People who are trying to make money online often receive this piece of advice: Find a niche market.

You need to go beyond that, though. You need to find YOUR niche market. Here's how to do it...

Relax... You won't get the usual:

1. Go to bookstores and browse bestsellers.
2. Go to magazine stands and check who the advertisers are.
3. Write about what you love.

No. You're probably up to your ears with all of that stuff. And you've had your fill of this or that quote.

Take this, for example: "Where your heart is, that's where your treasure will be."

Actually, that's not quite the correct quote.

Here's what it actually is: "For where your treasure is, there your heart will be."

So, how do you find YOUR niche market? Simple. Ask yourself the following question:

What are you willing to spend money on?

Go ahead. Grab a sheet of paper and make a list of things you spend your hard-earned money on.

Next, cross out those items that do not involve interacting with people.

With your shortlist, shorten it further by removing those things which don't have too many excited people.

At this point, you should have around 3 to 5 items. Those are your niche markets.

Shawn Pringle brings you Easy Web Video, the system which allows you to easily display your video in any website (even if you're not some techno geek). Plus, you can also easily insert buttons in the video (to help drive traffic to your websites), or even email forms (to help you build your mailing list).

All in all, this is one way of using video marketing to make money online. Check out the sample video I uploaded, plus my review of Easy Web Video...

Shawn Pringle provided with with a test account ($9.95/month), so I gave Easy Web Video a try.

I first downloaded the free program at http://EasyWebVideo.com

Next, I used the software to pick a video from my hard disk. The software also allowed me to insert rectangular buttons (called "labels") which will help drive traffic to one of my blogs.

After being satisfied with the placement of the Label button, I then uploaded the video to the EasyWebVideo.com webserver (that's what your $9.95/month gets you), and here's what the video looks like after I simply copy/pasted the code provided by EWV:

Did you notice the rectangular button on the upper-righthand corner? Play around with that and see what happens.

[NOTE: You can place Label buttons anywhere on the video screen, with the help of the Easy Web Video program which you can download for free.]

When you place your mouse over the video (while it is playing), you'll notice near the bottom of video screen a symbol which looks like </>

That's the embed button, and this allows other people to easily copy the code and paste it in their blogs so that they can also display your video in their own websites.

Yes, similar to other video sharing sites like YouTube.

Easy Web Video allows you to add all the marketing funstuff (traffic-generating label buttons, viral marketing embed buttons, email opt-in forms built right into the video screen) to your videos, without actually overwriting your original videos.

It's a good service because it's fast and easy and frees you so that you can focus on producing good content. This is absolutely perfect for non-techies, except for the part where you have to choose the format of your video. But that can be addressed by a quick tutorial.

TIP: Use the H.264 format, 320 kbps. Well, that's what I used in the above video.

Here are some concerns, though:

What happens when Easy Web Video gets so many customers, who then upload a lot of videos? Won't their dedicated webserver slow down, especially when those customers have many website visitors who view the videos?

What happens if other EWV customers upload videos that they don't have the right to upload? How will EWV handle DMCA complaints filed by the rightful owners of the videos?

I'm certain, though, that once Shawn Pringle crosses the bridge, he'll have a transition plan in place which may involve using other webservers to store the videos, or even placing a cap on the number of customers.

So, is Easy Web Video worth it at $9.95/month?

Easy Web Video is for you if:

You expect to serve around 50GB worth of video bandwidth a month. (Around 10,000 views of a 5-minute video each month)

You plan to upload and store up to 10GB worth of video in the Easy Web Video webserver.

You want to use video marketing to drive more traffic to your websites.

You want to use video marketing to build a mailing list.

You like producing publicly-accessible videos. That's the point of viral marketing, right?

You have observed that more and more people prefer to watch videos online, and would like to connect with that growing mobile market.

If you're into video blogging or video marketing and you want a better branding experience of your videos, try Shawn Pringle's Easy Web Video today and discover how you can easily publish your videos on the web in just a few minutes.

If you want to make money online and have the time to enjoy your wealth, you will eventually look into outsourcing. Here are some tips to help you achieve success with outsource force...

You've probably read the earlier post about Outsource Force, or you've watched some of those videos released by John Reese.

Before you jump right into the world of outsourcing, however, please consider the following:

1. Keep An Open Mind.

John Reese seems to have had a not-that-pleasant experience with an outsourcing firm, and people who have watched some of his videos may assume that it is better to work with VAs or freelancers and then simply shun outsourcing firms altogether.

The truth is, you can use both virtual assistants (whom you hire via places like oDesk) and outsourcing firms, depending on your requirements.

2. Know What You Need.

Are you looking for technical or non-technical people? Will you develop software or publish blog posts and articles?

For highly technical work that requires specialized knowledge, you will probably have a better experience working with credible freelancers. For non-technical work handled by larger groups of people, working with an outsourcing firm may be the way to go.

3. Connect With People.

Yes, it is all too easy to use the internet to communicate and get in touch with your team. There's email, collaboration tools (i.e., BaseCamp, SharePoint, Copper, Redmine), or even Skype, but things will get pretty interesting when you actually go visit the countries where your VAs live.

Aside from the phenomenal travel opportunities and the chance to enjoy the culinary delights and breath-taking sights in tropical beaches, you'll even gain firsthand insights into different cultures. All these will help you manage your team better, not to mention give you a fantastic tan!

4. Experiment and Adjust.

People have different experiences when it comes to outsourcing. Should you go the eLance virtual assistant route or work with a company? Hire a PHP programmer from India or a web designer or SEO specialist from the Philippines? Focus on article writing or backlink building?

There are no hard and fast rules. Sometimes, you will serendipitously find a gem of a VA, or a why-didn't-I-find-you-before outsourcing firm. You will need to find your way through, and perhaps even stumble along the way to outsourcing success.

Afterall, you are dealing with people. And yes, we all can be only human at times.

It's in the spirit of diversity that you must be courageous enough to accept the highs and the lows of this adventure of building a business with the help of the internet. Everything is changing, and last month's star virtual assistant could be next quarter's worst nightmare.

In business, as it is in Life, you need to work with other people to attain larger objectives. And you must keep in mind that each member of your team is a person, and not just some kind of cyberslave you hired for less than $2 an hour.

Once you treat your online business as a physical-world business, you will be that much closer to experiencing your outsource force success.

