Employee Confirmed Shot In Violent Armed Robbery at Virginia Apple Store

Does this happen because I bungle the confirmation code thing you need to type to respond? I have trouble telling what letters and numbers are being shown. Can we make it slightly more readable in a way that doesn't fiddlesticks me up but that will fiddlesticks of a spam machine?

Ontario Provincial Police to crack down on under-17s out after midnight

Actually in the federal system (28 U.S.C. 2315) as well as in California you must act "knowingly" in order to be convicted of receipt of stolen property. Thus, you must either really know it is stolen or must have been willfully ignorant of the fact.
