it’s one of the stupidest things I’ve ever heard of.

Little though those poor souls suffering from “Bush Derangement Syndrome” (a truly terrible affliction which causes the afflicted person to believe that every problem in the world is the direct fault of George W. Bush, regardless of logic or evidence) would like to believe it; the roots of this current economic crisis date back to the Clinton administration. It was Clinton who repealed the Glass-Steagall Act, which prevented the coupling of investment banking and lending, and thereby prevented lenders from allowing sub-prime mortgages.

Actually, it started even further back, in the Carter years, but discussion of that isn’t strictly necessary. Suffice to say that Carter added many regulations to the economic system, sending prices sky-high. When Reagan came into office, he killed most of those regulations, bringing prices WAY down, and ushering in years of prosperity. When Clinton came along, although he reenacted a lot of Carter’s unnecessary regulations, he actually got rid of the important one from way back in 1933, (after that nasty little business we call the Great Depression). That combination led us to where we are today.

In layman’s terms, repealing this act allowed unscrupulous corporations and banks to lend money to people who never should have been allowed to borrow it, so they could buy houses they should never have been able to afford. This way, when they can’t pay their bills, the bank forecloses and takes both the money and the house.

For a more detailed—and more entertaining—explanation, please see http://www.businesspundit.com/sub-prime/

Now, when the economy began to wobble a few months back, and people began to realize that they were losing money, everybody and their mother rushed to withdraw all their money from the banks. The banks don’t have that kind of liquid funds, so they couldn’t pay out and started to go under. The stock market fell in tandem, what with everyone trying to cash out so they can hide their greenbacks under their mattresses, and that has brought us to where we are today.

That may sound horrible, but what you have to realize is that this is how laissez-faire capitalism is supposed to work. Some people take risks, some don’t. Some of those risks pay off, but some don’t. BB&T, for instance, is not having any particular financial difficulties because as a company they stayed well away from sub-prime lending. Their spreadsheets, I can assure you, are clean.

In theory, as the other banks who took stupid risks lose money and start to go under, banks who still have money (like BB&T) would buy them out and take their customers, and then have to compete with the new generation of banks (in essence, small businesses) that would arise.

This is not going to happen anytime soon, however, thanks to this idiotic bailout.

The only way that companies are going to fall enough to be bought out is for them to literally start running out of money, but instead, the federal government, in all its [lack of] infinite wisdom, is pumping 1.197 trillion dollars ($1,197,000,000,000) of your money into the system, keeping these struggling banks alive so they can run themselves into a shambles YET AGAIN.

Explain to me, please, one way in which this is a good idea?

In conclusion, even I can’t deny that some regulation is necessary in order to maintain public order and protect the common man from unethical corporations; however, too much regulation is even worse than too little…and just look where we are now with too little…

The staff of Lunar Phoenix is joining the TF2 division of Cyberathlete Amateur League Open because we are idiotic people that do not learn from past experiences, in example being horribly owned and ridiculed in Counter Strike Source of CAL-O years before and having the most dysfunctional group of team work lacking disorganized members ever. Fortunately for some of us, the 2009 year promises much more excellent games Animes and delicious food that will at least ease the bitter pain of defeat and bring much more entertaining moments to our lives and this blog.

People COULD say that Fallout 3 is just Oblivion with guns and better AI but then the same could be said that Oblivion is just Morrowind with better graphics or that a dildo is just as good as a penis, ALL MAJOR BULLSHITS. While Fallout 3 does uses the same engine as Oblivion and is made by the same studio, people should stop the nitpicking, unless bitchiness runs in their genes, as similarities in games does not mean the games will be exactly the same, a point demonstrated by Half Life 2 and Counter Strike Source.

While Counter Strike Source is a highly popular game, many people, staunch advocates of 1.6 and it’s very unique aim system declare Source to be too easy, while going to sleep hugging a copy of Half Life 2 each night. As similar engine and similar graphics does not yet denotes similar story telling, concepts, and similar bugs, people should not judge Fallout 3 by Oblivion because despite the similarities the differences are alarming. In the end however, a true gem will shine through even embedded in lairs of cow manure and sales for Fallout 3 have thus far been very high and received extremely positive ratings worldwide.