John Reese launches Outsource Force, a $1995 private coaching program that helps you make more money online by forming a larger team of people through the power of outsourcing. Please don't dismiss this as some kind of scam, nor look for a review because the training will be delivered starting May 17...

What does outsourcing help you achieve?

Double the amount of your search engine rankings

Double the amount of affiliate links you promote

Double the subscribers of your mailing list

Double the number of products you create

Double the number of blog posts and articles that you publish

Double the number of anything you do for your business

I got those items from the slide presentation at www.OutsourceForce.com, and what it basically shows us is that this will work for you if...

...you are able to find your CLONE.

It is already a challenge for you to create your own products, publish your own blog posts and articles, build a mailing list, do SEO and help your webpages achieve high rankings in search engines.

And now, you are going to find someone who's like you?

You probably see how interesting this can be. Afterall, if you are looking for people to outsource to, and you find people who are like you, do you think they will want to work for you?

Wouldn't they want to work for themselves, just like you are working for yourself?

And... if you do tap into the pool of virtual assistants or virtual workers who are willing to work for as low as $2 an hour, do you think the quality of their work will match yours?

Or perhaps all this "double your whatever" assumes you will find 50 people at $2/hour who can match what you do at $100/hour. Then, yes, you can double your output (mathematically speaking).

Anyway, let's see what's in store for you in the Outsource Force Private Coaching Program:

Core Module #1: Business and Life Strategy - your financial and lifestyle goals

Core Module #2: Finding, Evaluating and Hiring Good Workers - how to analyze resumes, hiring tips, sample tasks used to test workers, hiring agreement examples, legal and accounting strategies, handling payments

Core Module #3: Training and Communications - how to communicate with your workers on an on-going basis, Orientation process, Reporting templates, training methodology, how to set-up your own customer support center, Work Results Plan, worker retention secrets

Core Module #4: Product Creation & Software Development - information products, self-managed blogs, membership sites, iPhone application development, development of web-based services, PC or Mac client software, how to work with programmers, managing a software business

Core Module #5: Traffic Generation & List Building - traffic scalability plan, backlink building plan, content magnet method, PPC management, social media management, JV and affiliate recruitment, email listbuilding and management, advanced training techniques

Core Module #6: Expand Your Empire - when to expand, how to structure your team, hiring team leaders, cashflow management, how to pursue multiple ideas, Idea Network, rapid idea-to-market tactics

Bonus Module #1: Living In The Cloud - cloud-based internet services, travel management secrets, how to handle and have less stress

Bonus Module #2: Advanced Opportunities - traffic generation, software development, design, content creation

Full access to the Worker Co-Op Program where John Reese can find others to share workers with

Live Q&A Training Calls

Is Outsource Force for you?

Ask yourself if you enjoy doing the following:

Do you like to write or produce content?
Do you like training others so that they can be like you?
Are you able to inspire people so that they stick with your team?
Can you handle the possibility that people you train will go off on their own, and perhaps even become your own direct competitors?

Or... are you willing to provide outsourcing services to hundreds of internet marketers?

In that scenario, you'll achieve economies of scale because you will be focused on helping other marketers with their outsourcing requirements.

For example, you will be able to find writers who will write at $2 per 300-word article. In this case, charge internet marketers $5 per article, in batches of 100 articles.

Ten writers can produce 100 articles in about 3 days, so you pay them $200. You pay an editor $150 to edit those 100 articles. That leaves you with $150 (for those 100 articles) that you can use for your webhosting and internet marketing expenses.

If you are able to build your pool of writers to 300, plus find 30 editors, and get one client a day, that's $4,500 a month (or $4,000 monthly, net of online expenses).

[Yes, I'm assuming each of your writers will produce only 10 articles a month, and each editor handles only 100 articles a month. But if you're able to find writers who won't burnout after writing 30 articles a month, then you'll probably have fewer people issues.]

Outsourcing works if you do it in bulk. If you will outsource basically your own requirements, and act as an outsourcing expert, you will have a hard time making money.

TIP: Outsource your programming or software development requirements.

But if you aim to help others with their outsourcing needs, and the thought of handling people problems that arise when leading hundreds or thousands of people energizes you, then go for it!

Here's to your success in the field of outsourcing!

Yes, there are many ways to make money online, and the Membership Cube Review posted earlier has given you ideas on how you can gain additional income streams via the internet. Here are a few more WordPress membership site strategies that you can use...

1. Simplify

Your goal is to create a membership site, market it, then move on to building another membership site. One way of simplifying things is to use just one kind of WordPress theme.

I mean, think about it. You'll install WordPress in your web hosting account, and most likely use the same theme found in your first membership site.

You can even simply copy the theme files if you made any modifications from the free theme that you used in your previous site.

This allows you to spend more time on the content of your new site.

Simplify and make more profitable use of your time.

2. Do Things In Batches.

Sometimes, you'll find yourself "in the zone."

That's when your head is filled with ideas and your fingers start to fly over the keyboard as you type paragraph after paragraph of content.

Or you'll be in an audio or video recording mood, and your cell phone will just be an arm's length away.

During those moments, go full blast and just write or record. Don't think about editing. Just go flat out and produce your content.

Later on, during a different chunk of time, you can go back and edit what you've produced, and even chop it up so you can deliver the content on installment. (Yes, Membership Cube's WPDrip plugin will come in handy here.)

3. Build A Hybrid Blog/Membership Site.

Some people create a folder called "members" in their site, install a WordPress-powered blog there, and then make it private so that it becomes invisible to the search engines. Only members who are logged in can see the content.

If you want to do SEO and gain free traffic from the search engines, then go ahead and build a public blog in a different folder of your site.

In that public blog, you can write about your experiences as you build the "members only" portion of your site, and at the same time still provide free access content (e.g., people don't have to log in just to read it) which can also be picked up by search engine robots.

That public portion of your hybrid blog/membership site will also give others a glimpse of what you can offer, because you are giving something for free. It's a free sample of your writing or speaking style which helps people find out if they like how you communicate, or if they can learn from you.

So... enough of the reading. When are you going to build your own membership site?

"But... but... what will I place in my membership site?"

Think of what it is the people keep asking you, and what kinds of things you have been teaching them. What tips have you given in the past, what recommendations, what presentations you have made.

(Calling all retired teachers and tutors... if you want to "feel useful again" or "find extra income", the internet needs the knowledge, experience and memories stored in your head...)

