I picked up this great crochet pattern created by Linda Potts called Dino Buddies. It has three patterns in one for a diplodocus, triceratops, and a plesiosaur. Yaay! I had originally encountered some trouble with the star pattern and ended up using a different pattern, but the moon pillow came out great.

I am just working on the second side, and then need to join both sides together and stuff it.

It kind of looks like a giant yellow boomerang at the moment, or half a banana not quite sure which, but it will look really awesome once I get it done.

I was going to make my own pattern but I found this fabulous one on CrochetMe.com by designer Melissa1.

I finished up the first half of the star pillow and I am now working on the second half. French Knot

STEP 1 – Cut a strand of black yarn, and insert into a yarn needle.


STEP 2 - Insert the yarn needle into the item you are adding a French knot to as shown below.
