There's free help available

Well, luckily help is available for Mac OS X and Windows (the only supported platforms for the iPhone). It's called DiskAid and it's Freeware.

Go, grab it and install it - you'll a virtual disk in Mac OS X or Windows and you'll be able to copy files onto and from it.