There are life stories you can share with others. Guaranteed.

And yes, some people are willing to pay you for that knowledge. So please go out and build your membership site today!

Do you want to make money online? Well, if you've gotten excited by my Membership Cube Review, then check out these WordPress membership site strategies...

1. Focus on Evergreen Content

Remember, you want to free yourself from having to endlessly create fresh content and trade your time for dollars. By writing or publishing evergreen content, you produce it once and people will consume it today and in the years to come.

For example, if you're an educator or a Math tutor, what can be more evergreen than algebra or quadratic expressions, right?

So you put up a Math tutorial or homework helper site, set-up 8 lessons in algebra, upload your videos where you explain those mathematical concepts, and market your WordPress membership site.

Next year, a fresh batch of people will want to learn from you.

Can you picture it? You produced your tutorials once, yet these will bring in revenues in the years to come.

2. Deliver Your Content In A Unique Way.

If you deliver your content only in the form of text or images, then people can easily copy/paste your content and you will no longer be unique.

On the other hand, if you package your content in the form of audio or video, even if someone manages to copy and distribute your content, people will still see that it's you (particularly in the case of video).

Brand your videos with your website URL, and those who pass the files along will end up promoting you for free.

3. Deliver Updates As A Bonus, Without Info Overload.

There will come a time when you will gain access to new information or techniques, and you will want to share this with your site members. One approach is to simply publish this to your blog, and your members will see it and appreciate what you're doing for them.

And if you're concerned about information overload, you can simply place the new content in another membership site that you can build, and then invite your present members to sign-up at the new site.

Who says people have to be members of just one site, right?

4. Just Go Ahead And Do It.

What if you don't know yet how to create audio or videos online? Just go ahead and post your basic text content.

Over time, you will be able to make adjustments and add new content. Afterall, your membership site is really a WordPress-powered blog.

You can easily change the dates (and thus change the timing between between blog posts) as well as the actual content of those posts.

And don't worry too much about "What will I write about for 8 weeks?"

Go ahead and start with one blog post. Once you get your first member, then focus on producing blog post number 2. You'll have one week to create it, and you'll be motivated because you already have at least one paying member.

What if no one joins your membership site after you've marketed it? Move on and build membership site number 2.

I hope this helps give you ideas on how to build a business that can give you a semi-passive income, one that helps you leverage your time and which allows you to actually enjoy the fruits of your labor.

Robert Plank and Lance Tamashiro launch Membership Cube, an 8.5 month course that teaches you how to make money online using WordPress-powered membership sites. If you've been burned in the past by scam membership sites, relax. This one's different, and it offers a fantastic twist...

Membership Cube members have access to a terrific WordPress drip content plugin called WordPress Drip or WP Drip. Although I had initial problems getting version 1.4.8 to work in early April, version 1.4.8c works pretty well!

Yes, there are recorded webinars which you can watch and learn from, particularly if you want more information on how to set-up different types of membership sites, but this Membership Cube review will focus on the fantastic plugin that handles dripped content.

What is Dripped Content?

If you've seen those email autoresponders where messages are dripped or delivered to you on installment over several days, then you already have experienced dripped content.

In the case of WPDrip, the content is posted on your blog over time. Even if you wrote your first post on January 1, for example, a person who joins and becomes a member of your site on April 1 will see that the first blog post is dated April 1.

Dripped content helps retain members.

Even if you have pre-published 52 blog posts (delivered at the rate of one blog post a week), another member who joins on May 1 will still see only the first blog post (and it will be dated May 1, depending on their timezone).

Your member who joined on April 1 will, by May 1, have access to four blog posts, because that person will have been a member for 4 weeks.

So if people want access to all your content, they will have to remain a member for the full-term.

The WPDrip plugin also comes with an "Upcoming Posts" widget, so your members will see in the sidebar the titles of future posts, as well as the dates of those posts.

This creates anticipation and makes them want to stay subscribed to your membership site.

And all this is handled automatically for you!

Can you see how this can help you make money on the internet? You develop say, an 8-week course, and you create 8 screencasts or online videos. You will then publish these 8 posts in your blog and date them January 1, 8, 15, 22, 29, Feb 5, 12, 19.

Then you set-up a weekly payment subscription (via Paypal). People who pay and sign-up for your 8-week course will get immediate access to the first post (Week 1).

If ever they stop or cancel their subscription in Week 3, then they no longer have access to the videos posted in Weeks 4 to 8.

If they ever join again on Week 7, they will not see 7 weeks' worth of content, because they haven't paid for 7 weeks, right? Imagine the administrative nightmare of monitoring this manually. Fortunately, Membership Cube's WPDrip plugin handles this for you automatically.

This is what you need to get this to work in your own webhosting account:

WordPress (Free) + Wishlist Member ($297) + WPDrip ($2,497)

The great thing is, when you join Membership Cube (www.MembershipCube.com), you only pay $47 every two weeks for 8-1/2 months.

And within your first two days as an M3 member, you will get a license for Wishlist Member (WordPress membership plugin) and WPDrip without paying anything extra.

Imagine that, for only $47 you can start trying your hand in building membership sites. And if you remain a member for the full 8.5 months, you will be given lifetime access to those Wishlist Member and WPDrip licenses.

There's no need to pay for the $297 and $2,497 because Robert and Lance will finance those for you, for as long as you become a full-term Membership Cube member.

If ever you stop being a member, then the WLM and WPD licenses expire. Fair is fair.

Another plugin I've tested allows your members to easily subscribe to your mailing list. Since your blog will be displaying posts on an installment basis, your members will appreciate receiving notifications via email when a new blog post is available.

How's that for guaranteed repeat traffic, right?

What's so great about having a membership site?

It is very versatile, because you can use it to:

Deliver downloadable ebooks or bonuses over time.

Protect your streaming videos from unauthorized access.

Personalize your blog posts.

Develop an online community.

Build a relationship with your customers today. You can do this by launching your own membership site, with the help of Robert and Lance's Membership Cube.

Have fun, my internet marketing friends!

Jeff Johnson goes live with Traffic Voodoo, where he promises to teach you how to get more traffic. Now friends are wondering if Traffic Voodoo is a scam, or if it can really help you make money online...

Traffic Voodoo is for you if you like watching long videos online. By lengthy, I mean videos as long as 39 minutes, for example. If you're the type who wants the info right now, in easy-to-read and well-written articles, then you might want to pass up on this.