System Requirements
—————–

Operating System - Windows XP or VISTA
CPU - Pentium 4 2.4 GHz or equivalent processor
Ram - 1 GB / 2GB (Vista)|
GPU - DirectX 9.0c compliant card with 256 MB RAM (NVIDIA 6800 or better / ATI X850 or better)
—————–

The developers tried to make your virtual life as realistic as possible, so the player character starts out from the inside of a woman\’s vagina and the game include as tutorial some brief quests during your childhood years and much time forwarding, though your father will always look exactly like an older male version of what ever face you design yet still speak with a near British accent even if you are Chinese.

The game uses the famous SPECIAL stats system, a legacy of previous Fallout games and numerous skills capped at 100 unlike Oblivion. The game also introduces perks to be gained at every level or after some quests. The perks system is truly amazing and contain both useful ones to gain vastly beneficial boosts to stats, skills, or other combat related aspects and funny ones such as the Black Widow, giving the player new conversation choices while talking to horny men or Bloody Mess, which explodes enemies into bit size chunks upon death, sometimes illogically from kills made by teddy bears and forks.

The game is kind of hard for me in the early stages because I had decided to play on the hardest difficulty and not as a giant douche bag who robs even little children of their candy and pocket money. Ammo is scarce during the early part of the game as the shops do not spawn enough, containers do not spawn enough, and enemies usually require more than 20 rounds from your tiny 10mm side arm or your ineffective BB gun, all that you have left of your father who departed for parts unknown. During the early stages, the players will be often forced into near epic battles against giant flame breathing ants/radioactive scorpions/hungry cave-roaches with near broken baseball bats due to ammo scarcity and lower levels. It is true the game will be much easier if played from the evil prospect, and the good/evil factors of the game leave little room for gray areas. Good acts are so extreme they range from martyrdom, vast donations to charities without tax deductions and sometimes you will ACTUALLY have to help people for free. Evil acts on the other hand, involve setting old ladies on fire, robbing/lying to little children, and nuking entire towns of their dirty and smelly inhabitants. As such it is very easy to play as exactly the type of character you wish to be unless of course you happen to be conditioned by too many years of Counter Strike to shoot anything that moves, an event which drove a friend to tears as she accidentally shot one too many little children/pet doggy. Thankfully goodness pays off eventually and civilians give free items to good characters and characters specializing in barter/diplomacy skills instead of sneak/lock picking skills will easily amass near endless stockpiles of ammo and med-kits later on.

The main storyline is fairly challenging and will require you to walk on foot for hundreds of miles, literally across the radioactive waste land of Washington DC, not helped by all the stupid Enclave propaganda robots that flies by delivering the same recorded messages of President John Eden as he makes false promises and declares war on anything not white, pure, or American which made my later killing of the asshole his own damned fault. Sadly, the completion of the main storyline actually ends the game so make sure to keep a lot of save files or wait for the extra contents to be released in 2009 which promises more contents after the main quest. The game world is fortunately very open-ended and yet unfortunately very large and vexing to travel with nearly hundreds of landmarks and dungeons to explore even if the majority of them do seem to share the same models/texture/enemies on the inside, fortunately the quick travel system will ensure that you do not have to walk the same long trail of tears each time, as you get to teleported to any location previously visited. The graphical effects of the game are considerably good, there is wide screen support, multi-core support, bloom effects, vertical sync, all the good stuff and more. However, even after 90 layers of fabulous coating it is impossible to beautify dirty, dusty, plague ridden and radioactive zombie women that blind people will not wish to sleep with. All that extra graphical add-ons just makes what is already hideous looking by intent even more hideous because now they are realistically hideous. Saintly virtue is then required to not shoot some of the horribly ugly freak show civilians that live in the post-apocalyptic United States.

