There is absolutely a market for pulp, for the written word. In our age where everything is decided and driven by market forces and economics, pulp is a beautiful antidote. It is a vacation.
It exists for the story. It refocuses on the audience.
If you look at the history of pulp, and the writers who have been involved, like Stephen King and even F. Scott Fitzgerald, it deserves more attention and care.
This is why JungleJim rocks! We must support it, and grow it, because not only is it pulp - it is our very own African pulp!