Here are examples of 14 traffic sources for your blog and network of websites:

Free Traffic from the Search Engines

YouTube

Paid YouTube Traffic

Facebook

Twitter

Blogs

Article Marketing

PPC

CPA

PPV/CPV

Affiliate

Product Launches

Podcasts and iTunes

List Control

What's in Traffic Voodoo

Weeks 1 and 2 (March 29 to April 10): "Traffic-Getting Quick Start"

Covers market research, keyword research, and picking the right market. Get your first blog online, or even your first incoming links blog network up, gain traffic, collect leads, and make sales.

Guest Instructors:

Leslie Rohde and Dan Thies
(SEO Brain Trust, Article Marketing on Steroids, Incoming Links)

Jeff and Ryan Ringold
(Newbie Fast-Track, Product Development, 50 Training Videos on Niche Marketing)

Week 3 (April 12 to April 18): "Testing and Conversion: Get Traffic, Make Money"

Guest Instructor:

Dave Miz (niche marketing, landing pages, sales pages)

Week 4 (April 19 to April 25): "Instant Social Media Traffic"

Guest Instructors:

Don Crowther (build your business online using social media)

Week 5 (April 26 to May 2): "Instant Traffic Money Machine"

Guest Instructors:

Guest Instructors:

Joe Jablonski (Affiliate Manager, JV Expert)
Jeff Walker (Product Launch Formula)
Anik Singal (Affiliate Classroom)

Week 7 (May 10 to May 16): "List Building Money Machine (aka Push Send, Make Money)"

Guest Instructors:

Jeff Johnson (Traffic Voodoo, small list, high priced items)
Frank Kern (List Control, Mass Control)

Should you buy Traffic Voodoo?

Do you need a fair amount of handholding? Are you willing to budget several hundreds of dollars a month for traffic generation training? Are you very patient when it comes to receiving lessons over time (7-week training program)? Then go for it.

Imagine this: You'll get material which you will review for a week, then you'll get together in a live webinar where you can ask questions to clarify the things you reviewed. If that's how you would like to learn the 14 major traffic sources, then go for it.

Otherwise, it would be more cost-effective (especially for people who prefer to read rather than watch online videos or screencasts, or participate in time-bound webinars) if you invest the next 30 days searching for free tutorials on traffic generation, implement those tips, and then gain a personal insight on what it means to build traffic and attract more visitors to your website.

Here's a FREE traffic boosting tip for you: Put up a WordPress-powered blog (with its own dotcom domain name), then add at least one useful and relevant (from the point of view of the people you wish to attract) article or blog post each week.

And another traffic generating tip: After you have at least 10 high impact and useful articles online, network with other bloggers and leave insightful comments in their blog posts (particularly those which are related to your own blog posts).

When you adopt this two-step approach, you will get more visitors to your site. Guaranteed. And yes, please keep your credit card in your wallet.

I'm curious, though...

How did you find out about Jeff Johnson's Traffic Voodoo?

Did you search for it in Google? Or did you learn about it because of a blog that your frequently read?

I first heard about it via a mailing list. I subscribed to a friend's list and stayed subscribed in spite of all the sales pitches bombarded to that list.

This shows us that having a good mailing list, or at least joint-venturing or partnering with people with mailing lists, will help drive traffic to any promoted website.

Traffic Voodoo isn't exactly inexpensive. You'll find price points at $7,500 or $1,999 or even $799 (3-monthly installment plan). No wonder there are affiliates promoting such a high ticket item. That should give you ideas on how some people are able to make a lot of money online even if they have small lists (i.e., less than 5000).

All in all, you'll soon discover that this is not rocket science. And it isn't magical voodoo either.

It's just basic online research, writing, and networking with lots of people.

Have fun and succeed in your business, my friends!

Mo Latif releases Rapid Mass Traffic, and you're wondering if this will help you make money online. Before you simply write this off as yet another scam, let's look behind Rapid Mass Traffic, review your options, and see how you can make PPV advertising work for you...

Is it really possible to attract targeted traffic without the help of Google, Adwords, SEO, Article Writing, Media Buys, Blogging, Classified Ads, Social Bookmarking, Social Networking, Link Building, Joint Venture Partners, eMail Drops, Adswaps, or other traditional traffic generating techniques everyone else is talking about? (Got that mostly from the salesletter, my friends.)

Yes it is, and it is called Pay Per View (PPV) Advertising.

What about the promise that you don't need any of the following?

Website

Your own product

Experience

Salesmanship skills

Technical knowledge

Gobs of money for advertising

Niche market expertise

Long work hours

This means you will be sending traffic to someone else's website, or to some other merchant's product salespage, and ride (as an affiliate) on that person's experience, salescopy writing, and technical proficiency.

In exchange, you will invest in a more "modest" amount of advertising, so that other people will see (or view) the offer.

A lot of internet marketers have experienced how expensive Google AdWords can be, and have turned to more affordable alternatives such as: AdBrite, Clicksor, Bidvertiser, InfoLinks, Exit Junction, Chitika, AdToll, Yahoo Publisher Network, Target Point, and Fastclick, to name a few.

However, if you're looking for targeted and cheap advertising, you might wish to adopt the strategy of internet marketers who use legal adware traffic.

For example, there are companies that keep databases of people who opted-in or knowingly installed software or toolbars for free, in exchange for their consent to have advertising shown on their screens.

You, as cost-conscious advertiser, will then bid on certain keywords. And when those keywords appear in the URLs visited by the consenting targeted traffic (or even when they search for those keywords), your ad then appears as a pop-up or pop-under.

Do you now see why this will drive your advertising costs down?

Yes, it has a lot to do with the quality of your traffic.

And that's why marketers who use PPV advertising spend anywhere from US$90 to US$1,100 to attract over 9,200 visitors (in a 24 hour period) to their squeeze page. Next, they use email marketing tactics to make the most out of those visitors.

If you don't have a website, and then you simply use PPV advertising to send people to your affiliate page, you'll lose out on follow-up marketing opportunities. Unless, of course, you're an affiliate of a merchant that uses squeeze pages which correctly tag you as the referring affiliate.

Do you want to make the most out of Rapid Mass Traffic?

I highly recommend you get your own webhosting, build your website and mailing list, and attract people via pay per view advertising to your own landing pages. Once you have those in place, then go and check out RMT and channel all that mass PPV traffic to your own sites today.

