1 cangkir minyak kelapa
Garam
50 gr bawang merah (diiris tipis)
30 gr bawang putih (diiris tipis)
5 gr terasi
35 gr lombok besar (dihilangkan bijinya dan diiris tipis)
10 gr lombok kecil (diiris tipis)
2 lembar daun salam
2 lembar daun jeruk
1 tangkai serai
10 gr kencur

Bersihkan ayam dan potong menjadi dua bagian.

4 lembar daun jeruk&amp;nbsp;
1 serai geprek
3 cm lengkuas geprek
1/2 sdt asam jawa
4 sdm santan kental
1/2 gula&amp;nbsp;
3 sdm minyak goreng
garam secukupnya&amp;nbsp;
daun pisang + lidi secukupnya
