This week Love Sensation debuts at No. 4 in the UK Official Singles Downloads Chart – it’s Madonna‘s 5th entry in the ranking – and at No.5 in the Singles Sales Chart – a milestone tenth top 10 hit on the list.

The Singles Downloads Chart is based on downloads only, while the Single Sales Chart combines sales of downloads, CDs, vinyl and other formats, both across a seven day period, even if Love Sensation is only available digitally at the moment.

Love Sensation is clearly a strong seller in the UK market, but, at least at this stage, it is missing both the Official Streaming Chart and the Official Singles chart, Forbes reports. Moreover, Love Sensation is Madonna’s only hit song in the country at the moment as neither I Feel So Free nor Bring Your Love are present any longer in the ranks, even if they both scored high debuts on a number of tallies.

Madonna also has two charting albums at the moment. Finally Enough Love is ranking on both the Official Albums Streaming and Official Albums charts, down this week to No. 57 and No. 70, respectively.
The other album is the original Confessions on a Dance Floor, reentering the Official Dance Albums Chart at No. 26 and spending week 131 on the list, that ranks the UK’s biggest dance albums of the week, based on sales of digital bundles, CDs, vinyl and other formats, across a seven day period.

On June 12, 2006 Madonna has released the breathtaking Bring Your Love (Stuart Price Afterhours Mix) to the digital platforms. First heard as one of the three songs from Confessions II performed at the Live in NYC event in Times Square last week, the remix features Madonna’s vocals only and serves as the soundtrack of both the end credits of Confessions II – The Film and the promotional campaign for KIKO Milano.

• Madonna joins Graham Norton for a world exclusive special on the BBC

On Friday, June 26 Graham Norton will welcome the incomparable Madonna in a world exclusive special for BBC One and BBC iPlayer.
Recorded at the legendary Koko in Camden, London – the stage that hosted Madonna’s first-ever UK show in 1983 as well as the launch of her landmark 2005 album, Confessions on a Dance Floor – the programme will see Graham meet with Madonna for an intimate, in-depth discussion about her incredible life and celebrated career and will feature special guests, including an appearance from Madonna’s long-time collaborator Stuart Price.

• Absolut Icon.

Madonna is entering a bold new era with Confessions II, and Absolut is joining as the album’s official vodka partner. The new partnership will include a series of experiences supporting the album throughout the summer, the continuation of Absolut and Madonna‘s decades-long advocacy for the LGBTQ+ community, including donations to longtime partner GLAAD, and a new visual identity – “Absolut Icon.” –  a new creative inspired by the brand’s storied artistic legacy developed together with Special Offer, inc. – the design team behind Confessions II. Photographed in 2026 by Ricardo Gomes, the new ad features Madonna wearing the iconic purple bodysuit and the Lilly corset by Period Corsets originally worn during her 2006 Grammy Awards performance and in the Sorry music video.

• Martin Garrix premieres M-collaboration in NYC

At the last of his his three-night run at Barclays Center in NYC, dutch dee-jay, remixer and producer Martin Garrix teased the crowd with a brand-new track, and many realized they were hearing Madonna’s voice. While he did not make any announcement straight during the main show Garrix confirmed the collaboration with Madonna at his after-party and posted a video of the performance on Instagram, joining the dozens of fan recordings that spread the hype all over both fandoms throught the day.

What we officially know so far is that the upcoming Madonna album includes a song named Bizarre and Martin Garrix new record reportedly includes a track carrying the same title. Will we hear Bizarre on Confessions II on July 3rd exactly as Martin played it in NYC?

Madame X, Madonna’s 14th studio album, was released 7 years ago today, on June 14, 2019. The 7 year (and 19 day) gap between Madame X and Confessions II is the longest between two Madonna studio albums to date or, if you will, the longest time fans ever had to wait or a new album.

Sharing the laurels as the love-it-or-hate-it Madonna album with American Life (how can you just not adore them both?), Madame X marked the beginning of an era where Madonna started exploring different identities and creating new personas. Sounds familiar, uh?