Did you miss the pre-launch videos of The Video Boss? Bonus time! Here are some notes about Video #2, and video marketing tips which teach you what to say in your vids and help you make money online...

First of all, here are the specs of Video 2 (which are a bit different from Video 1 - See The Video Boss):

Format: AAC, Stereo (L R), 32.000 kHz, H.264, 854 x 480 pixels
Movie FPS: 24 FPS
Data Rate: 544 kbits/sec
Duration: A little over 21 minutes

Andy Jenkins talks about FAB, which stands for:

Features

Advantages

Benefits

The example product used (assuming you want to create a product review of sorts) is the Kodak Zi8

If you look for the Technical Details of the Kodak Zi8 in the Amazon webpage, you'll find the following:

Record High Definition video (1080p at 30 fps with 16:9 aspect ratio)

Easily upload recorded footage to YouTube with built-in USB and software

Expandable SD/SDHC card slot up to 32 GB; Rechargeable batteries and charger included

Vibrant 2.5-inch viewfinder; Watch footage on HDTV with included cables

Edit and share videos with included software

Let's take the first FEATURE - 1080p HD

What's the advantage? It's the highest resolution you can get with HD.

What's the benefit? You can capture moments of your life with vivid clarity. I mean, who would want to record your child's birthday party using a low-resolution cell phone cam, right?

We're guessing that's the best feature, because it was listed first in the product page at Amazon.

Okay, so what do you say at the start of your video?

The "Video Opener" (which usually lasts 8 to 15 seconds) should quickly tell the viewer why the video is worth watching. It should be viewer-focused.

For example: "In this video I'm going to show you why the Kodak Zi8
is going to revolutionize the way you make your personal videos, and why it might be the only video camera you'll ever need - saving you money and making it simple for you to create video."

Video Marketing Tip: Get people to watch first by using the phrase: "In this video, I'm going to show you why..."

Avoid the temptation to say the product is the best. That's selling, not showing. Remember that people love to buy.

So make your video buyer-focused. State up front what's in it for them (i.e., will revolutionize the way YOU make YOUR personal videos).

You can already imagine who this video will appeal to, right? "Personal" videos. Family people.

So first introduce them to what the video is going to do for them. Andy Jenkins calls it the "Key Outcome."

Next, you might ask "So what? Sure, you'll revolutionize the way you make personal videos... So What?!"

This means you will need to make it clear WHY the product will help your viewers.

1. Watch - In this video I'm going to show you why

2. Outcome - the Kodak Zi8 is going to revolutionize the way you make your personal videos,

3. Help - and why it might be the only video camera you'll ever need - saving you time and money and making it simple for you to create video.

Right from the start (the opening), you already see FAB in action. You will need to do the FAB approach for each feature of the product.

Take your script and turn it into a visual presentation

Feel free to use either MS PowerPoint or Apple Keynote.

Take your FAB copy and build the slides first.
- For each feature, type that feature onto a slide.

Voiceover - read to your viewers the FAB statements.

Features = Quantity or Type of Something
Example, "Full HD 1080p" is a quantity of resolution
(It is also an intellectual or logical type of statement)

Viewers want feature specifications spelled out.
Don't worry about images yet.

Speak Advantages and Benefits because they are usually
Quality or Condition.

Quality/condition statements which have emotional value,
so speak these out. With emotion.

Difference between reading the words "I Love You" on a Hallmark card,
versus HEARING the words.

"Hearing" benefits causes emotional resonation.

Words cause the feelings to stay with you.

Review your script...
Add a new slide for each feature
(text)

Next, add graphics...
(Add images)

For example, for products look for Art and Photos from the manufacturer.

Add images that represent the feature in action.

"FEATURES in ACTION!"

If one of the features is compact size, use comparative
images to show how small that object is.

In other words, show that compact product beside another (larger) product.

Add images for EVERY feature you list.

Add Emotional Accelerators (Emotional Images)
Images that help add impact and help you connect your message with your viewer.

Sample Feature Statement:
Most marketers are freaked out by video.

Under that are three bullet points:
- Afraid of Technology
- Afraid of Cost
- Afraid of Losing Time

(These are "features")

Andy Jenkins searched for images that help illustrate
those bullet points EMOTIONALLY (even if they're a
bit tongue in cheek).

Then, reinforce the message by SAYING OUT LOUD the advantages and benefits along with the emotional image.

There's a powerful relationship between what's SAID and what's SEEN.

If you want to track statistics on how engaged your viewers were when they watched your vidoe, try ChartBeat.com

You will need to "define emotions that you can attach to your benefits."

For this, you can search Google for "Royalty Free Stock Images" and you'll see that some of them can get quite expensive.

Andy Jenkins injects humor by saying that some images can cost "an arm and a lovehandle."

The more affordable alternative? ClipArt.com
Want moving images? Try AnimationFactory.com

Remember that each time something moves in your videos, whether it's text or an image flying from left to right, it "RESETS the viewer's attention."

That's why people remain glued to the free pre-launch videos of Andy. The movement makes you want to continue staring at the screen.

PowerPoint allows you to show movement with any object that appears in your slide.

Now in Video 3, Andy Jenkins tells you what to do with your video:

Where to publish it online
How to distribute it across the web
How to get it ranked (yes, a bit of SEO goodness).

So, how do you feel after going through these notes based on the free pre-launch video released before by Andy Jenkins? Are you still feeling like a Video Boss, or more like a Video Slave?

When you're new to video creation, you'll realize how time-consuming it can be. But once you get the hang of it, it will come like second nature to you.

Video Internet Marketing Tip: Ask yourself how many videos you intend to make over the next 8 weeks. If you're answer is "one video" then please re-think your marketing plans and see if you'll be better off sticking to blogging in the meantime.

Part 1 contains a list of 14 topics among which are how to create slow-motion and special effects, edit timelines (or the flow of your videos), project editing, and other high-tech sounding phrases or tool names.

Part 2 contains 21 sections that cover topics such as keyframes, adding titles to your videos, sound editing, color correction, audio mixdowns, nesting videos, sync locks, exporting digital videos, adding bars and tone... Talk about hard-core, right?

Introduction
Capturing Media

Module 5: Traffic Boss

Want to know how to get your videos distributed in many places?

You'll get SEO tips such as how to get your videos to rank high in the search engines, as well as how to use social media to drive traffic to your video and your websites.

