At only 14, Paul Rodriguez, also know as P-Rod, was recognized as a protégé in the world of skateboarding. Now at the age of 27, he has established himself as an icon in the worlds of professional skateboarding and action sports, business, and philanthropy.

Paul is a 3-time X Games Gold Medalist with a huge list of competitive achievements. In 2005, he became the first ever skateboarder to receive a Nike signature model shoe, the Nike SB Zoom Air Paul Rodriguez. Not only that – but he has the distinction of being the first Hispanic to ever receive a Nike signature shoe. Seven years ago Mark DeMontis learnt that he had developed a condition that left him legally blind and unable to pursue his dream of playing professional hockey. But despite his condition, he didn’t let his passion for the game die. In fact, he decided to bring that passion to others by starting Courage Canada, an organization that gives visually impaired kids the opportunity to learn to ice skate and play hockey. So when Mark’s best friend Cameron Williams heard about the grant from Tetley Green Tea, he knew exactly who he was going to nominate.

FX’s acclaimed animated series Archer returns for its third season starting January 19th and will air Thursdays at 10 PM ET/PT. Archer is an animated, half-hour comedy that revolves around the International Secret Intelligence Service (ISISS) and the lives of its employees. Although their work of espionage, reconnaissance missions, wiretapping and undercover surveillance is daunting and dangerous, every covert operation and global crisis is actually just another excuse for the ISIS staff to undermine, sabotage and betray each other for personal gain.