The music is reminiscent of the 50s and 60s because according to the Fallout time line, China invaded Alaska for it’s resources during the 50s which lead to the nuclear war that nearly destroyed mankind and so it is partially believable that people will still listen to 50s music even 200 years later but is it really entirely believable that no one came up with rock and rap in that 200 years? Are the fictional Fallout counterparts of ourselves so artistically and culturally challenged that no one came up with new style of music in so many years? Supposedly, Bethesda Game Studios also hired loads of “big shot” voice actors to voice the NPC’s though strangely, all the people screaming/dying sounded exactly the same when I started shooting them. As voice actors are usually people too ugly to appear in pornos or movies and I am not a stalker who camps outside their apartments with my night vision goggles, I do not care so much whether the voice actors are professionals or not, however, it was a nice touch and helps to further inflate the gloating ego of the game. Aside from the graphics and sounds which are needlessly above par, the game cost the same as other new games and the money for these grandiose effects are not coming out of my pockets, so therefore I am happy with the slightly unnecessary fluff.

What REALLY made my day was the large selection of weapons to be found in the game. All the guns are at least in essence balanced between their costs, ammo size, damage, and other stats so that people are not forced to used the same gun the entire game because it is far better than everything else. There are 3 gun categories to be proficient in, small/large/energy weapons and each type have their own perks and drawbacks and I am not gonna talk about the 2 melee weapon categories because they are not as cool in my opinion though the option is indeed open for people to pursue and owned all weapons. Each weapon in the game usually has a unique version that will have improved damage, range, accuracy or chamber size such as the 10 mm Sydney special SMG that doubles the clip size and damage of the ordinary 10 mm SMG. There are also a couple of unique weapons you could build yourself, my favorite of which is the “Rock-it-launcher” because it literally shoots any crap I can find and shove into the barrel. There is nothing as entertaining as watching legions of super mutants mowed down and splattered into bloody pieces by flying teddy bears, plates, library cards, coke bottles, forks and the declaration of independence.

The engine and special effects, though with faults as humanity has not yet advanced to truly realistic gaming, is still spectacular despite the bugs especially when using weapons such as the missile pods, flamethrower, nuke launcher, landmines and grenades. Enemies will be flung realistically about the places, body parts will be cut off/fly off realistically unless the Bloody Mess perk turns everything into chunks, laser guns will melt bodies into dust puddles and flame throwers will turn people into blackened charcoal lumps, effects which sometimes make looting hard as one have to hunt down the bits and pieces. There is also an assortment of armor types to cover the 2 main types of defense, armor point and radiation resistance. Light armor include radiation suits, civilian wear and even negligee, to medium armor such as flak jackets, bullet proof vests and combat armor used by modern day armies. Half way through the game, the heaviest and most expensive armor category, power armors, can be worn by learning a special Perk from the Brotherhood of Steel and are often reminiscent in design of the storm trooper armor from Star Wars.

Aside from the tedious main quest which is not really rewarding because of all the tragedy that arises, there are numerous side quests around the world of thankfully many different types than the boring “go to X to kill Y number of Z” and can give an assortment of different rewards such as unique weapons, armor, perks or just stashes of experience points and bottle caps. O yes, I forgot to mention that people of the future will use bottle caps as the main form of currency, not kidding.

All in all, Fallout 3 is an amazing game that people who can afford it should easily buy it or try it through “other means” *wink* *wink*, which the tech savvy should understand. It is a good way to waste a few to hundreds of hours and like oblivion there is a huge modding community to fix any possible bugs or provide very entertaining modules for all to use which leave little excuse except idiocy to ignore this, quoting - 1up “hugely ambitious game that doesn’t come around very often”.

Against my will I was forced to blog this because the webmaster claimed he would stop putting out if I do not. J/K

The first thought that came to my mind was “wow, this reminds me of Shakugan no Shana” and the thought reverted to “what the fuck is this crap, this is NO WHERE like Shana.” At first glance, the lighting and animation designs were strangely Shana like, the OP song also had a similar mood and the strange resemblance was explained after a bit of searching because both animes were made by the same studio. Even the plots and concepts were similar enough that I would not be surprised if for the sake of a cross over movie and the money it would bring a future director will place both series in the same universe.