You'll also learn about new or emerging online communities where you can further spread the word about your video.

A team of experts will help you with topics such as

Video SEO [Dan Thies and Leslie Rohde, SEO Brain Trust]

Link Getting (or Gaining Backlinks)

Social Media Marketing [Don Crowther]

How To Dominate YouTube [Paul Colligan]

Video Distribution [Mike Koenigs]

In Video SEO, you'll learn how to choose the keywords to target, how to optimize your linking structure, how to create search engine friendly video web pages, how to track your performance and adjust your video marketing strategy accordingly, and other new (or not often talked about) topics such as:

- Video Sitemaps
- Transcription Optimization
- Media RSS Feeds
- and many more

In Link Getting, you'll understand how search engines judge links. This will help you quickly asses which links to go after. You'll also be told where the best place to get links is. In addition, you'll learn how to analyze your competition and detect their weak spots, so you can dominate the search engines.

You'll also be introduced to "Self-Liquidating Links", or links that cost you money at the start, but which pay for themselves over time.

There's also a section on "Leverage Engines that Multiply Link Value", which might be similar to SEO topics that will be covered in the April 2010 iBlog6 Philippine Blogging Summit.

In Social Media Marketing, Don Crowther will show you the location of "Key Social Media Outlets" where you can post your videos. You'll also learn how to assess the social media effectiveness of different video sharing sites, which shows you where to concentrate your video marketing efforts.

Don will also help you answer this question: "When should you embed a YouTube video, and when should you host your own video?"

Don will also give you a "2-Part Teaser Strategy" aimed at attracting buyers (not and just people who relax by simply watching videos online).

In the section on YouTube Dominance, Paul Colligan shares YouTube marketing tactics such as:

How to get YouTube friends with NO content
How to swap YouTube ads in your videos, with your own ads (controversial)
How to increase your viewer view count automatically... but with YouTube's permission
How to get backlinks from YouTube
How to get your videos appear in the "Related Videos" section of the "Most Viewed Videos"
How to get your videos to appear multiple times in the search engines (controversial)
How to use your competitors' ego to get their viewing audience

Warning from Manuel...
If you try to game YouTube, be prepared to face the consequences. Keep in mind that other pretty influential people are trying to monetize YouTube, and if you interfere with that or even divert the financial benefits to yourself, well...

You're not a child anymore, so think of what's going to happen if you mess around with someone else's livelihood, okay?

The section on Video Distribution will be handled by Mike Koenigs (Traffic Geyser). His knowledge of the video sharing industry will help you understand deeper topics such as mobile media marketing.

Heads up from Manuel...
Just be aware that a lot of people dislike being marketed to via their cell phone. When I say a LOT, I estimate around 90% of mobile phone users. I hope you will use a more targeted approach and avoid doing shotgun marketing via SMS or MMS.

Mike Koenigs will also reveal to you 5 Celebrity Video Marketing Secrets, that help you (just like celebrities) gain the trust of so many people that you communicate with.

In addition, Mike will help you overcome your anxieties when you stand in front of a video camera. If you're worried about the way you look, or if your palms sweat a lot, learn how to overcome all that and appear confident in just 30 seconds, with Mike's tips.

Mike Koenigs will also talk about "Optional Computerized Automatic Video Promotion", where you can take content that you've already produced, and use (or re-use) that to cross-promote your other videos and websites.

Module 6: Andy Reviews Your Videos

Be prepared to wait several weeks, though, from the date of your request, before you actually get a review. Also, please ensure that you have followed the principles mentioned in the earlier modules, so that you can get the most out of Andy's review.

Bonus: Video Information Products

How to design and produce VIPs the customers will buy
How to structure the flow of your instructions
When to give lectures, and when to perform hands-on lab training

Sales Technology
How to Protect Your Content
eCommerce Engines
Repurpose Your Work, Sell in Multiple Channels

Bonus: Video Boss Genesis

Get background information behind the entire program of The Video Boss. From Customer Research, to Market Content Creation, how Andy created marketing buzz and performed social media coordination, all the words or scripts that he used (mind maps, slide show presentations, video marketing script, all promotional email copy, split test results, landing page copy).

You will need to sign an NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement), though.

Bonus: Your Own Video Product Launch

Jeff Walker will be a special "surprise" guest instructor who will (with his Product Launch Formula experience) help you launch your own video product. There will be special training sessions, and (based on the sales video of The Video Boss) you can apply this to whatever topic you choose for your video information product.

Bonus: Like A Boss Advanced (LABA)

Andy Jenkins will show you how to create special effects (blue/green screen compositing). You'll also learn how to create animations that make your video look slick and professional. He'll also teach you how to create and customize your own musical scoring.

Andy Jenkins will teach you how to make and market video the way he does.

After the content is delivered over a nine-week period, the TVB community will continue, and you can interact or collaborate with other TVB members. Perhaps you prefer to write scripts, while another TVB community member likes creating video special effects. You can work with each other.

That community collaboration feature will become available after the nine-week coaching period.

Andy Jenkins will continue to provide new content, new training, and regular Q&A calls or sessions beyond the first nine weeks. I did not quite catch, though, how long he will continue all of this beyond the ninth week.

(Please note that the things you read on this page describe what I saw when I viewed the salesletter / sales video of The Video Boss.)

I'm not exactly fond of sales videos that don't make it easy for you to see exactly what kind of video marketing coaching you will get for $2,000. I'm even less fond of salespages that sort of disappear when the slots have been sold out.

Anyway, I look forward to seeing the rise of even more videobloggers and video marketers.

The Video Boss is a $2,000 nine-week training course by Andy Jenkins, that he believes will help you make money online. In the first of three free videos that James Andrew Jenkins released prior to the launch of TVB, he states this law of money: "Online video gets more money than anything. Period."

I'm not here to say that The Video Boss is just a scam. If you were able to watch the free pre-launch videos, then you'll get a sense of the amount of effort Andy put into the free video marketing tutorials.

And if you missed those videos, here's a summary...

The First Video

Here are the specs of the first video that Andy released to the public:

Format: H.264, 854 x 480, Millions AAC, Stereo (L R), 44.100 kHz
Movie FPS: 23.98
Data Rate: 659.10 kbits/sec
Normal size: 854 x 480 pixels

Okay, back to the summary. In the first video, Andy Jenkins says that online video is the easiest, cheapest, and fastest way to get traffic.

