I was coming out fr Mcd to my car parked right outside Mcd entrance. In between the seconds fr opening to shut the door, the hijacker got into my car. It was too fast, I can't response in time to lock my car doors. The hijacker is a Chinese guy, the 1st thing he did is cut my finger with his rainbow knife. Seeing myself bleeding and him pulling my hairs, refusing to let me go, I feel this hijacker wants more than money and I need to look for opportunity to run out & shout for help.. I manage to find opportunity to escape & shout for help. The hijacker quickly get out fr my car & jump over the fence as ppl fr Mcd were chasing him. As ppl chasing him, they said he went into a car fr behind ( during incident, guess his partner is behind) . I believe this syndicate is looking fir female drivers as their easy target. Ladies, pls be extra careful & quickly lock ur car . Pls check surrounding if there is any1 hiding, if possible try not to go to ur car alone. At here, I hope our police force will be more aggressive to stop this crime from getting worse & give us a peace to work & travel around...

My handbag has been snatched in front of Kelana Mahkota. I parked my car along the road with 1 car distance away from the Kelana Mahkota guard house. Since it was so near to the Guard house with people walking on the road, I dun expect they dare to robbed me at 2 pm afternoon.

personal fraud case

I am dealing with private fraud case in Malaysia.

Basically, i deposit RM2,000 to suspect's private account and it was meant to be returned by 12/Jan as mutually agreed.

After 12/Jan, the money was never transfered to my account and the suspect rejects any means of communication.

I believe the person is purposelly ignoring my contacts and trying to disappear as it has been weeks with no updates.

Please kindly advise what other options i have, all i want is to get my refund done or to leagally order the suspect to refund full amount.

Morning (6.50am, at Lembah Keramat. From far it looked as if the taxi driver only was in taxi so i did not look at front passenger seat when i got in the back. After a few minutes i realized a man was sitting in front passenger seat (he was small sized and must have hidden in front). By then it was too late. Taxi driver drove into a lonely area and said he must drop off the passenger first. Suddenly man in front jumps to the back and holds a knife to me. Says he will kill if i don't cooperate. There goes my ring (worth RM300), cash (only RM130), and my Nokia smartphone (a gift from my sister worth RM1700 when new).

Taxi drives all the way to Gombak and finally stops at a school. Driver allows me to get off. A kind taxi driver takes me to police station without payment when i told him i had just been robbed.

Police say the taxi was reported stolen. I think the driver drives around minus Mr. Knife sometimes. On that day i did not check whether front number plate was same as the one inside the taxi, so maybe HWC3508 is not the number plate in front.

Another taxi driver said his sister-in-law encountered the same two years ago at the AU4 area. Police please stop this duo soon!!

Nigerians, Iranians top list of drug suspects by MUSLIZA MUSTAFA, Kuala Lumpur

Customs and police booked 557 suspected foreign traffickers and seized RM350 million worth of drugs from them this year Nigerians topped the list of 557 foreigners detained for alleged involvement in international drug trafficking this year with RM350 million worth of drugs seized.

A total of 156 Nigerians were arrested followed by 116 Iranians while the rest were from Thailand, Indonesia, the Philippines, India, Cyprus and other African countries.

The majority of the arrests were by the police while the rest were by the Customs department.

Customs deputy director-general (enforcement) Datuk Matrang Suhaili said a special task force was set up last year and teams were placed at all airports to identify possible drug smugglers.

"We stationed plain-clothed officers skilled at identifying suspicious characters at strategic areas within the airports' vicinity.

"They are trained in character profiling and can detect those with criminal intention," he said, adding that the department worked closely with the police.

He said the team nabbed 48 foreigners this year with the latest case involving Cambodian and Nigerian nationalities detained at the Kuala Lumpur International Airport for bringing in RM4 million worth of drugs here.

The police saw a slight jump in the number of arrest involving foreign drug traffickers this year with 509 people of various nationalities compared with 499 last year.

This year also saw a rise in seizure with RM219.8 million worth of drugs compared with RM137.3 million last year.

The latest was made last week when the Kuala Lumpur narcotics team arrested two Nigerians, aged 27 and 29, and seized RM50,000 worth of drugs in Taman Melati in Wangsa Maju.

One of the suspects was a third year engineering student at a private college in Cheras.

Police seek boyfriend of murdered insurance agent

Police are on the hunt for the boyfriend of slain insurance agent Rozanah Yusak, 35, who was found with 15 stab wounds at her rented room in Desa Kepong last week.