Where as Shakugan no Shana is an epic level action romance of an endearing underage and underdeveloped demon hunter girl with super powers and a tsundere personality, who kicks major ass with her new found boy toy assistant that skyrocket the loli tsundere type as the new IN of the Anime realm. To Aru Majutsu no Index, on the other hand, is the not quite so epic story of a man with the most defensive/uncool super power yet who hogs all the spot light to the point that the loli heroine is resorted to nearly cameo appearances, to a degree which makes one question why the hell is the title called To Aru Majutsu no Index at all? If 1/3 of the season has passed already and in that span of time not only has Index, the underage loli nun heroine, not kick any ass at all but had to be rescued no less than 3 times and had less than 30 mins of screen time. In my personal views, J.C.Staff should have animated the side story To Aru Kagaku no Choudenjibou which DID seem interesting and had a nearly loli heroine who was not afraid of causing a “little” ALOT of collateral damage in saving the world and who was not utterly useless.

The show also sucks big elephant balls because there is no redeeming quality to the heroine at all, not only is she supposed to be a nun, which is completely unbelievable as every single enemy boss so far has been super power pedophiles who had intimate relationships with Index in the past and as she probably IS the biggest underage slut this side of the Atlantic they might as well replace with something more sexy the very concealing nun habits which are from design and intent to be only slightly sexier than Indian food smeared on the side walk. Index is also so utterly useless in all the fights that occurred she might as well be bitch slap back into the convenient and not have a heroine at all. The only scenes where index DOES take the leading role is in the ones where she basically eats everything that does not move fast enough but fortunately the main boy toy’s power is also very sad in comparison, instead of shooting large fire balls or raising armies of the dead Touma’s power is blocking/negating other people’s powers if he grab it with his right hand. The only redeeming value to be found in the show so far is that after certain events Index only has a year or so of memories and Touma still has amnesia which is as fun to watch as reality TV shows about handicapped people.

Unlike many other great things in the world, it is incredibly easy to describe Left 4 Dead, the new Valve zombie slaying FPS, because it is completely a zombie horror movie with YOU as the protagonist that will test and break your bonds of friendship. If you do not have bonds of friendship in the first place then you should probably make some first because while the risk of making all your friends hate you is high, teamwork and synchronization is necessary to beat the game in expert mode and to get the most fun for your money.

Minimum Requirement
——————
OS - Microsoft Windows XP / Vista / Vista64
CPU - Pentium 4 3.0GHz
Ram - 1 GB
GPU - 128 MB, Shader model 2.0, ATI 9600, NVIDIA 6600 or better
Direct X 9.0c compatible sound card, At least 7.5 GB of free space.
——————-

While the game is insanely easy and not at all scary on easy or normal difficulties and I would personally recommend it to children, why not, nightmares and child psychiatrists might calm those sugar rush imps down. At higher level difficulties like advanced/expert, teamwork between the 4 players is a must and I personally recall much angst and threats of death/rape of entire families on Vent due to lack of synchronization of the players vs the A.I. Director controlling the zombie hordes. Screw you lying douche bags that brag of entire Expert campaigns without taking any damage because the entire survival of the party can be easily compromised due to the greed or cowardice or bad timing of a simple team member and many maps were filled with duels to the death between former friends as the introduced friendly fire mechanism of the game make matters worse. Often, due to minor things such as tripping an alarm that summons waves of zombies, spooking the witch that 1 hit KOs, friendly fire with shotguns, or just stealing the last med pack, people were known to be strangled and taken off Christmas lists in the ensuing blood feuds.

Unless of course, your friends are giant spotted dicks who blame you for not saving them from Hunters/Smokers fast enough, because Valve apparently entertains the odd notion that humans are incapable of standing up without outside help/that people will enjoy running back half a map to rescue their retarded acquaintances, and when you DO stand alert next to them they blame you for getting in the way of their aim. In times like this it is completely justified if you happen to shove your mouse up your friend’s mouth and possibly try to strangle him with the cord.

