Creating Content is very time consuming. And many leave it half away..

The day i remember when content creation for me was the most difficult job. Oh! i used to sit in front of my computer and after typing few lines, i felt like the complete post is looking confusing or out of the way because i used to mix up every thing...

Mixing up of ideas in a post happens due to the lack of proper planning while creating the content.

Gradually with time, i developed a framework of writing quality content very quickly. This Writing Framework really helped me to overcome the problem of explaining topics clearly...

I kept that secret recipe in my folder for months but now released it in this post.

Secret of Writing a Blog Post in less than 25 minutes.
1. Temporary Headline
2. Sub-headlines / Points
3. Summary of the Post
4. Description of the Sub-Headlines.
5. Conclusion
6. Permanent Headline

Let me explain the steps briefly..

1. Temporary Headline
Firstly, create a temporary headline which holds the idea of the post to keep yourself attach with the related information & prevent you to go away out of the topic.

2. Sub-headlines
Jot down the important points and develop a sketch of the information... These points are the subheadlines of the post. Later you can expand those points.

3. Summary of the Post
Create an eye catchy bio about the post (4-5 lines) and place it after the headline .i.e. all above the post. Post bio helps the readers to know about the content they are going to read or you can say the summary of the post.

4. Description of the Sub-Headlines.
Now pick up the jotted points & make an expanded description of it. Try to keep those 3-4 lines. Try to put more information in less lines.

5. Conclusion
Make a Conclusion of the post... In the conclusion part, you can give your personal opinion related to the topic or you can ask your readers some questions or ask them to share their own experience about the topic in the comment section.

6. Permanent Headline
You've finished writing the post and to make it attractive, you need to create a compelling headline which will drive huge number of readers from the social networking sites to your blog. The post with good headline is very worthy!
So, you remove your temporary headline and create a permanent attractive headline for your post.

Good Content!

I had to deal with many expert and foolish answers to the same question as a good content is the one which is written in great blogs, the one which has most page views, and even the one which is based on the subjects I like. I do not disagree totally with the experts who gave me those replies, but on carefully thinking or rather summing up all the answers from bloggers who are well known to have written thousands of good contents I came to specify some habits which I'm sure all of us will agree to inculcate to add more and more good comments to our blogs...

1.Be sure about grammar and language
I've seen over years that some of my posts which I feel should have hit high didn't do the same as I forgot to proofread them.Some small grammatical mistakes and spelling errors often makes our reader doubt our knowledge. So you need to be a bit careful about that though on the other side of this I've also seen many articles , some great ones contain small mistakes but whole fully acknowledged and appreciated by a lot of people.

2.Write exclusive from your mind
My first blog lesson makes me remind the best part of it. It went, "Write not to replicate but to diversify the web." I duly agree with it. We should always try to add something which strikes our mind and not of any others'.A good content always contains something new,fresh and unique. It may be any new recipe you found out or any kind of interesting process or algorithm useful to the people.

3.Fill up confidence in your content
When you know anything perfectly then only you can tell or share it with others.When your concept is clear then you are ready to face any question on that topic then only you can write a good content. It should reflect your confidence and agreement to each line of your post. Even when you are new on a topic, your accent and attitude should be no less than like that of an expert. Your style of writing should swipe away all your flaws of knowledge.

4.Take in account only loyal readers
When I started dragging traffic to my blog I used to be satisfied to see the numbers in K's. But then I found that most of them were passive ones, as they didn't stay at any particular post for a long time, leaving no remarks or comments.The rest of them who are termed loyal in the language of web, did stick to a handful ones and read them enthusiastically. These posts are the actual good ones. A huge number of readers doesn't mean your text is good but your heading is attractive. So we should always try to demarcate our contents on the basis of loyal readers and not the casual ones.

5.Analyze and give your own views and reasons.
I always got good responses when I gave my opinions on topics after examining them my own way.We can obviously write good posts by writing on multiple topics but focusing on the same readers.You may surely go for movie reviews or your personal outlook to the result of a cricket match as you give an opportunity to your readers to think in a different way on their familiar topics which had been left under discussed by others.

6.Write as if interacting
You are always more convincing when you are face to face with someone than on papers. Hence, I try to write my posts in a very interacting manner as if I am verbally talking to them. I always try to share my feelings and experiences with them as if I'm chatting to them in a quite friendly language and tone. I do advise them as friends and try to be answerable to all their queries and quests. It gives me eternal peace and happiness when readers come to sort out their doubts by commenting on the post. Now I can sense my post is appealing and good.

I crossed over a dilemma if a content was to be claimed good to a blogger or a reader. Finally I ended up with reader and went for my heading.So all of us should stress upon our readers' feedback while deciding a post good or not. Blog is a place to share our knowledge The more we share, the more they're unique, more will be our readers.I hope I could define a good post as I perceive. Each one of you must be having your own notions. Its good if you have your own opinions till it doesn't collide with the readers' likes and interests..

