I’m gonna watch this movie this Thursday. Have you watch it? How was it?

What so special about this phone then? It is powered by Google’s Android platform (not the ugly Windows Mobile though) and it is the second generation of Android phone from HTC. The previous HTC G1 was quite a big hit in overseas and I’m hoping to get my hands on these phones.

HTC Magic comes with 3.2-inch TFT-LCD flat touch-sensitive screen with 320×480 HVGA resolution. Running on Qualcomm® MSM7200A™, 528 MHz processor, 512MB of ROM and a high 288MB of RAM, I believe this phone can run smoothly without lagging all the way. It comes with all the features you can think of – 3.2 MP camera, HSDPA, GPS, email syncing and so on.

Only the black color version is available on Malaysia’s site so far. So head over to official HTC website to have a look on it.

Cibai: An abstract interpretation-based static analyzer for modular analysis and verification of Java classes

I believe most of the people in Malaysia or Singapore, including most of the Chinese, Malays and Indians know what “cibai” means. It’s a foul language in “Hokkien” which actually means Vagina in English. It is commonly used for someone to express their anger like saying “Fuck You!”. There are more for this term which has much worse meanings such as “Chau Cibai!”, “Nin bu er Chau cibai”, “Lu er Cibai”.. and so on. Please ask your friends around you what it means as I don’t think it is approriate to explain it here.. This is really making me laughing non stop!!!@

Yet, Microsoft seems picked this word out of nowhere and hits the word Vagina in “Hokkien”. Well, this is seriously the joke of the day though. I wonder what Microsoft will do if they found out about this..

There were 9 of us that went for hiking at Bukit Tabur in Setapak area. It was 6.30 in the morning, while all of us packed up with torch lights and drinking water, we started our “journey”. About 45 minutes later, we reached the first part of the hill, where there is a view which you don’t really get to see in the city. Enjoy the rest of the photos..

It was quite an experience for me. And it was kinda scary as well. We manage to climb all the way up without any safety gear. One wrong step you may ended up slipping down the rocky hills. Mind you that it was 300m above sea level.

It was really exhausting. Considering that I never worked out at all lately. See how exhausted I looked.

This is the last part before we headed down the hill. It took us more than 4 hours to climb from 1 end and come back down from the other end. Extremely exhausting@!~

But, it was fun!

HTC came up with a new version of the Touch Cruise lately. Basically the Touch Cruise is meant for people who are always “cruising” travelling around with the help of the built in GPS.

Nothing much had changed except they added a new feature called the HTC Footprint. Basically it’s a feature like geotagging, best for travelling around where you can take a picture and the HTC Footprints automatically saves your location. You may add in the thoughts that surrounded that special moment and even grab the sound of your friend’s laughter to go along with your memory. Yet, you may revisit to that location again next time by using GPS as the location is saved.

Other than that, HTC had added some goodies on the specification side. The processor is upgraded to 528MHz with 512MB of ROM and 256MB of RAM. There’s a 3.2 megapixels camera built in and also 7.2 Mbps HSDPA connectivity.You may refer to the official HTC website for more information on the new Touch Cruise.

Seems like PDA phones nowadays have almost the same specs these days. I wonder what else more that we can built into a PDA in the future? Something like this I suppose?

This year, Earth Hour will be taken to the next level, with the goal of 1 billion people switching off their lights as part of a global vote. You might think that turning off lights for just 1 hour will not make any difference at all, yet the main aim for this event is to create awareness among us all.

Malaysia will be one of the city that joined in the party this year. Let’s join in and turn off the light for one hour tonight at 8.30pm until 9.30pm. Let’s show the world that we can stay united!~

Holy cow!~ Samsung had came out with the new Samsung Armani series which comes with the new Windows Mobile 6.5 that will launched this fall!

Nah~ Just the folks from MobileCrunch came up with this after the news of an interview with the president of Samsung Electronics’ Taiwan. There is a brief mention of a Giorgio Armani phone powered by Windows Mobile which is enough to get their imagination to create this picture above.  :lol:

Yet, Windows Mobile 6.5 is on the way. What’s your view on it? Can’t wait to get it running on my HTC Touch HD though~  :)