Unlike many other modern FPS, there is the mandatory diverse cast of white guy, black guy, old guy, and woman. To further the diversity, the game contains a very simple list of weapons, short range/mid range/long range with a few different kinds of grenades because some times, simple is good. There are no need to make things overly complex with 40+ kinds of weapons like in other FPS because this game does not NEED to have a huge list of weapons to distract from flaws or to let you have a good time. Furthermore, there is not a huge list of different enemies for the very same reason, there is just enough to serve specific purposes without making things complex as often each type of enemy will require an instant and specific group formation or strategy to counter so simplicity is a blessing. A side note, the game seems to strongly promote the idea of setting witches/weird women on fire, smoking comes with very negative side effects, and that being fat is just short of being sinful, in fact the boomer was the only zombie my team actually felt sorry for, not that it stopped us from shoving gun barrels into it’s fat guts.

To those that complain of boredom from lack of content, maybe you people should make some friends because it is a great experience when not forced by your self even if your best friends will never talk to you again due to what may happen in game. Furthermore, to other complainers, the game does not need a plot, period. Not all things need plots, and guys certainly do not need a plot to get women pregnant, including your mother; why imagine that, you were born with out a plot, well you must be darn right boring then. To people that complain about the lack of replay ability, well many people do not find screwing the same woman boring, maybe you can learn something from that? (There are exceptions to this rule, one night stands, divorces, rape and for those unlucky people this is a Valve game so expect a lot of map updates in the upcoming future) furthermore, it is not like there is no Versus mode, because there is, so go find it and play it. Many people in 3rd world nations will never be able to play this so be grateful you douche bags and you know who you are, take the giant dildo out of your ass and stop complaining.

The game can be easily bought/downloaded via steam and the price will probably go down within the months. The graphics in the game are actually quite good and will run fairly well even on machines over 5 years old, the game engine is remarkably similar to the Source Engine and it might in fact be the Source Engine not that I really bothered to check. Contrary to false beliefs, the game is not at all scary until Expert(Impossible) mode even with the low lighting, creepy music, and random ambushes that changes with each play through.

On a side note, the lighting is dark even at maxed gamma and the music is creepy and depressing, this combination have been known to drive a small percentage of the Emo population into committing suicides but if not this game, something else will do the trick eventually anyways so you might as well have some fun before you die, right?

To sum it up, “the Epic adventures of a hooker who bust out of maximum security prison to pick up her long abandoned child to seek out the Japanese father in the near mythical lands known as Brazil.”

Despite the low hype and no name studio this gem is possibly the most underrated Japanese anime of this season and as FUN as watching soup opera in a foreign language while doped up, a major compliment.

One of the things I really love about this show is the depiction of Brazil according to the Japanese viewpoint. Because Brazil is apparently a country filled with incompetent police officers, scheming Catholic priests, angry Chinese restaurant owners, and everyone speaks perfect Japanese while all the letters are in Portuguese, maybe I am not being fair since the intended audience are Japanese people but it only gets better from here. Children are being intoxicated by spiked orange juice, sexy prostitutes have fat/ugly siblings, senior citizens are running wild on drugs of calibers not even sold by the Miami crack dealers, the streets are dirty, the houses look like shit yet all the vehicles are sparkling new and polished like mirrors.

Many human rights activists will be horrified by what is depicted in this anime and they will start crusades for more money so we can give toys and aid to these poor people, which will lead to some pretty humorous conversations I am sure in the future.
Human rights activist : “here little boy, here is a toy gun, see how we are making you prosperous? Lets introduce you to religion, if you pray we will feed you.”

Little Boy : “Bitch I shot my killed gay priest when I was 7 and I been using a glock since I was 3, if you do not give me some food I will bitch slap you.”
We will never know but the likelihood of the above conversation happening in real life is fairly high. Back to Michiko to Hatchin, I am so glad that the designs of the clothings are very realistic and change fairly often unlike some games/animes where the characters will keep on wearing the same thing over and over. In fact, the graphics and design in general are pretty good, the non fat/old women are all sexy and attractive, the children all have big heads and are ugly to steer away potential pedophiles and sceneries are most likely all taken from real locations in Brazil to keep the designs as accurate as possible. The story is interesting and the plot at least exists and offers some mysteries like why would ANYONE in Brazil tattoo a baby and what is the meaning behind the tattoo, while the main plot advances at an even pace side characters occasionally have their side stories looked into too to give the characters more depth and in general it felt like some one who actually knows about literature wrote the plot instead of having 2 departments, one filled with typewriters and monkeys, the other a big dart board with different ideas in the sections. What I love most about the show though, past the diseased but semi-naked sexy prostitutes and the raving maniacal old people, is the awesome Jazz OP song.

