Wednesday 2/8 Light crowd today, guess that forcast of snow flurries scared a few people away. It turned out to be a pretty nice day with plenty of Ling to go around again. Only a couple of Cod mixed in, but we got the day in and everyone went home with a nice bag of fish Thursday 2/9 A little breezy this morning but the wind slowly backed off all day and ocean was nearly flat calm before noon. We had great Ling life on all the drops today and the Cod made a good showing as well. Louie locked up the pool with a pair of nice cod to go with his mess of Ling and everyone on board had a nice catch of fish. Tomorrow\'s weather looks great, see ya\' in the mornin\'. Tuesday 2/7 Nice calm seas to go with the warm February weather and the good crowd on board today. Fortunately the Ling were back on the feed and we had solid action on all the drops today. The Cod were absent today, exept for the one keeper up in the bow and a couple of shorts, but there were plenty of full buckets of Ling all around the boat. The next few days are still looking good and we will be leaving at 7am everday. JUMBO LING !

2012/02/06 - Sat. Sun. & Mon. Ling and Cod Fishing Reports

Saturday 2/4 Nice weather, good crowd but the fishing was not up to par today. Capt. Tony bounced around drops on and around the 17 fathoms area and found a pick of Ling everywhere but not the fishing he was looking for . He said the fish were there but not biting very agressively and you had to work to catch your dozen Ling today. Sunday 2/5 Sunday was definetly the best day of the weekend. Capt. Tony found the Ling on every drop today and some nice Cod in the mix as well. He said the Ling fishing was super !! And at times it seemed like the whole boat was reeling in fish at once !! Monday 2/6 Light crowd today so I figured it would be easy to put a catch together, wrong. The first couple drops were kind of dull, we picked some Ling and had a Cod on each but not what we were looking for. The action picked up towards the end of the day when the Ling were coming up a little faster and we nailed a couple more Cod to keep the pool interesting.

2012/02/04 - Thursday & Friday Ling & Cod Fishing Reports

Thursday 1/2 Light crowd but great guys on board the today. It was an easy day of fishing, Ling filled the buckets but a couple of Cod, some giant Bergals and big laughs made things interesting today. Friday 1/3 Nice crowd came down today and there were plenty of Ling to go around. The guys in the stern really caked up, it seemed like everyones bucket was overflowing back there today. We had a nice amount of Cod mixed in, a couple on every drop and I saw at least 10 come up on one spot. Eels keep you busy in between, and some nice Tog were releaased. More nice weather for the weekend and into next week, and we will be sailing everday at 7AM ! See ya in the mornin\'. THURSDAY COD FRIDAY COD HUGE BERGAL THURSDAY !

2012/02/01 - Wednesday 2/1 Big Ling Today + Some Cod !

What a way to bring in February ! 60 degree temps and light winds, had a light drizzle of rain this morning that quickly disappeared. That southerly roll was still there but smaller than yesterday. The Ling were biting well on most of the drops today and they were nice size to. Everyone went with a full bucket of tasty Ling and a few lucky ones had a Cod or two to go with em\'. It looks like the next few days will be more of the same and we are sailing everyday at 7am so come on down and enjoy this beautiful winter weather !! See ya in the mornin\'

2012/01/31 - Tuesday 1/31 Ling Fishing Report

Tuesday 1/31 Another warm sunny January day The ocean was a little rolly early on when we had a strong northerly current pushing up against a south roll, but the ocean did slowly calm as the day went on. The life was good on all the drops today and everyone went home with a bucket full of Ling today. There were a couple of Cod for the pool and a few nice Tog were released, other than that some eels and dogfish were around but not in excess. Besides the rockin\' and rollin\' early on it was a great day to be out on the water. See ya in hhe mornin\' There may be just a little rain around the next couple of days but with warm temps and not too much wind so we will be sailing at 7am everyday.

2012/01/30 - Weekend and Monday Fishing Reports

Overall pretty nice weather for January this weekend, Saturday was the better of the days and a nice crowd came down to enjoy it.. The fishing was pretty good, Capt. Tony had a steady pick of Ling all day and the flat calm seas made for a great day on the ocean. Sunday 1/29 was a little different, a strong southerly current screwed things up big time. With wind against tide all day it was a little rolly and the fish did not want to chew well. Most people managed to catch dinner but nothing for the neighbors today. Monday 1/30 I really didn\'t expect to sail today with the strong winds but 10 anglers did show up this morning, so off we went. The wind blew a steady 25 all day but the the waves never got too big, more of a steady chop all day, thats the nice thing about the northwest wind in our area. The fishing was a grind most of the day but better than Sunday. We did have a nice flurry of Ling the last half hour of the day, and we left em\' biting so hopefully they will be ready to chew all day tomorrow. Monday 1/30

2012/01/25 - Good Ling Fishing Tues & Wed + A Few Cod

Tuesday and Wednesday Reports Nice January weather and still plenty of Ling around, even had a few Cod mixed in the last couple of days. Most people have been filling up a bucket full of tasty Ling and a few lucky ones have had a Cod or two to go with em. Plenty of Ocean Pout aka Congo Eels and some sharks to keep you busy in between. Weather looks real nice for tomorrow 1/26 and we will be sailing at 7am, see ya in the mornin\'. The weather for Friday1/27 is not looking good and we will not be sailng. The upcoming weekend 1/28 & 1/29 looks good and we wil be going at 7am !

2012/01/20 - Friday 1/20 Fisharck's Ling Charter

Boy the wind forecast was off a little this morning, they called for 10 to 15 knot winds and we got 20 to 25 with gusts to 30 ! Fortunately it was behind us on the way out and after a couple of hours it slowly deminished, and we enjoyed a nice ride home. The Ling fishing was good again with mixed size fish coming up all day, high hooks were in the 30\'s and everyone had a bucket full. Other than the Ling, I saw one Cod and a few Blues, we also released a bunch of Seabass and Tog. Thanks to Mark for organizing another great trip, and to all of our friends from up north who took the long haul to Brooklyn and shared some excellent eats. Upcoming schedule : Weather looks wet tomorrow 1/21 but the wind shouldn\'t be bad and Capt.Tony will be there in the morning if you want to give it a try come on down. Sunday 1/22 looks pretty nice and we will be saling at 7am. Monday\'s 1/23 trip is canceled. Doesn\'t that say it all.
