We’ve got another full week of stops coming up so we hope to see you on the streets!

Tuesday night, join us and 4 other food trucks as we celebrate Bhangra Night at the Americana at Brand. The Americana is teaming up with the Pacific Asia Museum for this event which will include Indian dance performances, henna tattoos, crafts, and the best part, food trucks! This will be an amazing night so stop by and get it while it’s good!

We’ve got lunch stops in North Hollywood, Eagle Rock, and Sun Valley this week along with our weekly dinner stop in Los Feliz on Hillhurst and Price St.

Saturday! It’s the Monthly Mobile Mash Up at the Verdugo Bar! We’re super excited to team up with the Ahn Joo truck and the White Rabbit truck for the Mash Up on Saturday! We’ll be mixing up our menus and coming up with new food items just for that day, so stop on by and see what we’ll all be dishing out!

And Sunday, join us at the Steve Allen Theater in Los Feliz for a huge book sale! We’ll be there from 12-4pm so come get some books and banh mi!

We had a nice few days off, and we’re ready to hit the streets again!

Come meet us for lunch this week as we head to Santa Monica, Studio City and Downtown LA. We’ve got our weekly dinner stops in Los Feliz on Hillhurst and Price St on Wednesday evening and at 4575 Hollywood Blvd Thursday night!

Saturday evening, join us as we head back to one of our favorite East side stops, the Eagle Rock Brewery. Drop by for some refreshing IPAs and tasty banh mi Saturday night!

And Sunday, we’re super excited to head back to Dodger Stadium for the LA Flea Market! Vintage finds, bands, beer gardens, food trucks, and so much more! Come find us on Sunday! We’d love to see you.

Thursday night! We’re super excited to head to the Super Serious Show with Matt Braunger in Culver City! The Super Serious Show is a monthly live comedy show at Smashbox Studios, the premier photo and film studio in Los Angeles. This month’s show will feature comedians Tom Segura, Kumail Nanjiani, Mike Phirman, Sketches by Sean Clements & Dominic Dierkes + more surprises! Plus! DJs and Free Beer from Angel City Brewery! Doors open at 7PM. Get your tickets early and save some dough!

New Menu Items

It’s our 6 month anniversary and we are super excited to announce a few changes we’ll be making on the menu! Starting today, we will be offering Vietnamese Nachos and Tacos! As with everything on our menu, both the nachos and tacos can be made vegan upon request.

We will no longer be serving our chả giò (crispy spring rolls) and chicken curry, however, we will be offering a Hawaiian BBQ chicken in its place.

We’d like to thank everyone for your continued support throughout these entire months! Stop by the truck and taste what everyone’s been talking about!

It’s our 6 month anniversary! Time has just flown by and we have some exciting news we’ll be announcing on the website later today.

Saturday, we are super excited to be a part of the Mad Decent Block Party in Downtown LA on 613 Imperial St! Diplo’s crew Mad Decent and MFG Productions are throwing the party with surprise guests performances so stop by because it’s going to be FREE!

Sunday! We are heading back to Mishka in Echo Park for another Lunch Truck Day! Our buddies Lomo Arigato, Frysmith, and Coolhaus will be joining us so head to Echo Park on Sunday and get your tasty food and shopping on!

We had an amazing time at the LA Street Food Festival this past weekend! A huge thanks to everyone who stopped by our booth to taste our bánh mì!

We’ve got a full week of stops this week including Santa Monica, North Hollywood and Downtown LA for lunch! Stop by Los Feliz for dinner this week as we hit up Albertson’s on Hillhurst Ave and Price St Wednesday night and 4575 Hollywood Blvd Thursday night!

This Saturday, we are super excited to be a part of the Westside Food Fest at Venice High! The event will be from 12-4pm and it will include a variety of delicious food from 14 food trucks, live music, amazing raffle prizes, a marketplace and a community resource fair. Proceeds will go to help Achievable Foundation, who provides support to low income families and children who have autism and other disabilities. Please come out to support this amazing event on Saturday!

We’re smack in the middle of summer and this heat is insane! Remember to cool down with our vermicelli rice noodle bowls served with a bed of fresh greens and herbs, grilled meat/lemongrass tofu, sliced cucumbers, crispy shallots, crushed peanuts, and our savory traditional or vegan sauce! It’s super flavorful, light, healthy, and filling, and the solution to your empty bellies during this summer!

Catch us for lunch as we head back to Santa Monica, North Hollywood, and Studio City for lunch this week! We’re back in Los Feliz for dinner on Wednesday evening in front of Albertson’s and we’re making a new weekly dinner stop at 4575 Hollywood Blvd in Los Feliz for dinner Thursday night!

We are taking Friday off to the prep for the amazing, LA Street Food Festival on Saturday! We will be serving our signature dishes, grilled pork bánh mì and vegan lemongrass tofu bánh mì all day long! This event is not to be missed! For $45, it’s all the amazing street food you can eat, all the tequila you can handle, and all the beer you want, plus so much more! Come spend Saturday at the Rose Bowl in Pasadena, and sample some of the best street food in LA!

We have an amazing week of stops coming up and we’re super excited to see some of your new faces while we’re out!

We’re heading to Santa Monica, North Hollywood and Downtown for lunch this week, so stop by and get your Vietnamese chicken curry and vegan chả giò fix from us! Wednesday night, we are so honored to have been asked by author Kim Fay to pull the truck up to the launch of her new book, “Communion: A Culinary Journey Through Vietnam”. We will be at Traveler’s Bookcase located at 8375 West Third St so stop by and pick up a copy of the book, meet Kim Fay, get your book signed, and get some traditional Vietnamese bánh mì and bún from us! (Sorry Los Feliz! We’ll be back for dinner next Wednesday!)

Thursday night, we’re joining our buddies from Lomo Arigato down in Gardena at K1 Speed for dinner! It’ll be our first time in Gardena, so stop by and show us some love! Friday night, we’re heading back to beautiful Barnsdall Park for Barnsdall Fridays Wine Tasting at the top of hill! Do a tour of the Hollyhock House, relax with some artisanal wine and bánh mì, and just chill as the weekend is about to begin.

Sunday! Sunday is the first ever LA Flea Market at Dodger Stadium! There’ll be 400 vendors of vintage home decor and furniture, gourmet food trucks, bands and more! You do not want to miss out on this. Come say hey, get some food from us, and get your vintage shopping on.

We hope everyone had a great holiday! We had a blast at the Monthly Mobile Mash Up this past weekend! Can’t wait for the next one!