Selangor CPO Deputy Comm Datuk Tun Hisan Tun Hamzah said police had identified the murder suspect and were tracking him down.

"We have found relevant clues and are detecting the male suspect who could help us solve this case," DCP Datuk Tun Hisan told reporters at the Selangor police headquarters here Wednesday.

According to Tun Hisan, police have recorded statements from four witnesses, including the friends and family members of Rozanah and the motive of murder was still under investigation.

"We have also received the medical report and leart that 36 wounds were found on the victim's body, believed to be caused by a struggle," added Tun Hisan.

It was reported that Rozanah was stabbed 15 times by a close contact on Dec 21 and succumbed to her injuries while being treated at the Selayang Hospital.

A senior Election Commission officer woke up in the morning to find his two daughters locked up in the bathroom after their home had been broken into by three robbers armed with knives.

Sentul OCPD Asst Comm Zakaria Pagan said the incident occurred at 4.30am yesterday at the victim's double-storey house in Taman Wilayah, Jinjang, near here.

“The robbers had gained entry into the house by breaking the window grill near the hall.

“They went upstairs and entered the room where his daughters, aged 28 and 18, were fast asleep and woke them up at knife point,” he said.

The girls were threatened and ordered to remain quiet before the robbers locked them up in the bathroom and ransacked the house.

The robbers left before the father, 54, woke up at 5.30am to perform his early morning (Subuh) prayers.

He was shocked to find the house in a mess and panicked when his daughters were not in their rooms.

The robbers escaped with four handphones, a laptop, some cash and the victim's car.

Back windscreen smashed by uneducated idiots

It was a bad day for my cousin when the car back windscreen was smashed by some uneducated and jobless idiots. It was a new car bought around May this year 2011. This is not the first time in Subang Jaya and it have happened many times. There are group of Indian guys going around and smashing cars parked outside in SS19 and USJ, Subang Jaya. There are also like cases of cars being burnt and so on by the these suspects who drove in Honda City Silver around SS19 and USJ waiting for their targets. The names and even the number plate of the suspect's car was given to police for further investigation but no action was taken just because he's father is a Sarjan in one of the balai. There are so many complaints on these suspect's name being involved in smashing of windscreen and burning the cars have been reported and I dont know what are the authorities are doing.

MALACCA: Two Africans were acting aggressively and struggled with Immigration officers during an operation.

They punched and thrown a chair at an officer who suffered injuries to the left side of his knee, ribs and arm. Both men tried to run but were detained by the other officers in the area.

The incident occurred on the night of December 15 2011 after officers approached a group of Africans at a restaurant.

Some of the enforcement officers were also injured while arresting seven Africans in the operation in the city comprised of six Nigerians and one South African.

Three were holding fake documents and the others didn’t have any documents. A Proton Saga was also seized in the operation.

One day later in Hulu Langat, the residents of Sri Lavender Apartment, Sungai Chua here immediately reported the disorderly Africans in their area that allowed the authority to arrest a total of 21 foreigners, including 11 Africans without valid travel documents.

Apartments here have become the new location for so many suspicious Africans and other foreigners to gather this year before they were stormed by enforcement officers.

He said the operation was to detect those who do not have a passport and committed other offences.

During the inspection, enforcement officers had to break certain doors when most foreigners refused to cooperate and does not respect the laws of this country.

The results of the inspection, 21 of whom consists of 11 Nigerians, 7 Bangladeshis, and 3 Libyans were arrested for not having passports and only had student cards.

The cards shown also failed to prove its authenticity.

She said she was a serious buyer & maintained constant emails contact. She was asking me to use paypal only & when i suggested Western Union she declined (obvious why now )I was wondering why they would pay so much & pay the taxes when they could get it cheaper there. I got everything ready for sending until the guy there told me of some people who had been scammed recently.I went away thinking maybe i had been too I then received an email from paypal that didnt look right & have since found out it wasnt from them. I didnt ship the goods thanks god but if you get this kind of request beware!!!!Tis is the fake email they sent so keep a look out & notice the email address

About 5.45am on 6 December 2011 I received call from my workers that someone break-in into their hostel and stolen cash amounted to RM1000 and 3 handphones. During recording our statement to police, I felt this is just another report that will go into their no-action file. Any way we already planned to move out from that unit soon.

Starting with a variety of criminal misconduct, such as robbery, theft and rape until they either fight each other between two groups from the same country or from another country.

Almost every day the news about criminal misconduct African group is exposed in the media scare us enough. Between the two recent incidents that shocked us was the first occurrence of a Nigerian drug dealers who had been shot dead by police after the rampage in the ward at Hospital Kuala Lumpur (HKL) recently. He was very aggressive after a few lumps of reliable drug swallowed burst in his stomach.

