The Kulliyyah of Education (INSTED) is pleased to announce that, in
conjunction with IIUM's silver jubilee celebration, an International
Conference on Teacher Education will be held in July 2008. The details of
the conference are as follows:

3rd of November the Malaysian most popular and the first one to produce Malaysian films P.Ramlee was honored by a play at the cultural palace in KL
actros, director , stage design , colures , music , dancing , songs and scenario all set in a perfect way that make you laugh , Cray , and jump with the actress , although I don’t understand bahasa Malay but from body language expressions dances I enjoyed the whole play .

National Record holder @ memorizing Numbers

One of the most interesting seminars we attended at the Malaysia festival of mind was the show presented by Anant Kasibahatla the national record holder for memorizing numbers , he demonstrated how he can memorize different numbers suggested by the audience up to 70 digit , and in just one minite and 20 seconds he managed to memorize the whole number , the amazing thing is he teach people how to visualize numbers , languages and many other things doing so he gives hope to people like me who keep forgetting their names some time , also he offered a free file with some information about how to memorize and how to use your left brain and right brain in an effective way
He talked about the technique he use for memorizing:
Visualize, make it fun, and the last one you can read it in some book he gave it 2 for free on his website .memory vision

University Tunku Abdul Rahman conducted a unique festival last week , this festival of the mind organized by Malaysia mental literacy movement, included seminars , talks , with accompanied by several booths for different profit and non-profit organizations to demonstrate their products , courses and services, which varies form Chinese metaphysics to brain network , self mastery , life style mastery , quest learning , memory vision , pathway to genius , thinking systems . the main concept behind this festival is to spread awareness among people to understand and develop self learning methods and to know to what extent they can use their minds in learning memorizing ,to have better self control , more discipline and more intelligent in terms of using their mind to the full extent . so they can improve the quietly of their life.

A strange news comes with metro thestar about party at KL aimed at raising breast cancer awareness and funds for the Breast Cancer Welfare Association,
So what do you think of it?? For me it’s a new experience about Malaysian women and far from what I have in my mind about Malaysia society. Or it’s just that my expectations are different from the real things in life.

Getting food that goose with my taste used to be a big burden in KL , coz I’m a food
Lover but very sensitive to the taste of that food , trying new restaurant is something will cost you a fortune specially if you don’t have enough money to spend exploring new menu ,
One of my favorite restaurants is located out side kerinchi LRT station it’s a Korean food restaurant (open buffet) , eat as much as you can but any waste food they will charge you for it
I leave you with the pictures , and its quite cheap comparing with other restaurants @ big malls

We are using Rapid KL buss to commute from University to Terminal putra( LRT) , one day we find out that we can use the same ticket for several trips , in other words we can use the ticket all day long , so if someone is looking for low-priced tour in Kuala Lumpur City (KL) ,the best way to explore it is to jump in one of the rapid KL busses and take a map with you to show you the Rapid KL stations . wooooooooooow that’s something.

IIUM all the way from airport to my first mahallah (hostel) i could not think of any thing but how it’s look like a resort good for people to come and spend good time a way form daily stress
