Break even point analysis&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;This is the technique of controlling . Company sells their product up to the break even point because it is point where total cost equals to total sale value and company can get any loss . But sale below from this point means that total cost is more than total sale value and company will suffer losses . So , break even point is so important from controlling point of view . It is very scientific technique of controlling . Responsibility accounting&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Responsibility accounting is that controlling technique in which different responsibility centres are created by company managers and its name are cost center , profit center and investment center . After this every center is responsible for their cost . Main aim of making these centers is to increase profit , increase return on investment and decrease cost of production . Division of Work&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;br/&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Division of Work is the second step for making organisation . With division of work , every employee and worker can easily know what work is for him . With this he can do better work also.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3.&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;strong&gt;Assigning of Work duties&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;br/&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;After division of work , worker are given different work duties . Manager knows that if employees leave from rules , it may possible that indiscipline will spread in office . Suppose , if company rule is to open office at 9 a.m. but after requesting all employees, manager of company leaves this rule . After this one employee started at 10 am and other started to reach office at 11 am . This exemption of rule reduces the growth of work .