• Come To The Club Of Love

Madonna announced the release of the official music video for Bring Your Love on YouTube with a message to her Community on WhatsApp. The first single from Confessions On A Dance Floor: Part II, performed by Madonna & Sabrina Carpenter, has now its dedicated videoclip.

The videoclip, shot at the same time of Confessions II – The Film, is directed by TORSO, produced by Division and edited by Danny Tull to the full lenght version of the song with with rave choreography by Megan Lawson and rave scene movement direction by Nicolas Huchard.

The videoclip ends with Madonna walking in the corridor – a transition that leads to Danceteria in the film. In the Bring Your Love video, what we see beyond the door is not the club bathroom but a daylight version of the Good For The Soul forest, complete with green laser beams, birds chirping, and invitation to Come to the Club of Love.

Are you ready for unreleased music?

A brand-new track filled the arena, and many realized they were hearing Madonna’s voice.

While he did not make any announcement during the main show itself, Garrix kept the reveal for the afterparty, EDM House Network reports, where he got on the mic and confirmed what they just heard was a collaboration with Madonna.

The announcement follows a series of interviews in which Garrix explained that his new album would feature collaborations with artists he never thought he would work with. He also recently said:

Last time I was starstruck, was in the studio recently, I just can’t say who; I was allowed to record with her, and it was in New York. She came into the studio, I really thought to myself “holy shit, she really exists.”
Only after that immediately, it was super chill vibe, and we have a very special song recorded.

What we officially know so far is that the upcoming Madonna album includes a song named Bizarre and Martin Garrix new record reportedly includes a track carrying the same title.

Will we hear Bizarre on Confessions II exactly as Martin played it in NYC? Garrix himself captioned one of his videos from the Barclays Center with “special intro for a special song”.

On the new Madonna album Bizarre shares Side B of the 12-song version LP with five other tracks. At 33 ⅓ RPM, a long play has an ideal length of 18 to 22 minutes per side.
The longest clip of Martin Garrix playing Bizarre in NYC, filmed by EDM superfan and creator Heidiooo, is 3 and 1/2 minutes long.

If Bizarre will be released on both the new Madonna and Martin Garrix albums it will follow the steps of Paradise (Not for Me), that was originally released as “Mirwais feat. Madonna” on the French producer’s 2001 album Production and eventually made the tracklist of Music as a Madonna song – not a feat. – with a tiny difference in the edit length.

Professionally as Martin Garrix, Martijn Gerard Garritsen was ranked No.1 on DJ Mag’s Top 100 DJs list for 2016, 2017 and 2018.

Award winning British designer Lee Broom collaborated with Madonna to create a bespoke version of his signature 2015 Crystal Tube Light, a cut-glass, handcrafted piece adapted to a longer-than-standard, two metre version to illuminate the One Step Away kitchen scene in Confessions II – The Film, directed by TORSO and produced by Division.

Together with the full design analysis – which gives you a clear idea of how much work, research and passion has been infused in the film – Broom shared with Wallpaper a few more personal things about Madonna.

I was thrilled. Growing up, I really appreciated her artistry not just as a musician but as a visionary, a spokesperson for LGBTQ+ rights, and an all-round blueprint for the pop industry. I grew up in theatre and then went into fashion, so performance, art, fashion, design all infiltrated my work. An artist like Madonna who has a sort of performative storytelling, pushing-the-envelope quality to their work – I was completely sucked in.

When you talk specifically about the design industry, it’s a very loose, open word, but it’s actually very specific. (…) It’s restricted in a way, and I feel like the general public who aren’t in that industry sometimes find it difficult to connect with what we’re producing. So when you have an opportunity to insert your work and your vision into something as globally iconic and as popular as a Madonna music video or film, it opens it up into a different ether that people aren’t used to.

For my 16th birthday, I remember getting my mother to buy me Madonna’s SEX book. She got her friend Audrey, who worked next door to Waterstones, to queue up in the morning and buy it, neither of them knowing exactly what the content of the book was. It was literally the best birthday present I’ve ever had, even though she wasn’t so happy when she actually got to see what was inside…
