Oh my goodness!its been so long since i had time to myself!!!!hows it going everybodyyy!!!!!!!!Had the best sleep ever!Alhamdulillah.Eventhough ive been sleeping 6 hours everyday during finals,but my braincells finally managed to rest!In fact,i woke extra early today cause ive got so much to do!but first,im uploading all the pictures and files from my phone-just to recap what happened the past few months!*claps*even im excited!bring it on-life starts now!

Is it time for me to get that garmin forerunner?
i dont usually time my runs before this-until quite recently-i've realized that ive been getting good race results?haha!

have to say,my previous manchester city 10k wasnt my best time-i absolutely know i can do better than that.took my own sweet ass time to finish it just because i knew that its gonna be long and draggy-double of my normal everyday run.

You guys should've seen the look on my face when i saw the 1 hour pacemaker at the finishing line while i was cooling down!!

i actually ran to the nearest person to me,jumped and hugged her!(THIS is the downside of running alone)-never thought id be able to do a sub 1 hour.

i mean,if you've been getting a 26ish time for your 5ks-you're surely to finish earlier than that massy!?!duhhh stoopid!

thats for not timing your runs.gotta start now massy!now now NOW!

if you're gonna be serious about it-might as well just go all out.WARGHHH!hehe-right-ok.thats the plan.
should start racing against myself everyday!

so ill start with my casio first.awhh--but but-i want a garmin mummyy!

was thinking of getting that burberry but now-its THIS yo!

And oh,i need to get a new ipod earphone too-blame it on that water station dowsing.yeah-completely forgot that i had my earphones on when i was having one of the best outdoor shower in ma life!haha!

After having to write all that report made me think of how much energy you actually use to think.do we compare the energy to lightbulbs and measure them in watts?just because the intensity varies-where the more you think the brighter the light bulb is?what is the unit of measurement to thinking?say we measure them in joules,so thats like x watt per second of thinking.kilowatt.gigawatts!!(there's doc again-lol)

As july approaches,and summer holiday just around the corner-i'm getting more and more stressed with med school.

More emails,more inductions and seminars to attend.while life passes me by-two new nephews,niece's engagement (Katrina Safura!!),birthdays after birthdays.

I don't really like to rant in my blog,i never liked writing what i dislike.but i have a funny feeling-for the next few months-or not days,i will be.not even running can help me with this.Take it as my last few words before im an official final year med student.

My workloads increasing just right before the holidays.Project Option presentation-days before my flight back,and the 10 000 word case write-up on my audit.

Theres not a single day that i've been doing nothing.Project option-the supposed 'post exams work-holiday' for us forth year students-is killing me day by day.The topic which i'm writing about-is as complicated as it sounds.the more in depth i go,the more confused i get.please help me,oh dear god.

Year four has made a huge change in my life as compared to who/what i was like in year three.It has been a very stressful year-and it still is.And i cant believe that im in the last weeks of it!How time flies,and the next thing i know,im on my flight back to manchester from kuala lumpur.what a joke.

Im hoping to get the best out of it,as it'll be my last few weeks before EVERYTHING ELSE starts.Attending a seminar on Cancer-later this afternoon and the weekly 'this is what i've done so far-do you like it?' meet up with my Project option supervisor tomorrow.also-the year 5 induction in Manchester on the same day.picnic on saturday,and oh,did i tell you i have a 10k run this coming sunday?

Its been a great year for me,alhamdulillah.very challanging,fast paced-and when its not-its strangely weird.to be completely honest,as much as i'm complaining about it-i actually like being busy?and im pretty sure most medics feels the same about this.weirdos.oh well.

Travel-Running.

Hello everyone!

Quick update on what happened last easter break.

(promised last year i would update on my berlin trip-but i didn't,bravo massy!)

All right-so,i did a travel-running trip/doing the things i love at the same time.

means that half my luggage were just running gears.
(i get so excited when i type out that word ALL THE TIME!running.running.running.woohoooo!)

I've never really done it before,although-have thought of it last summer
when i did the euro trip with my mom and sister.right ma?

at that time i just couldn't find myself to do it,couldn't leave them even for a sec!

definitely a waste of luggage space to bring all those running (hehe!wohooo!) gears in the first place.

So,if you ever gonna do this,make sure its PLAUSIBLE.okay?
unless if you're really ADDICTED to running (whheee!),
i say-just bring your runners with you aight.
Seriously,nightmares of getting warning letters for missing 2 races just because you missed 2 days of running on a holiday?
not worth it.no no no.comprende?