The second incident occurred in Mantin few days after the incident at Hospital Kuala Lumpur. Due enraged to see their fellow arrested, more than 200 Africans protest against the siege and enforcement personnel in an operation in the settlements' Mini Africa "in an apartment near a private college in Mantin.

Two events are a string of cases involving Africans in our country. The list continues to run if we examine in detail the incident that happened before. Such an occurrence is clearly interfere with peace and tranquility of our country as a whole. Lot of Africans either come in legally or illegally residing seen between the main cause of this incident.

When their number grows, they appear more confident and be strong, so brave to do anything in the country without fear or shy. The proof is in Mantin the incident in which they seem to challenge the authorities and the laws of our country.

Thus the question is where is wrong? What is the cause that's what seems to be becoming more common and difficult to control?

The main cause is that it happens because they're just too many. When they come together as one big group we have the problem to control them. The important thing here is the need to control and monitor the entry of mass Africans into our country.

All were from the main door. Either by picking the lock or breaking the door. The time of the crimes were during the daytime from 1pm onwards. They come in a flashy car i.e., a white BMW with heavily tinted windows, even the the front screen, but with false number plates. They stole jewelry, watches, cameras and laptops. This Indonesian conman contractor Falto Warsito Yudya.

He contracted with me on a lump sum for my renovation project to my house.

However, he managed to con me into paying a large sum than the actual work completed.

He then absconded with my money and left a mess behind. I had to continue with the un-finished work and rectify his below-standard workmanship.

It is not only me that he had conned, but also the material and hardware supplier, the window supplier and his Indonesian sub-contract workers as well.

Though his HP is still in use, he disappeared and his victims looking for him if he is still in Johor Skudai/Gelang Patah.

There is a police report made to track him down for justice.

A facebook profile with his info had been created for anyone to post and share information on him.

It is also hoped that friends would share this info to their friends and neighbours.

It also appears that the police does nothing even his particulars and HP number is given to them to get the address that the HP is registered.

From my analysis of my whole experience, I concluded that 9 out of 10 Indonesian contractors are looking for easy targets and they are well set up for life back in Indonesia. Four rob family of RM600,000

Four armed men carted away RM600,000 in cash and valuables from a businessman’s house in Bukit Jalil here after breaking into it and tying up the family members and their maid.

The thieves, armed with parangs, were believed to have entered through the back door at 5.30am yesterday.

They tied up the seven members of the family and their maid and fled with valuables that included watches and gold and RM30,000 in cash.

The victims managed to free themselves about an hour later and contacted the police.

After three months of surveillance, seventy Nigerians, three Cameroonians, two Papua New Guinea men and a Thai woman were arrested by the police in a special operation in the morning of 22 November 2011 to curb Internet scam.

The operation was carried out in a few places in Klang Valley including Ampang, Sentul, Petaling Jaya and Kepong from 11pm 21 November 2011 .

The Higher Education Ministry was also participated to verify on the status of those who entered the country on a student visa.

These scammers have done as many as 945 scams involving the loss of RM29.63 million from January to October.

Police have received information that many Africans mostly Nigerians who register as students, but are involved in scamming both Malaysians and foreigners through the Internet.

A 56-year-old took time to pray before falling to her death from the ninth floor of the Salak Selatan PPR flats on Sunday.

Kosmo reported that Choo Siew Wah could not settle a RM3,000 debt and was distressed.

Choo had also borrowed money from neighbours and other flat residents.

A resident who declined to be named said: “After praying outside her house she went back inside, but no one noticed her coming out to jump off the building.”

Choo's husband was cleaning vegetables in the kitchen at the time when he heard a loud thud.

“He came running out to see his wife lying on the ground,” the resident told reporters.

“A few months ago, she had attempted suicide but failed as neighbours had stopped her,” she said.

Cheras OCPD Asst Comm Mohan Singh Tara Singh classified the case as sudden death.

The body was sent to University Malaya Medical Centre (UMMC) for post-mortem.

He added that the duo were arrested at around 3am yesterday.

Robbery eight times in 12 years

Thieves broke into a house in Bandar Tasik Kesuma for the eighth time and set fire to it after they fled with their loot.

I have lived here for 12 years and this is the eighth time we have been robbed since we moved here in 1999.

“This is the final straw,” she added.

Esah said she was at a relative's house in Kampung Pandan, Kuala Lumpur, when she received a cellphone alert informing her that her house alarm had gone off at 2.28am yesterday.