So, today i'm gona show you the steps to design your own professional minimalist template design for your blogspot blog.

It's a HOW TO post and by just using the below instruction, you can create your own minimalist theme with the Blogger Template Designer.

You open your Blogger Template Designer from the "design" option of your blogspot blog dashboard. And all you need to do is add the below instructed fonts & color to convert your blog into a minimalist template..

Firstly, you choose the simple white default blogger template, which's available at the Template Designer...

Lets start with the footer design...

Footer Design:

Add the deep grey color (#666666) in the Footer Text color & add whitish grey color (#eeeeee) in the footer background color. Use (#dddddd) in shadow color!

Text Fonts and Color:

Keep your Font "Times Roman Now" to give it a touch of minimalist theme. And enlarge the text font to 20px for better view.

Date Header Text Color & Background Color:

Keep your header Text Color deep grey (#666666) & header background color light grey (#dddddd).

Link Colors:

Add Deep Grey (#666666) both in Link Color & visited Color but add light color in Hover Color.

Blog Background Colors:

Now its time for adding blog background... i.e. add (#eeeeee) color on Outer Background, same (#eeeeee) in Main Background & Keep the Header Background (Transparent).

Accent Colors (Separator Line Color & Border Line Color)

By adding color on the separator line, you can divide your sidebar from blog post body. So add (#dddddd) in Separator line Color & same color on Tabs Border Colors.

Blog Description Color:

You don't need this option, if you add a header image... otherwise, coloring blog description is needed. So, add (#666666) in your description color.

Blog Title Color & Font:

Last step, you add the font & color of the blog title. Make your Title appeal to the readers for reading rest of your content.

You keep the (Verdana) in the blog title font & title color should be (#5d5d5d).

First Meet with a Real Blogger

There are millions of bloggers available all over internet and 30 percent of them make good amount of money.

I had face-to-face meet with many bloggers, but maximum of them are technology blogger. Yuk! they all produce same kind of content.. I also found some bloggers related to my niche, who writes about "blogging". Even i found some auto bloggers who releases the reviews of the "auto" related new bikes & cars but from all of them, one blogger was very unique.

Uniqueness attracted me.
He has a very unique thinking about blogging and i was really very impressed. I can call him a passionate blogger. He writes about "Bikes".. you may be thinking, what's the big deal about writing on bikes? but i must clear it that he has something unique in his blog.

Sharp voice for his Blog:
Before, we both began our conversation, he straight forwardly told me that his blog is special & i curiously asked him what's that special in a bike blog? - "I never found a bike related blog producing content other then reviewing the features of the new bikes"

Blog Uniqueness:
He told me that his blog is not about consumer auto blog, actually he writes about the daily requirement for maintaining a bike, everything from putting oils in the wheel to tightening up the strings of the brake. He try his best to explain each & every part of a bike, so that if any minor problem happens with your bike you can easily work out yourself without paying a penny to an engineer.

Not Monetized but got Great Authors:
He didn't yet monetized his blog because he wants to make it biker friendly. An interesting thing is that this blog has some great authors who are among the best bike riders & stunters. And all these authors don't contribute this blog for any revenue.. actually they are passionate about biking & love to write about it.

Experimental Posts:
After hearing such words from him, i couldn't stop myself to visit the blog & i'm really impressed by their experimental posts. Every Content present in the blog are their own created original content- right from the photos to the text.

And all the posts are based on hand-touch-experience .i.e. they completely made their blog naked to share the true experience of the bike maintainance.

The blog was looking like a community of biker more than a blog. Very Active!

So, i feel they are the real bloggers! Passionately doing the blogging about what they are interested in.

Atlast but not the least, another thing that impressed me a lot was his views behind personal branding. he didn't exposed his name even i have met him personally. So, i only know his username "Hunky". His blog Name is NexGenBikes.com .

People love blogs because they get some practical knowledge based on a blogger's experience.

People Trust blogs because they can acquire those knowledge which are successfully performed by a blogger & has the enough experience to explain it in his post.

After writing continuously for days and days, gradually there develops a hierarchy between each of your posts.

The same standard can’t be maintained for each of them. If you peep in with courage, you’ll find a number of posts untouched for some reason.

They need your attention now, or they will just be a haste good for nothing except the trash can.

Lets have a Recap…
Now, lets look back at some earlier posts which didn’t scratch as much as you expected it to do so.
"Rediscover your old Posts"
Let us examine the reasons:-
# You might have rushed to write in a hurry which caused degradation in quality.
# Your conception in that particular topic was insufficient to reach the depth and make readers understand.
# You might have fluctuated your opinion about the post.
# Some key elements like title, formatting elevator pitch etc. might have been inappropriate.
# You might have induced wrong facts
# You might have made punctuation and grammatical mistakes

Dump the Cause! Cure it!
Let us not dig out further what made you go wrong as errors characterize human beings.