Of course, there's a disclaimer that this is just Andy's opinion, and that he could be wrong. Except that he implied on his slide (PowerPoint?) that he has data to back up his opinion.

Tip from Manuel...

Internet Marketing Lesson: Test the statements that you hear, my friends. It is possible that online video may be the best traffic-generating tool for others. Your experience, on the other hand, might be completely different. Hence, TEST.

What are internet marketers afraid of? Aspiring online business people are worried about the TIME and COST associated with online video marketing.

Experience of Manuel...
It took me 12 hours to create a 4-minute video. That time covered script-writing, preparing the audio files, shooting the footage, preparing the individual photos, assembling the video clips and photos, sychronizing the images with the music, burning the files onto a DVD, and reviewing the video.

It's been four days now since I prepared that video, and the songs used still keep playing in my head! Argh!

I wonder how long it took Andy Jenkins to create Video #1 which ran for a little over 19 minutes.

Wait... before you get worried about the TIME issue, please keep in mind that it will really depend on what you want to show in your video.

For example, it will take less time to create a Camtasia screencast of a basic PowerPoint presentation than it would to make a vid that combines PPT slides, video clips, and music.

Anyway, as you will often read on this site: TEST.

Okay, let's get back...

Andy Jenkins talked about the launch of "The Magic Bullet System", where there was no traditional salesletter. What they had was a sales video.

They started working on a Friday afternoon at 5PM, and had the video online by the following day, Saturday at 1PM.

The Magic Bullet System had, according to Andy, a multimillion dollar launch in just a few hours.

It's not clear how much sleep they got on Friday evening. The bottomline is that it took Andy (with all his years of formal education and hands-on video creation experience) almost 24 hours to come up with a sales video.

Over $5,000,000 in sales in only a few days... just from a simple video. Wow.

Just remember that behind that video was an extensive marketing network that helped spread the word about the product launch.

You can make a wonderful video, but if no one watches it... Well, you get the picture.

Back to Video #1 of TVB -- Basically, Andy builds a case for online video and how even Amazon uses it to promote/sell Kindles. He points out how the Kindle video occupies prime web real estate (upper lefthand corner of the content area), and how simple the video is.

See it in action (as of the time of this writing): Kindle at Amazon

Why is the video "simple"? It's basically a voice-over, with background music, and moving images of the Kindle.

Can you do that to? Yes, there are numerous audio / video creation tools available online.

Anyway, the whole point of Andy's Video #1 is the you can easily create videos, and that you should do this since very few people are doing it anyway.

Videos and SEO. Andy also talks about the search engine optimization benefits of video. He compares the competition you get from text-based SEO versus video SEO.

While you may (in some niche topics) be up against a better-funded team of text/image content providers, your video content competitors might not have as much funds.

In other words, you stand a better chance of successfully getting higher rankings in Google if you publish videos online.

Advice from Manuel...
As usual, please TEST. Just because you create a video, it doesn't mean you'll appear in page 1 of the Google SERPs.

For example, search YouTube for the phrase make money online, and you'll find a lot of examples.

But if you search for "make money online" in Google, do you find any videos in the first page of the search results? The last time I checked, I didn't find any.

Anyway, that's it for now. I'll write about TVB's second and third pre-launch videos, where you will find good tips on how you can start creating your videos. And more importantly, what you should SAY in your videos.

Michael Jones brings you The Affiliate Code, touted as a killer free business system that generates close to $65,000 monthly. Is this just a scam preying on people who are desperate to make money online, or is this the real thing? Here's a quick review of The Affiliate Code, with emphasis on what you will find in the salesletter...

Here's what I recommend you do: study the salespage of The Affiliate Code. You will learn a lot, in terms of copywriting, and best of all, you'll learn it for free.

Take note of the headline, and the highly emotional copy that triggers an impulse buy: underground, reveals, free...

Notice also that the text is not really text. Rather, it is an image. This allows the web designer or graphics artist to make use of fonts and text effects to make the headline further stand out in the page.

Below the headline you will find a video. And that video (which looks like a PowerPoint camtasia screen recording) lasts for 44 minutes.

For a system that is advertised as "easy" or "simple", the effort put into the salesletter is mind-boggling. Can you imagine what the speaker did in coming up with that 44-minute video?

TIP: Go ahead and actually watch the video. Listen to the way Michael Jones speaks.

Did you catch how emotional he sounded? That's an important lesson when it comes to connecting with customers online. People do not simply use logic. People are influenced through emotion.

Who is Michael Jones in the first place? And why is he in some "Undisclosed superaffiliate hideout, somewhere in the US"? What does he even look like?

You've probably read some ebooks of some internet marketing gurus who talk about establishing credibility online by posting your photo and by publishing solid content.

In the salespage of The Affiliate Code, where can you find the credibility-boosting elements? That's right... in the testimonials both in text and video format.

What does this reveal to you? You can now test if you can make more money online by replacing your photo with video testimonials. Afterall, getting others to say glowing things about you is much better than you praising yourself.

Just to be clear... I'm not saying buy, or do not buy The Affiliate Code. What I am recommending is that you study the salesletter and figure out what the merchant is doing.

Okay, back to the review of what's in the salesletter. If you watch the video, you'll hear Michael talk about how you can start making money... from Day One.

That's very compelling. Make a bold promise, and people will sit up and notice. Imagine that. Making money right from the start.

Now here's what the phrase "from day one" usually means.

It means that certain things have to be in place before your Day One. It means that behind the scenes, there was something called a Day Zero.

When you get hold of the crucial info behind the preparations done during "Day Zero", then yes you can take a step-by-step blueprint, and sure, you can start making money from Day One.

Just be prepared for a rather lengthy Day Zero process. Or set of procedures.

Okay, back to The Affiliate Code.

What we see here is no longer just salesmanship in print (i.e., traditional salespage or persuasive writing). What we also hear is salesmanship in AUDIO.

That's right. You'll hear a professionally recorded audio salesletter. Listen to how quiet the background is, and how there aren't any "uhms" or "ahhs" during the presentation.

That is something you, as an internet marketer, should strive for. Get your message out using more than one medium. You don't have to stick to text and images.

And sometimes, audio (or voiceover screencasts) can be more hypnotic than full-motion video.

