Here’s a new mix of a song I posted last fall. I recorded the original guitar and vocal live in my studio. The other elements were added as an afterthought. In this updated version, I replaced the melodica with a harmonica. I also removed “elements” from the original version to make this newer version more stripped down. As usual, the song is available for free download.

This track is a cover version of “Never Say No,” one of my favorite tracks from the excellent Butterfield Blues Band recording, “East West” I am excited about this track because its my first official track that uses a horn section and live full drum kit recording in Tangled Wire Studios.

Returning visitors may notice that my website looks different. Yearly Orbital Soundscape No.1 by Marwood Williams

Here’s some experimental music I have been working on with a side project I call “Yearly Orbital Band.”

The main “spine” of this music was a soundscape designed by Jon Behrens. I added some other elements, including guitar, bass and keys. Noel Williams plays Alto Sax.