# Craft a new little. A title can be decider of your post being read or not.
# Elevator pitch’s the second key. Check if your opening lines were illusive or not. If not, change them to seductive ones.
# Carefully notice each of the comments left on the posts. Try to sort out standing in front of the mirror.

Keep yourself Anonymous till the brand is not promoted successfully

You may disagree with me... but what i feel is that a person should start a blog being anonymous for few month, if he wants to highlight his brand to the public. I know how personal branding is very essential for the blog promotion in social media but if you want to run a new blog harmlessly then keeping your identity secret is best option..

Blogger Identity Secret.

Many Debates took place on this topic for keep your identity secret at initial stage & there came 50-50 percent result... Some people wants personal branding, so they want to expose their identity & some prefer to keep their identity secret which keeps them an active blogger to concentrate more on content creation...

I'm one of them who believe that keeping the identity secret till the blog don't get in good position, is the best option.

Ya, personal branding can be easily done when the blog is raised up to a position where people will curiously search for the author of the blog & when the name releases, they are followed by many people. "Associating yourself with a popular name can easily make you popular". This doesn't work on Darren Rowse because he's already a popular person and when he release any site, it automatically gets good impression in front of thousands of people.

Another Demerit of Exposing identity at Initial blogging Stages..
There're some other demerits of exposing identity in the initial stages which are, many other bloggers may get jealous with your upgrading blog, they may even destroy your blog by report it as spam to Google for Search listing removal, they may even create a bad impression about your blog in the webosphere. Just keep in mind that, impression is one of the most important for doing online business.

This is the reason why i think, it's better to be silent about your identity exposure for first 3 month & just concentrate on the content creation.

Your readers will criticize you for not exposing your identity to them but when they will find good number of content.. they'll surely subscribe your blog without thinking who's blog it is?

Lets take an example of a popular blog quickonlinetips.com whose author is still anonymous... so, does this blog have less subscribers? i think it has some thousand-k of subscriber & traffic per day.

To instigate a conversation with the readers of other blogs whom you wish to migrate to your one, the best option according to me is to leave a comment on the blogs they read & are interested in it.

Especially when you are a beginner, you need a start from some popular blogs of your niche.

Dragging traffic is not an easy job.
You’ve to motivate people with satisfactory reasons, why to visit your blog? What is the ‘X’ factor which is not there in the blogs which they will be following at that time.

For doing this you have to start interacting with the readers on other blogs and slowly but tactically divert them to your own blog.

Hardly 10-20 minutes! Not more than that. Read others’ comments and go through the important discussions.

Comment?? Why???
There are lots of advantages if you leave a comment:-
· You’ll get to know, what other of your niche bloggers are up to.
· Going to leave a comment virtually focuses your eyes upon the contents of the blog.
It may give births to some fantastic ideas in your mind.
· Legitimate and useful comments may end up in a relationship between you and some of the great bloggers in the web.
· Commenting on other blogs, indirectly opens up a gateway to the readers for them to migrate to your blog some or other day.
· It gains you reputation in your niche and shows your level of maturity and perception of the topics you write on.

This might look a short cut and tricky one to divert readers to your blog but actually it adds a meagre value to you and your blog.

No one’s going to click on your link until he is interested to know who the spammer is!

So don’t be in a hurry! You are not missing your train!

Find interest in commenting and discussing other blog posts and gradually you’ll develop a fair profile amongst readers.

Don’t ask readers to come! Inspire them to do so, persuade them,

It is an accepted fact that you’ll find innumerable bloggers writing the same thing or on the same theme as you.

What makes you special is your opinion, conception and conclusions regarding what you write.

While 1000 bloggers of your own niche will be reporting current news updates not a minute late than their occurrence.

If you just add up your views on the same you’ll surely end up in gaining much more links and readers as you will be going way beyond newspapers who simply make their readers evidence the situation and ask them to use their own eyes and brains to perceive.

To be different from those BBC guys, besides showing them the situation, make them feel and understand its significance and sensibility.

Time to create an opinion post…..
· When you are writing about politics, just add two or three lines about your concurrence or disagreement to the same.

· If you write about a cell-phone, don’t just explain its internal parts and configuration like a sales guy or an electronic engineer.
“Keep in mind that there are a lot of engineers in the world who can explain better than you and ironically there are even more mobile lovers who have nothing to do with the science related to it.”

So, change your mind and suggest or write to those who’s be going to be the most beneficial by the release of the cell handset and how they can make a better use of its additional features according to you.

The meaning of a sneeze page, not as humorous as the title suggests, is a page that propels your readers in different directions deep into your blog by highlighting your golden written earlier.

It happens sometimes that you sit to write and get into a black-out kind of situation.