“I rushed back home and saw smoke billowing from my house.”

Esah said she ran into a room to collect the CCTV recorder, but was overwhelmed by the flames which spread to the kitchen and other rooms.

“I couldn't see what the robbers had stolen from the house.

“All the nine cameras were destroyed by the fire,” she said, adding that she lodged a report at the Kajang police station.

Man kills relative with coconut scraper

A man who was slashed with a coconut scraper by his mentally disturbed relative has died.

Isahak Iming was sleeping when the man in his 40s entered the bedroom with the weapon at Kampung Bahagia in Batu Sapi on Wednesday.

Sandakan police chief Asst Comm Rowell Marong said family members, awakened by Isahak’s screams, rushed him to the hospital but the 59-year-old man succumbed to his injuries.

A Form Four student fell to her death shortly after her elder sister caught her with her boyfriend at a flat in Taman Wahyu.

“When we arrived at the scene, we found the girl’s body in a pool of blood,” he said yesterday.

ACP Zakaria said initial investigations showed that the girl had gone to the flat on the ninth floor with her boyfriend.

“A neighbour who noticed the girl entering the flat notified her aunt who lives on the eighth floor.

“The aunt and the girl’s sister went to the flat and scolded her for acting inappropriately and shaming the family,” he said.

The girl then fled.

Moments later, her screams were heard followed by a loud thud before the cleaner saw her body on the ground floor.

The girl’s body was sent to the Selayang Hospital for post-mortem.

ACP Zakaria said the case had been classified as sudden death.

The 80-year-old woman who injured her granddaughter with a meat cleaver had been acting strangely and seemed depressed for weeks before the incident, a neighbour said.

The grandmother fell to her death from an apartment block nearby after attacking the three-year-old girl in Bandar Baru Ampang.

She was believed to have been depressed after her grandson, whom she had been caring for, died suddenly.

A neighbour, who only wanted to be identified as Cheng, claimed that the grandson, too, had fallen from a building after suffering from an incurable disease not long ago.

She also said the grandmother had claimed that she was not treated well by some members of her family.

“The family often has heated arguments,” another neighbour said. “I believe this time, things got out of hand.”

It was reported that the grandmother hit the girl in a fit of anger.

A 38-year-old salesman was found dead on the ground floor of a car park of a high-rise residential building here, on the same day that he was to undergo an “exorcism”.

He was said to have been behaving strangely in front of his wife since moving into a rented flat in September.

Khoo Kim Bee was suffering from insomnia waking up at 2.30am and 5.30am yesterday before he was found dead around five hours later. Sudden loss: Xue Lin, 36, grieving outside the Penang Hospital mortuary after her husband Khoo (inset) fell to his death from the bedroom window of a Desa Mawar flat on Jalan Thean Teik in Penang.

He was found clad only in his underwear at the building's car park in Desa Mawar, Bandar Baru Ayer Itam.

His wife Xue Lin, 36, who is from China, claimed that her husband woke her up twice in the wee hours and whispered to her that he wanted to take his own life before he apologised to her.

In a groggy state, Xue pacified her husband and told him to go back to sleep.

She claimed that Khoo began behaving oddly when they moved into the flat at Batu Lanchang in September, alleging that the unit was haunted.

“We were disturbed by an unfriendly spirit,” Xue said at the Penang Hospital mortuary.

“Last week, Khoo had allegedly wanted to hang himself and even threatened to stab me with a pair of scissors,” Xue claimed.

She said they decided to move to her mother-in-law's home on the 12th floor of the Desa Mawar flats last Saturday.

They were advised to do so by a Siamese Buddhist Temple master monk who had inspected the flat in Batu Lanchang.

Xue said her husband was scheduled to be sent to the temple for an “exorcism” yesterday.

Housewife Malina Ayub, 45, who stays in a unit opposite the couple's home, said she was relaxing in front of her house when she heard a loud thud.

“I thought someone had thrown rubbish from the upper floors but I was shocked to see a man lying in a pool of blood at the car park,” she said.

George Town OCPD Asst Comm Gan Kong Meng said initial investigations revealed that the deceased had no financial or personal woes.

“We have classified the case as sudden death. Foul play is ruled out,” he said.

It was learnt that Khoo married Xue about a year ago.

She has a five-year-old son from a previous marriage.

A man who was having a drink at a restaurant was shocked when he saw the decomposed body of a woman floating in the river near Mile 3 in Jalan Ipoh here.

“We arrived at the scene and pulled out the decomposed body of the woman, who was wearing a gown,” he said, adding that police believed the woman had died three days ago.

