&lt;br /&gt;
More significantly, during the great battle of Kurukshetra, Arjuna entered the battlefield with the flag of Hanuman on his chariot. The incident that led to this was an earlier ecounter between Hanuman and Arjuna; Hanuman appeared as a small talking monkey before Arjuna at Rameshwaram, where Sri Rama had built the great bridge to cross over to Lanka to rescue Sita. Upon Arjuna&#39;s wondering out aloud at Sri Rama&#39;s taking the help of &quot;monkeys&quot; rather than building a bridge of arrows, Hanuman (in the form of the little monkey) challenged him to build one capable of bearing him alone, and Arjuna, unaware of the monkey&#39;s true identity accepted. Hanuman then proceeded to repeatedly destroy the bridges made by Arjuna who became depressed and suicidal, and decided to take his own life. Vishnu then appeared before them both, chiding Arjuna for his vanity, and Hanuman for making the accomplished warrior Arjuna feel incompetent. As an act of &#39;penitence&#39;, Hanuman agreed to help Arjuna by stabilising and strengthening his chariot during the then-likely great battle.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Hanuman, thus, had the fortune of hearing the Gita as recited by Sri Krishna himself. Many worshippers of Lord Krishna (who drove Arjuna&#39;s chariot) keep flags of Hanuman as a mark of respect to his great devotion, and honour Hanuman. After spending a long weekend in Zion and Vegas this week was really very busy. &lt;br /&gt;   It was fun long weekend with Alan,Noel,Lindsay,Jamie and Kelly. &lt;br /&gt;   Lots of Hiking, Yoga, Poll , Chilling, Campfire, Music, Meditation. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;2. Recived details from Yale for voluteering but facing some problems. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;3. Hardly I have done 5 hours of studies in this week. This bothers me a lot .. :(  I need to focus on my schedule. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;4. My Phone started giving me problem .I think it&#39;s time to change .. I want G2 or iPhone :) &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;5. My shoulder hurts because of more hand stand practise in Yoga Class.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;6. Friday and Saturday was chill out day with my Roommate and Brandon who is going away to Denver. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;7. Sunday was full of Ashtanga and brunch at Oasis with Jeff, Saraha, Dona  and Tom. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;8. 19 days to go for Wasatch Releay. What is scrum ?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Little background about how I got into Scrum and got more inclined toward it .. &lt;br /&gt;In my previous job we used water fall methodology for project management for the same I have gone through the Function Point training. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;On my first day at current company I got introduced to &quot;Daily Stand-up&quot; by one of my favorite manger. Daily stand-up is part of Agile methodology. After working in agile for couple of months without much theoretical knowledge, I started comparing productivity of myself with my previous job and realized that definitely there is improvement and I am keeping track of my work in more organized way. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;One day our Direct Sean who given us a training on Agile and that training was really a good turning point for me to learn more on Agile. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I will not be able to write how we use Agile in work because of &quot;Work Ethic&quot;..but I will try to explain it how I am trying to use it in my life. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I have considered every year as a one project. Give a meaning full name to that project e.g. My this year&#39;s project name is &quot;Healthy and Intelligent Buddha&quot; .. I do&#39;t know how I came up with that name.. I wanted some funny name !!!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Create a weekly iteration with 3-4 stories  and  every day/week visit your stories  see to how much progress you have made in that. Next step is dividing each story into different task. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;e.g. Below are 3 stories for of my last week iteration. &lt;br /&gt;Story A - Work on Yoga balancing poses. &lt;br /&gt;Story B - Increase reading. &lt;br /&gt;Story C - Prepare for Wasatch Ranger Relay&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Then I divided my Stories into small every day task. &lt;br /&gt;e.g. &lt;br /&gt;Story-A|Task 1.a -  Work on getting Mayur Asana ( Yoga - Peacock pose for 2 min ) &lt;br /&gt;Story-B|Task 2.b - Finish E=Mc2 by David Bodanis&lt;br /&gt;Story-C|Task 1.c Go for a 6 Miles of run ( AS part of Wasatch Ranger Relay) &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Well long story short... I am able to get my personal goals very organized and more importantly track them properly. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I am running out of time to finish today&#39;s blog. Can somebody remind Mr.Weather that it&#39;s spring time ?  I dropped my practice and decided to update my blog. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Meditation, Yoga, Gym, running, Hiking , reading, Guitar, Rock climbing , Volunteering for non-profit animal organizations  etc etc... and list goes on ... these are the things which are going on in my life currently and they are eating most of my time other than work time. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I am running short of time to achieve my goals in my life.I enjoy doing all these activities which I mentioned, but sometimes I think that I should not always do the activities which makes me happy. I need to focus on achieving my goals, for that I have to prepare myself to sacrifice some of the activities. It&#39;s really very hard :) &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Other option is reducing 9% of sleep time and increasing 9% of meditation time which will give me an extra hour for my studies.....calculate how much hour I sleep ? haha well this is typical percentage problem for GMAT. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;After increasing my practice in the meditation I am experiencing the benefits of it. This is helping me to become more organized and focused in my life. Everyone was in traditional wear for Garba except me :( .. How my lifestyle is changing ? to answer this question I decided to recollect how was my typical day before 5-10-15 yrs ? It&#39;s changing a lot .. &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
When I talk to my Mom &amp;amp; Dad first question they always ask me is r u doing Yoga &amp;amp; Pranayam regularly ?  I tell them No, I am doing swimming &amp;amp; Other exercise. Dad always encourages( In fact sometimes forces)  me to do it regularly. &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
When I was growing up in Latur I use to go to &quot;Arya Samaz&quot; for doing Yoga &amp;amp; Pranayam. That reminds me all the fun me &amp;amp; my friends had there.. How can I forget those prices which I won in Yoga. &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Finally I have decided to start doing Yoga again. I started attending different Yoga classes in SLC . I found that I was sweating in the class(I never use to sweat while doing Yoga) &amp;amp; It was real fast. It was more of a stretch than Yoga. After doing some research I found that now there are different type of Yoga&#39;s ( Don&#39;t ask me how many types are there :) )&lt;br /&gt;