The greatness and rarity of which is that not only is it good Jazz, it is in a Japanese show, and there are thankfully no singing in the OP video, a feat which almost never happen in Japanese anime. This is one show people should definitely torrent, maybe get in touch with the Brazilian inside all of us.

Watching this anime is exactly like having a great game but not getting to play because your bastard friend keeps on hogging the controller. Unfortunately, unlike in real life, you cannot beat your friend on the back of the head and knock him out with your baseball bat so you would just have to content your self with watching an anime of a great game and not being allowed to play.

The Intro and ED are both great and really in sync with the flow of the anime, the voice acting is in character and completely believable unlike the English dubs and are in fact all the voice actors for the game including as Tear the seiyu Yukana Nogami who also did C.C. recently in Code Geass R2. The designs of the characters are keeping in touch with the game and unlike previous Tales animes or other animes of games it kept almost completely to the game which while does not ruin the show and cause people to give horrid reviews also points out that what results is remarkably stale and at best advertising for an already great game with its own cult followings.

The characters are kept remarkably to the game like Luke, the main character, being a complete douche bag and hated/disliked by nearly the entire cast for his arrogance and mannerisms until finishes redeeming himself. The character relationships are also kept remarkably to the game and again this is both a blessing and also boring to watch. Of course there is no reason NOT to watch the show because it is a nice refresher for those that have finished the game on the events and plots that occurred but I would recommend to those who have not played the game not to touch this show as it would spoil many events that occurred and ruin the plot. Overall, as the game allows more options and is played from the player’s point of view, it is still better than the anime no matter how accurate it is because the game will definitely provide for more content than 12-13 hours of animation which only covers the major events and not the small script interactions and secrets.

To sum up Kemeko DX in one sentence would be “watching busty animated women try to squeeze into tight spaces.

This post does not required a lot of words because while it does not deserve heaps of positive praise it is also not bad enough for mindless bashing. The animation quality is decent, the music is fine, the character designs are alright with my negative prejudice of pink haired girls in mind so to other people it is probably not bad at all.

Is this anime enjoyable enough? Most definitely, occasionally the anime is funny enough that I could not take tea and crumpets at the same time because I may choke to death while laughing but the humor seems repetitive and while it does try to be funny it fails horribly sometimes because animators/writers have yet to learn that fan-service (i.e. erotic scenes of animated women) only goes so far; as stale humor is less funny the more times it occurs. For all the good times it has brought me, about a few hours, I will refrain from saying a lot of mean things about an otherwise perfectly good anime that is funny but pointless. If you want a good story this may not be for you but if you have 20 minutes to waste and your bored out of your mind then you probably want to get this.

All things aside though, Kemeko DX has the funniest ending video I have ever seen involving a short, fat female robot doing stretches and trying to be erotic but failing horribly.

What can one say to accurate describe animes? Like all things that can be judged views on anime varies drastically from people to people. Some die hard fans (otakus) will die in their rooms as they literally forget to eat while watching unending hours of anime, others however, primarily adults or westerners, will approach the issue with extreme prejudice, declaring all animes to be entertainment for children and/or a shameful behavior. Furthermore, because humor is also highly subjective it should be noted that this may not be the anime for you and is not what I would recommend as the first anime for the uninitiated to watch.

Here is the Intro and ED for Macademi (click here to watch in Youtube)

With the above out of the way, I personally found Macademi Wasshoi most entertaining as it is filled with stupid humor, featuring a primary cast of various head ache causing characters. The Protagonist resembles the average normal student with the exception that he also attends a secret magic academy, a tanned little girl heroine with adult tendencies and godly level powers for causing destruction and property damage, a rival-in-love mute girl with split personalities and also semi godly level powers for causing destruction and property damage, and an upper classman/mentor to the protagonist with openly perverted tendencies. Combined with the mind boggling and often ridiculous looking support cast and the high squeaky voices manageable only by certain Japanese women that only dogs can hear some times sets a high potential for the comedy that could be present in Macademi Wasshoi.

