Kaaba – Holiest Site in Haram Mosque, Mecca

Mecca is a city in the Hejaz and the capital of Makkah province in Saudi Arabia. The Kaaba is a small building and the holiest site in Islam located within the courtyard of al-Haram Mosque in Mecca. The Haram Mosque was built around it. All Muslims, wherever they are on Earth, pray five times a day in the direction of the Kaaba in Mecca. They must make a pilgrimage to Mecca, called The Hajj, at least once in their lives.

City of Helsinki is the capital of Finland since 1812. The city was founded in 1550, by King Gustav I of Sweden. The original name of the city is Helsingfors, which is still used as its official name. It is largest city in Finland located in southern Finland, 400 kilometres (250 mi) east of Stockholm, Sweden. The city spans over an agglomeration of more than 300 islands. Helsinki is a major urban center, inhabited by around 1.3 million people. Helsinki host the 2012 Ice Hockey World Championships together with Stockholm (Sweden) 4.-20.5.2012.

Moshulu Floating Restaurant in the Delaware River, Philadelphia

Moshulu, originally named Kurt after Dr. Kurt Siemers, is a four-masted steel barque built by William Hamilton on the River Clyde in Scotland in 1904, and currently a floating restaurant docked in Penn’s Landing, Philadelphia. The interior is in the design of a luxury liner, which was done in a remodel in 1994, after a fire damaged it in 1989. The menu of a posh restaurant is inside this 100-year old ship is not by any means extensive. You will be able to enjoy fresh salads, wraps and meat entrees during the lunch hours for around $10-$30. This restaurant reminds people in Philadelphia that they are a port city.

San Fernando Cathedral in San Antonio, Texas

The San Fernando Cathedral is located in downtown San Antonio, near the river walk. This cathedral was established in 1731 by the Canary/Spanish Islanders, who sought to build their own place of worship. It is also known as the Church of Nuestra Senora de la Candelaria y Guadalupe, the oldest cathedral in the United States. Still functions as a Catholic cathedral holding mass, sacraments, confession, baptisms, weddings and more. It holds a memorial and tomb of heroes of the Alamo. It is open to the public for viewing.

Malahide Castle – Great Fun for The Whole Family

Malahide Castle is one of tourist attractions in Ireland. Set in 250 acres of park land in the pretty seaside town of Malahide. It spent almost eight hundred years serving as a fortress and private home to the Talbot family, till the last of the Lords Talbot passed away in 1973. London Gatwick Airport is the UK’s 2nd largest airport, after Heathrow, and the busiest single-runway airport and the 6th busiest airport in the world. Gatwick Airport began life as a small flying club back in 1930, and gained its first public license issued by the Air Ministry in 1934, which allowed the Airport to be used by commercial aircraft.