To maintain your regularity, a tendency develops in you to force topics and anyhow manage to finish your post and keep your blog updated.

Apart from keeping your blog updated regularly, you need to monitor what's your reader's reaction after entering your page.

Just as a first impression can make a lot of difference in your blogging life.

What you all need is a friend, mate or family person who has never seen your blog earlier and is even unaware of you being a blogger.
Set a computer in front of him.

Make him see what you’ve created…
· Load up your blog on his screen and let him solely concentrate for 5-6 minutes page after page.
· See how he navigates, where he clicks, note down each of the points.
· What portions he pauses to read, particularly which paragraphs he likes the most.
· The areas he oversee or ignore. Which pages he's most attracted by?

Interview Session!!!
Continue the above process for at least half an hour. Then sit with a coffee and start asking him questions:-

· His first impression about the blog. What did he assume your theme was?
· How was your page setup and design? Ask if it was easy to navigate.
· The questions that arose in his mind after seeing your blog.
· Ask him to give his words to describe your design.
· The things he particularly remembered after sometime.
· Finally, get his suggestions regarding your blog’s improvement.

Tally his response with your observations and make a report.

Preserve the report with care.

It feels great to get good comments from a new reader.

You become sure, it wasn’t a flattery!

But this task is like examining someone or rather examining yourself.

You have to be well prepared.

For this,
“Read a blog you have never heard before. Write a summary on the basis of the criteria stated above.”

Do this for at least 5 new blogs before you try on some one.

“Taste a sip before you serve the soup!”

When you are writing for your readers, always keep in mind, they are not visiting your blog merely to verify how well you write.

Everyone has his own motive of reading your blog.

Now the question arises, how to live up to their expectations and needs.

I’ll suggest you to try solving their problems as much as you can.

This is the key, all the top bloggers incorporate in their daily blogging schedule.

Not Enough??? Then see why?!
· When you are solving your readers’ problems, you create your better impression on people, that you are writing to help them, to assist them at a point.

If you have a unique and effective solution to them, you may get a loyal reader for sure.

· On answering to questions of your viewers, you influence them to tell others which gets you more questions to answer and even more and more traffic.

Solve!! How??
Ø To make your reader’s conception clear, your need to make yourself well cultivated about that particular topic.

So solve your own problems @the latest.

The best way is to write a post regarding your own problems and how you got through them.

In this stage, go to any popular search engine, type words like, “How”, “Where”, “What” and see what are the popular questions running in people’s minds.

Ask Readers! What problems they face?
The best way to prove your accountability to your readers is to directly ask them to post their questions.

This makes them free to give you a response.

You may:-
§ Create a post quite appealing and asking for questions.

§ Regularly send e-mails to people who comment on your blog ending with,

“If you have any doubt or query, feel free to ask us.”

§ Design a questionnaire in the virtue of your survey form.

§ Use social media to influence readers in your community to share their Q’s and probes with you.

If possible answer them and there only. Don’t condition them to visit your blog to get their answers but answer them in a manner so that they won’t stop themselve seeing your blog.

Keep in mind, until and unless you communicate individually with your readers you won’t be able to satisfy their zeal.

You have to be an online tutor, not just a journalist to speak one way or the other.

You may have to answer hundreds of comments a day!

Everytime you open your browser, you straightly go to your stat page for viewing your daily traffic. It's a Bad Idea!

I agree, Traffic Checking is very helpful because it shows us the improvement of our blog, but if you have a new blog then i'll suggest you not to view your stat everyday.

Checking Traffic Stat Daily can effect your Blogging Health.
Ya, it's true...

Human heart is full of emotions. And if you don't see any good result of your hard work, it can ruin your mind.

Actually, what i want to say is that, if you keep checking your stat daily right from the initial blogging stage. You'll not find any big change in the flow of traffic because months of hard work is very needed for gaining thousands of traffic. Just Keep in Mind "Rome was not Build in a Day".

As i told, Checking Traffic Stat Daily can effect your Blogging Health because when you check your stat daily & you don't find sufficient flow of traffic as you expected, it can hurt your enthusiasm of blogging.

I believe that by preparing an editorial calendar for your blog will definitely keep you in the right track and routine you to write periodically and thereby achieve your daily target everyday.

Pick up the list that you made yesterday and plan up your posting schedule or calendar for next week.

Saturday or Sunday may suit you the most to accomplish this job.

But how to develop a weekly calendar???

Compute the number of posts you wish to write the commencing week.
Make a spreadsheet or Excel Document table having slots for each post and the corresponding dates on which you plan them to write.
List out ideas previously conquered by you and place them to the empty slots of the table.

Make a wide coloumn laterally beside the post slot, where you may write a sentence or two to remind you later about the idea was for.

e.g. Monday for list posts, Tuesday for link posts and so on……….