Starting with some spoilers for those lacking the enthusiasm to watch the show themselves or have no knowledge of fan subbing, stop reading if you must, the very first 2 episodes of Macademi Wasshoi already features some beyond the average comedy.

smiling play-doh molestation scenes of the unwilling protagonist by the heroine in very comedic ways.

perverted and silly looking neighbors getting their rooms destroyed.

misunderstandings around town due to the bizarre nature of the character’s relationships to each other.

long lectures on the essence of perverted love in Japanese cultures.

giant powerful robots with long intros and theme songs stopped by single fingers.

mockery of dwarfs and midgets in funny situations.

headless child teachers running around.

rampaging machines that give animal ears to people.

revenge of the Uber-Perverts against the gods.

mockery of the penis size of the protagonist.

comedic scenes of male students and robots restrained by bondage(bdsm).

teenagers hypnotized into thinking they are woodland creatures.

parodies of other animes, shows, and even Harry Potter.

extensive amount of property damage in comedic ways.

fictional animal abuse of aquatic creatures

To fully grasp the entirety of the show it is necessary to watch all the episodes most of which are not aired at the moment but from what is available right now it can be observed that there are great amounts of potential in this series.

The game is fairly simple yet complex at once, while the character creation offers no confusing facial and body design with 60 different bars that result in horribly ugly characters each time that frustrate players to no end, there are only 3 set classes, Wizard, Fighter, and Paladin. While each class has a different player portrait plus avatar and result in different dialogs with the NPCs of the game and start with different troops, every class can level in all the skills available except for 2 unique class skills and use all the spells and armies. The player will start in a knight school where he will be taught the basics of saving princess (straw dolls), fighting necromancers (the disguised school Priest), and finding treasures (the instructor’s hidden old shoe). As Lame as it sounds, the interactions and events with each are humerus and can easily represent what real knight might go to train their princess rescuing/evil smiting/treasure finding skills.

After the the non mandatory tutorial, the player is quickly recruited by the king of the human kingdoms and set about on a chain of Primary quests that will see the player rise in social rank from a simple knight to Viscount, Baron, Earl and higher and eventually lead to the promised victory screen and game ending. Fortunately though, the world is huge with many miles to travel filled with places to explore, people to fight, and sub quests to do for fame and fortune and of course, the occasional hand of a princess. By marrying, the Player gain a significant other that can give various abilities to their troops and 4 additional inventory slots that varies but can be filled with either more equipments or the stat improving children born from your Joyce union and for diversity there are marriageable partners for all types.

The game features a large equipment system and equipments of various bonuses that can be leveled and/or sentient which leads to you going into the items occasionally to teach them who is the master in the relationship. The magical system is also improved to include both traditional magic with 3 genres and 3 levels for each spell using a mana point system and the Chest of Rage, which is very similar to the GF, Aeon, summoning system of Final Fantasy games, containing 4 very powerful entities that can be summoned to various effects in battle using rage points which unlike mana builds up in battle from fighting and these summons will also level with use and allow for skills customizations. The combat is done on a tactical grid similar to the Heroes of Might and Magic system, your troops stacks each represent how many units of that creature and each unit have different scores for speed, movement range, attack damage, health and different skills. The hero does not actually fight hand and hand in combat but offer various passive bonuses to the troops and the ability to use spells in battle to devastating effects such as flaming fireballs or bolts of lighting or comical effects such as turning enemies into sheep.

However, unlike Heroes of might and magic, the entire world is one large story of the player just waiting to be written instead of turn based world map with different nations competing against one another. Also, the game runs surprisingly smooth, filled with eye candies like wood land critters running around and trees and grass moving to the wind, unlike Heroes games which get more and more CPU consuming as the game drags on due to intensified enemy decisions during their turns.

Furthermore, to increase replay ability, the King’s Bounty game generates all the items locations and creatures spawns with each new game so no two games will ever be exactly the same and it is quite interesting to redo all the quests in the world with another class as even the dialogs and ways to complete the quests differ easily allowing for hundreds of hours of gameplay, if you really have nothing else to do but is easily worth the money.