You'll even catch some NLP techniques. For example, you'll hear the practically hypnotic command "Listen To Me", followed by an emotionally charged statement (fast forward the video to the 17:23 mark).

In other words, even if you do not buy The Affiliate Code, you will get an idea of the online marketing process used by internet marketing professionals (who have gone a step beyond readable sales copywriting).

Perhaps a good product to get would be something like "The Audio Sales Code" (or something like that). You simply cannot imagine the true power of selling using the sheer engaging power of your voice, until you've heard a master salesperson in action.

Okay, I know you're here because you're looking for a review of The Affiliate Code [http://www.TheAffiliateCode.com].

Well, go back to the salespage and review the video. Yes, the one that's right below the headline.

Listen to it at least two times. Take down notes, and list the commands that you hear (along with the time, which you'll see in the timeline in the lower part of the video box).

Study it well, because persuasive copy and selling using your voice is a skill you will definitely want to develop, whether you are an aspiring affiliate marketer who's trying to break the code, or an emerging internet marketer who has finally gotten around to selling your own product or service online.

I wish you great success!

Do you want to make money online with CPA (Cost Per Action) leads? You can try it by joining the group called CPAlead. Here are some things to consider before you go for this type of online marketing...

Bloggers who are able to attract traffic from the US and the UK can use this kind of approach:

1. Provide highly engaging content in the form of an ebook, downloadable file, or even video.

2. Before granting access to your visitors, have them fill-up a survey form. This will take anywhere from 1 to 5 minutes.

3. After the survey is completed, bring them to the download page, or even send them the direct URL to the PDF ebook, for example.

All of this can be automated with the help of "widgets" provided by CPAlead. So there's no need to bother with the ultra-technical stuff, aside from the following:

You will need to be comfortable with copy/pasting code.

Some of the code will be right within the content of your page.

Other bits of code will be placed between the <HEAD> and </HEAD> tags of your webpage.

If you are monetizing your site in other ways, I highly recommend you create a separate webpage for your CPAlead campaigns, so that there are no distractions.

Besides, if you're running a WordPress blog, why would you want to place the HEADER code in all your webpages, if only a few pages will be monetized using CPAlead?

A quick glance of the sample surveys offered tend to appeal to the young teens or twentysomethings. If your website audience belongs to an older group, however, you may need to take a different approach.

In that case, you can protect your content and grant access only after people pay via Paypal. Again, this can be handled by CPAlead, although I haven't gone this route yet.

(UPDATE: Another group you can write for are people interested in credit cards or even credit reports. You can easily create an ebook about credit info, which people may download after they fill-up a survey that helps them calculate their credit score, for example.)

But if you have a teen/twentysomething blog or website, and you have downloadable files or engaging JPEG images for your visitors, and if your site traffic comes mostly from the US or UK, then » Visit CPAlead.com today!

Lance Tamashiro and Robert Plank launch the Niche Invasion System, a one hour video that shows you how to make money online by finding "niche honeyholes", invading them, and using them to send "vast amounts of targeted traffic to your websites."

Let's review the Niche Invasion System and see if it's just a scam, or if it can truly help internet home business owners to succeed...

Is it true that you can easily find an untapped niche, that you can be a leading expert in? Yes, it is true. Lance explains it perfectly in a couple of minutes.

And you'll know it will work for you. Unless you are a completely uninteresting person who has very little value to other people.

But since you are a person of value, and since you have spent your time helping others (directly or indirectly) in the past instead of just vegetating the whole day in front of a PS3 or cable TV, you will be able to take quick action on the section about "niche honeyholes."

What about this statement: "It's not SEO, it's not article marketing, it's not Twitter... it works faster than that."

Well... it's not any of those. That is, if you're looking at your own efforts. But if you rely on the efforts of others, you will find that they were the ones who did the SEO, Twitter promotions, article marketing, and other things needed to get the word out.

The video does not provide more details on how to fully tap this kind of network that is right under your nose, but I can help give you tips on how to do this step-by-step, if you're interested.

Will this always be evergreen? Well, nothing lasts forever. But if you can monetize a topic or a website for around 8 years (without having to even update that site), then yes, that makes some niche topics everlasting.

Afterall, on the internet, 8 years feels like an eternity.

What about this statement by Lance Tamashiro and Robert Plank about the Niche Invasion System:

In fact, this works faster than anything you've ever seen, even if right now you have no list, no website, or no knowledge of finding these niche honeyholes.

Here's the bottomline: "Even if right now" you don't have any of those (i.e., list, website, knowledge), you will need to learn how to build a list and also a website in order to fully maximize the benefits of using the NIS. You can also outsource those technical things, if you wish.

Remember, it's a one-hour long video recording of Lance and Robert. It looks like something recorded during a webinar, complete with screenshots and mindmaps.

What I didn't like about the Niche Invasion System. The downloadable file is quite huge at 151 MB. The zip file contains three files: mp3, wmv, and m4a (for the iPod).

It would've been convenient if there were an option to download just the WMV (44 MB), for example. Then again, in the age of high speed internet broadband access, most of you won't mind downloading a 151 MB zip file.

What I Like Most About NIS. I learned a lot from Lance's tips on how to create a follow-up series. The one-hour video does not go into technical nitty-gritty detail what has been covered in most Help/Tutorial pages of various autoresponders.

But the structure of the messages is quite easy to implement, and I'll be adjusting my other email marketing campaigns immediately.

Thank you, Lance, for giving me that A-HA! moment.

Do you know how many email follow-up messages is ideal, based on the experience of Lance Tamashiro? It's not what you've read in ebooks of various internet marketing gurus.

From my initial test, I'm seeing an 18% improvement in responses. In other words, I can now connect with 88 people and get results similar to what I got in the past when I connected with 100 people.

I will have to make more tests, though, regarding how effective Lance's easier method actually is. For all we know, that initial success might just be a fluke.

Would you like to try it yourself? Check out the Niche Invasion System (http://www.nicheinvasionsystem.com) today, and I will share with you a key internet marketing insight that's not found in the NIS video.

(The last time I looked, NIS retailed for $7. Then the price was increased to $17. It will be raised to $27 soon...)

That internet marketing tactic (which I call the "LTRP" Method) is something you can also use in your internet business, whether you're trying to sell your own ebooks or your services online.

NOTE: Listen to or watch the NIS video, study it, ask me questions via email for around 7 days. Afterwards, I will give you access to the bonus info (LTRP Method).
