He arranged for us to stay 2 nights in one semi-private room, then the last 6 nights in the 'fancy' room with <span style="font-style: italic;">un jardin privé</span>! It's very close to Vieux-Québec and also to a Bike Rental location where he has assured me we can get a good deal since we will be renting bikes for 8 days!
