Thanks for the advice, I have nortons 360, but just looking up embroidery info, I ended up on some site and now my laptop is crap, I contacted nortons and was told they could get rid of it for a charge, they couldn’t answer when I asked what did I pay for when I purchased their product. Thanks for the help