He said initial investigations showed that the woman was in her 30s and she had a bruise on her head which was consistent with an injury sustained from falling into the river.

“We are investigating the cause of death and identity of the victim,” he said, adding that the case had been classified as sudden death.

Diners robbed while eating in Kepong

DINERS at roadside stalls in the Sentul and Kepong areas have become victims of a gang which pounced on them while they were have their meals.

In a recent incident, the gang armed with parang and sticks came in two cars and swooped on diners at a restaurant near the Tesco hypermart in Bandar Menjalara in Kepong just after midnight on Friday.

The gang targeted a group of eight men and took away cash totalling RM3,600 as well as mobile phones, ATM cards and credit cards.

About 20 minutes later, the same gang went to another eatery at nearby Jalan Metro Perdana and robbed a diner of his car, money and personal belongings. The victim also suffered light injuries.

Sentul district police chief Asst Comm Zakaria Pagan said the cars used by the robbers a Toyota Vios and a Toyota Innova were believed to have been fitted with false number plates.

ATM stolen from bank in Cheras

Six thieves carted away an automated teller machine (ATM) containing RM316,000 from a bank in Taman Midah, Cheras here.

It is learnt that the thieves, in their 30s, entered the bank at about 3.30am by breaking a glass door.

They ripped off the machine and carted it away in a lorry.

The empty ATM was found at 11am in Ampang, about 10km from the bank.

Cheras OCPD Asst Comm Mohan Singh said policemen in a patrol car discovered the theft after they noticed the bank's broken glass door.

“Initial investigations show that the thieves took about 10 minutes to cart away the machine from the bank which did not have a security guard on duty at the time,” he told a press conference at the Cheras police headquarters yesterday.

KUALA LUMPUR: Police arrested four Nigerians and a Malaysian woman who allegedly conned a retired Australian policeman of US$275,000 (RM861,437) in a cyber scam.

The five, including the woman who is a college director, were arrested on Monday after the 68-year-old victim travelled to Malaysia and lodged a police report on Sept 19.

It is learnt that the victim, who lives in Australia, became acquainted with the main suspect a Nigerian student in his 20s through a social networking site.

Federal Commercial Crimes Investigations Department director Comm Datuk Syed Ismail Syed Azizan said the suspect had posed as a cancer-stricken woman.

Comm Syed Ismail said investigations showed that the suspect claimed “she” originated from Hong Kong and inherited US$7.5mil (RM23.5mil) worth of assets from her father in Malaysia.

“The suspect claimed she' did not have a beneficiary.

“She then asked the victim to prepare several documents naming him as the beneficiary should anything happen to her,” he said.

“The suspect also sent several e-mails containing a letter of warranty and authority, and National Bank and legal documents to convince the victim,” Comm Syed Ismail told The Star.

“Assuming the documents were genuine, the victim banked in US$275,000 (RM861,437) into a (Malaysian) account in stages as payment for processing fees.”

On Sept 8, the Australian flew to Malaysia to meet up with the woman.

“Upon arrival at the airport, she took him to a hotel in Kuala Lumpur where a Nigerian man was waiting with a bag full of US dollars,” he said.

“They told the victim that he had to obtain an international transfer certificate in order to take the money of out Malaysia.”

Convinced, the victim returned to Australia without receiving any money from them.

However, several days later, the Australian realised he was duped when the woman asked him to bank in US$310,000 (RM971,000) to pay for the certificate.

The man flew back to Malaysia and lodged a police report.

Comm Syed Ismail said police tracked down the five suspects through the bank account number which was registered under the 56-year-old woman.

He said both the director and the Nigerian mastermind were picked up at the college on Monday and they led police to the other three accomplices in Bukit Puchong.

“All the suspects have been remanded to facilitate investigations under Section 420 of the Penal Code for cheating,” he said.

Investigations also revealed that the group targeted lonely men and women.

Woman commits suicide after fiance’s murder

THE death of her fiance prompted S. Ilayakarsi, 27, to take her life, reported Malaysia Nanban.

A. Murali, 26, was slashed by three parang-wielding men at the Taman Lily Jasmine condominium in Tampoi Indah, Johor, on the eve of Deepavali.

The attackers also slashed Ilayakarsi's two brothers.

Murali was warded at the Tampoi Hospital's intensive care unit but died three days later.

His remains were cremated on Monday.

Unable to accept the loss, a dejected Ilayakarsi hanged herself on Monday.

It was reported that the couple was engaged last year and both had worked in a factory in Singapore.
